Brian sat down in his big chair, while Valerie just stayed on the sofa where she was.
Brian occasionally glances at Valerie, until their views accidentally meet.
A feeling of shame suddenly surfaced in Valerie's mind. Was he presumptuous to touch Brian without asking permission from the man first? But Brian was silent and accepted without protest as he usually did.
"Did I make a mistake? Why is he looking at me like that?" inner Valerie. He was suddenly nervous.
"Is she uncomfortable because I'm a woman? He really doesn't like women." Valerie feels amused. But he immediately threw away the bad thoughts in his head. There was no point in him constantly suspecting Brian and Max without confirming the truth.
After a while Max returned with someone in charge of delivering a stack of documents. The man went to Brain and sat in front of his desk.
"You why?" ask Max after the document introduction leaves.
"What am I really doing?" Brian asked in a sharp tone.
"Ah, fine if nothing happens," said Max slowly. He notices Brian at a glance but catches the look of a strange face from his Boss.
"Valerie, are you busy? Help me," Max's pinta. He approached Valerie and placed a stack of documents in front of the woman.
Max asks Valerie to sort through the documents before him. There are a lot of mistakes to correct and Max needs help. While pestering Brian, it wasn't a good idea at the moment. He looks sensitive.

After a month of working for Brian, Valerie was well aware of the man's habits. From her departure to the office, her habit of working and eating and many other things, Valerie began to understand and get used to it.
There are times when Brian is sensitive and reluctant to chat, there are also times when the man asks a lot of unimportant things and makes Valerie upset.
"The president director and sole heir of one of the largest companies in the country is a gay*y"
Although there was no mention of who and what company, Valerie immediately understood the content of the gossip. It has been some time since the rumors spread among employees of Brian's company, this must have been smelled by the media and journalists to make this news appear to the public without definitive proof.
"How's this? Those people are so cruel, however Brian's life is his privacy! Everyone has the right to make their choice!"
Valerie felt annoyed and grumbled alone in the room. Although Brian's attitude was cranky, cold, and pretentious no matter, the man was kind. All this time Brian never spoke rudely to him, what else to do unpleasant deeds.
The next morning, Valerie came to Brian's house early. But until seven o'clock more than twenty minutes, Brian did not come out of his residence.
"It's not usually that he's late."
Valerie was patient and waited. Not only himself, some people who served as home security guards and who used to escort them to the office were astonished.
At exactly eight in the morning, Brian just showed up and got into his car.
"Are you okay? You're not usually late" Valerie asked, focusing on driving.
"Hm." Brian just nodded, his eyes focused on the screen of the phone lit up.
Valerie was worried, was this all because of the gossip? Has Brian seen the news?
