"You need help?" ask Valerie to Max.

"No, you sit down and relax. After this the boss and I have a meeting, are you coming?"

"certain." Valerie nodded. It was his habit to follow Brian wherever he went.

At four o'clock in the afternoon, Brian had finished his work. While Valerie is still busy helping Max to check some late reports.

"Let Max finish it himself. Let's go home," take Brian. He approached Valerie who was sitting together with Max on the sofa.

"This isn't his job, Max. It's your job."

"Don't I better help her first?" pinta Valerie's. He felt sorry for Max if he left the man alone.

"Don't make me repeat my words he said. Come on!" assertive Brian.

Valerie has no choice, she is forced to leave Max with a pile of work and come home with Brian.

As Brian and Valerie were about to get into the elevator, Valerie's phone rang signaling an incoming call. After a quick glance at Brian, Valerie received a call.

"Yes, what's up, Noah?" ask Valerie. The caller was Noah. And hearing that name, Brian immediately put his hearing sharp.

"Have you gone home to work?" ask Noah.

"I was just about to go home, but still had to drive her first. What's up?"

"Ah, no. Just wanted to take you to my partner's cafe."

"Now?"

"Hm."

"Don't you mind waiting? I'm a little long."

"It's okay."

Valerie hung up, and then she and Brian got into the elevator.
