My Sexy Bodyguard's
STAKING OUT THE NEAREST ENEMY

Rama snorted in annoyance, he did not believe what Gracella said. Rama really thought that the woman who was his brother-in-law was joking at him and also at a current Xavier. Indeed, he is now suspecting Damar for the loss of weapons in the warehouse, but he has little evidence of his suspicions, while Gracella ... does the woman have any evidence for her allegations against Damar.

Xavier had the same idea as Rama. He felt that Gracella was joking with him. He had never heard the slightest bit about the construction of the hotel that Tiffani was running. Though usually Tiffani always negotiates if going to open a new business, after all Tiffani is not a greedy person. Tiffani always assumed that what Richard left for her, was Gracella's too, so that every Tiffani took a new step in the business world, Tiffani always involved Gracella.

"Don't joke, honey," said Xavier.

Rama nodded. "You two are fucking us, huh?" rama asked Tiffani in a soft voice. Not forgetting she touched the woman's long hair and caressed her lovingly.

Instead of answering Rama's question, Tiffani cried. He covered his face with both hands and began to cry.

"We're not kidding at all. The construction of the hotel itself was led by Om Damar from the beginning, and Tiffani has not once come directly to the construction area other than just passing a glance a few weeks ago," said Gracella.

"So you think Om Damar is guilty?" Xavier's mutter.

Gracella nodded without hesitation. "He betrayed us all.

Hearing what Gracella had just said, Xavier burst into laughter.

"That's right, dear Gracella. Om Damar is my uncle. He may have betrayed. After all, Om Damar was your father's confidant for a dozen years, it didn't make sense that he would then betray. After all, if it's true that Tiffani is building a hotel, why not talk about it to me and Rama. In view of the confusion on Rama's face, it seems Rama also does not know about the construction of the hotel you mean."

After expressing his opinion, Xavier immediately departed from the presence of Rama, Tiffani, and Gracella. He walked so quickly to the door without looking back.

"He must be angry" commented Tiffani. "we shouldn't have talked about all this in his presence. Om Damar is his uncle."

"He can't be angry, I think he's just uncomfortable at the moment. It's only natural that Xavier feels that way if in one day there are two people who suspect his uncle for different reasons" said Rama, still looking at the door, where Xavier's back just disappeared.

"What do you mean?" ask Gracella. "Who else would suspect Om Damar besides me, and for what reason?"

Rama held out his hand. "I."

Tiffani touches Rama's shoulder for the man to look at her. "What's going on. What's up?" ask with curiosity.

"When I was held in the barn. The criminals there talk about Damar. They say that Om Damar is the supplier who sells the weapons to their Master. I don't have enough evidence for that yet, but at least I have a clue to investigate whether it really is Om Damar who sells those weapons their master." Rama explains briefly to Tiffani and Gracella who listen together.

After saying that, Rama rubbed the face of Tiffani who was now covered in tears. "Don't cry anymore, things will get better."

"I didn't expect Om Damar to do all this to us. When asking for approval for the construction of the hotel, Om Damar did not allow me to inspect the land. Om Damar said everything was safe, but it turned out there were schools and residential residents, there was even a playground as well. What am I supposed to do now? I really feel guilty. If only Ara had not come and said everything, I would have been a bad person once" Tiffani said.

Tiffani is feeling really bad right now. Realizing that his signature on a piece of paper had made it difficult for many people made him feel unusually embarrassed and hurt.

"I will apologize to Ara, and I will also compensate for all the losses that her parents have suffered" Tiffani said, trying to get up from the bed.

However, Gracella held Tiffani back to keep her in her place.

"That's not necessary, Tiffani. If you do that, not necessarily Ara will forgive. I feel like she's not the plain woman she looks like" Gracella muttered.

"Why do you feel that way? He looks good, really."

Gracella let out a long breath. "It's not easy to judge people, Tiffani."

"You're the one who easily suspects people." Rama.

Gracella swerved to Rama, and then he stood up, "Anyway we keep all this from Ara, and also do not show Om Damar if we already know the lies Om Damar plays. We handle everything slowly without causing a commotion. After all, Sela and I have been investigating about the disappearance of the weapon in the warehouse. Johan helped us a lot during the investigation, and indeed Om Damar was the culprit."

Tiffani flinched, suddenly her body trembled. If Damar who was so loyal could betray, what about the other people who worked under him.

Tiffani panicked, her excessive fear suddenly taking hold of her.

Seeing Tiffani's reaction, Rama immediately laid Tiffani down and asked Gracella not to talk about Damar for a while.

"Tiffani is easily traumatized. He had been easily frightened for a long time" Rama whispered to Gracella.

Gracella nodded."Ii'm sorry. I'll go out first then. Just accompany Tiffani until she's a little better"

"alright. We'll talk about it later."

Xavier knocked on the door of the guest room that was in front of him, and before long the door opened, revealing the figure of Ara who seemed to have fallen asleep a moment ago.

"Can I come in?" ask Xavier.

Ara looked around, then nodded and invited Xavier to enter her room.

"About the entrepreneur you mean. Do you know the name of the company?" ask Xavier, without making small talk.

Ara yawned before answering Xavier's question. "No. I don't know. No project banner on behalf of the company name was installed in the district."

