They had dinner in silence, Lintani still looked shocked by what she had just heard. His eyes were blankly staring at the wall, while his mouth was chewing lazily.

If only not pregnant and thinking about the baby, maybe Lintani was reluctant to eat, because the food was tasteless and very difficult to swallow.

The food was almost gone, in the Askelan plate that was used to feed Lintani eating. The man only occasionally feeds himself. Seeing his wife quite calm was already very filling.
