Valerie glared, even though only a few minutes ago Brian insisted on taking her home. But after Noah's name was heard, he immediately had an impromptu plan.

"All right, whatever." Valerie can only step down. He thinks all of this is part of his job. Because the salary she received was quite high, Valerie tried her best to be professional.

The two walked out of the office. All the employees be it women or men, stared at Valerie and Brian in turn.

"Hmm, I intend to see Valerie. Aren't you going home?"

"No, I still have to go somewhere with him," Brian replied as he glanced at the woman beside him. While Valerie, can only shut up and watch the drama that aired live in front of her eyes.

"V, didn't you say you were planning on going home?" Noah throws a question at Valerie.

"Yes, the plan is so. But something was sudden, so we had to go" Brian said.

"Hmm, could I ask your permission this time to take Valerie home early. I already have an appointment with someone" Noah said. The man looked disappointed.

"You're gonna take her away?"

Brian was silent, he looked at Noah and Valerie in turn. Brian understands Noah is his best friend and a person who often helps him. But letting Valerie go with him was a hard thing to do.

"Sorry, Noah. But we have to go" replied Brian.

"What time are you back?"

"So, I can't be sure yet."

"Hm." Noah was very disappointed. He could only sigh deeply when he saw Valerie and Brian getting into the car together.

Along the way, Valerie just keeps quiet and doesn't ask where Brian is taking her. In just ten minutes, they arrived at a five-star luxury restaurant located in the center of the city.

"Why are we here?" ask Valerie. The two arrive at the parking lot but Valerie is reluctant to get out of the car.

"I'm hungry, suddenly I want to eat."

"alright. I'll just wait here."

"No, you're coming with me" Brian asked.

"I'm not hungry!" Valerie refused.

"Are you angry that I made you unable to go with Noah?" ask Brian. He looked at Valerie curiously.

Valerie was upset, what exactly was Brian thinking?

"I don't like to see you guys close, what else go together. Now come with me in, or the two of us will just sit here until tonight!" assertive Brian.