Xavier rubbed his face violently. "Then ask your mother or anyone who lives in the district. Find out what the name of the company is so we don't accuse just anyone for helping you!" Xavier snapped at Ara, making the petite woman instantly jump in shock.

"I've asked my father that question before, but my father doesn't know." Ara replied with a trembling voice.

Xavier approached Ara, then he touched the woman's cheek and pressed her hard. "Don't play games with me. There's no way they don't know, after all your parents and everyone who's been there must have been compensated by the company. A large company is unlikely to build a hotel on populated land if a previous indemnity deal has been held."

"Why are you suddenly angry like this? Do you know who the businessman behind the hotel is?" Ara again ventured to ask. "Is one of your acquaintances? Is that why you got mad at me?"

Xavier laughs. "No, no. I just thought that people like you might take advantage of the kindness of people like us. It could have been your family and the people there had been compensated, and the money was gone by now, that's why you came to us and tried to blackmail the businessman into giving back to the people who were there."

Ara shakes. "How could you think so. What we do that for. Me and everyone else who was there couldn't have done that."

"For money of course. It doesn't make sense for the ruler to get permission to build a hotel if there's no previous deal."

Ara nodded. He knows that Xavier's words have a point. It is impossible for a hotel to be built on land belonging to someone if the land has not been diverted.

"Actually the land was a land grant from someone to residents who had built buildings there decades ago. When the landowner dies, his son tries to sell the land to a businessman from the city, and-"

"Well, that's where the problem is. You have no right if the land has been legally purchased by the businessman. Why still come and trouble us for your own mistakes." Xavier yelled at Ara.

Ara who was so shocked now leaned against the wall. His body trembled and his knees felt so limp. He had never been yelled at by a man who had a body as big as Xavier's, let alone that he could see the gun in Xavier's pants pocket, making him feel very intimidated and want to faint.

Chequek.

The door of the room opened in time, just as Ara wanted to run and get away from Xavier's presence.

"Master Rama," murmured Ara as she saw Rama standing in the doorway while looking straight at her and Xavier. So relieved, Ara suddenly ran and dropped into the arms of Rama. "Help me," she cried.

Rama reflexes returned Ara's embrace so that the woman no longer felt fear. Moreover, Rama could feel Ara's trembling body in his arms.

"What's this, Vier?" ask Rama.

Xavier approached Rama and immediately said, "The businessman is not wrong. The land is grant land and has been purchased previously by the party who will build the hotel. Don't blame anyone who's behind the hotel. He alone exaggerates and knows no rules."

After saying so, Xavier immediately walked out of the room. He even hit Rama's shoulder hard, making Ara's body still attached to Rama almost fall. Ara tightened her arms around Rama's waist so that he would not fall.

"Are you okay?" ask Rama.

Ara nodded. "It seems I'm fine," murmured Ara, as she moved away from Rama and immediately wiped her tears. "It's lucky you came on time. Did you hear his screams, which is why you came here?" ask Rama.

Rama shook his head. "No. I didn't hear Xavier's scream, I just wanted to see how you were doing and see if you felt comfortable or not. That's why I came to your room."

Ara can feel the heat on both of her cheeks. He was glad that Rama was watching him.

"I'm sorry he. We have had a lot of problems lately. He's getting a little sensitive. Regardless of what happened just now, he was actually a good person." Rama defends Xavier.

Ara nodded back. "Yes, it doesn't matter at all."

Rama smiled and said, "Rest first. I'm going out." Rama then opened the door and prepared to leave the room. However, his steps came to a halt as he heard Ara calling out to him.

"Sir Rama, thank you" said Ara.

"No problem" replied Rama, then immediately out of the room.

After Rama was no longer in the room, Ara immediately touched his chest. He can feel the thump too fast there. He knew that the thump was not due to fear of Xavier's anger some time ago, but the thump was caused by the presence of Rama nearby. Rama was so kind, considerate, and charming. Rama who from the beginning has attracted his attention and has his money pounding.

"Yes, Lord, what am I thinking" muttered Ara, beating her head which was now filled with the shadow of Rama's face and smile.

The sun was already getting lower now, making the sky turn reddish and filled with dark blue spotted.

Damar stopped his car in the front yard of Tiffani's residence, and immediately got out of the car. His old body was tired, so he did not want to go anywhere other than directly to his room on the ground floor.

Damar crossed paths with Rama as soon as he arrived in the living room. Rama who saw Damar immediately bowed slightly and greeted the man kindly.

"Om" said Rama.

Damar nodded at a glance while patting Rama's shoulder, but he did not stop his steps let alone chat at length with Rama.

Rama watched Damar until he was no longer seen.

"I went straight to his car. Just keep an eye on his room and let me know if he comes out of the room,” said Rama, while pressing the bluetooth headset in his ear.

" It's terrible" said the man Rama spoke to, the man was Adam. "How can we stalk Mr. Damar who's like Tiffani's parents."

Rama put the headset back on his ear."It's called stalking the enemy inside your own house."

"May your suspicions not be proved, Rama. Honestly, I don't want any commotion in this house, let alone a commotion with Mr. Damar." Adam is back. "And what about Xavier, I've seen him angry since?"

"I won't take Xavier on the mission this time, so don't tell him anything."

Adam was silent. Only the sound of his breathing filled Rama's eardrums.

"alright. The mission began" said Rama again, who had now arrived on the terrace.

Seriate.
