Mother's Choice Woman

Mother's Choice Woman
Chapters 2. He's my father

He's my father

Lintani sits in the car seat of a police detainee with her hands tied to a light, round-shaped iron used by police to hold criminals. He was guarded by two burly men who stood outside. It was still a little dark, when he saw the man being carried away on a stretcher and put in a hearse.

His hope of wanting to see the figure of the man who had already snatched away her virginity, was futile. He's a strong man who's gone. How not strong if in a dying state alone, he was able to commit the intercourse several times on Lintani, and what a foreign man did was very painful and impregnated so deeply.

The girl shed tears for her departure from her helplessness. Had it not been suppressed by the Lux family, perhaps he would have destroyed the man's corpse right now.

Lintani continued to look at the departure of the hearse that walked away from behind the window glass, when he also saw Luxor and Rauja—his wife, in his heart Lintani wondered, why were they there? Do they want to help her, or just make sure she's really caught?

“Pak! Please get me out!” lintani said as she tapped on the windshield, she was sealed inside after a police officer asked her a lot of questions.

“Pak! Please!” once again he asked the guards to give him a chance to ask his foster father why he was blamed for what he did not do.

The police who questioned him earlier, always asked about the little dagger in his hand, because it was clear evidence that Lintani was the culprit.

“People, what?” lintani asked as police called herself the only suspect.

“My assassination!”

“Not me! This knife is not mine!” Suddenly he regretted, already taking the thing off his feet and throwing it away.

He let the blood out of his legs and hoped that if his blood ran out, it would make him go. It was nice to be able to fight with that foreign man in the afterlife.

“For God's sake I didn't do it!” Elak Lintani was firm even with tears in his eyes.

“You can't dodge, your fingerprint is obviously there!”

As soon as Lintani was silent, he could not argue the evidence, even though as hard as he tried to defend himself, no one would believe. His body was covered in blood, his clothes were disheveled, his hands and feet were bleeding, proving that he had put up a fight before finally succeeding in eliminating the stranger. That's real evidence, right?

Even ordinary people can judge it exactly when they see it that way. They will not believe anything he says including if he is actually forced to.

It is not always easier for people to judge what they see and feel, than to examine more deeply, when judging the attitudes and actions of others.

Lintani continued to beg the guards to be given the opportunity to meet her father and foster mother. They are either coincidentally or deliberately on the scene of a crime. As he remembered, the location of the small wooden house, very far away from the highway, especially from their homes.

The girl looked around the hideout of the bandits, located on a plateau, and there was only one path that people rarely passed. This made him wonder, how could Lux and his wife be in a place like this?

‘What are they all involved in?’ thought Lintani.

Lintani cannot escape bad thoughts as she follows orders from two men, who pick her up at work. He worked as a beggar at the Mall where the socialites gathered that night. She is famous for being a poor girl who is willing to do anything for the money of socialites.

The more money he got, the more the Lux family pleased him and he would get a ration to eat.

“You must replace Haifa tonight!” luxor said when he called.

“Just follow those two people and don't ask too many questions!”

Lintani still wanted to ask, but, her mobile phone just died.

“Halo! Master Lux! Replacing what do you mean?” ask Lintani wonder. But there's no answer.

The phone he has is an old model mobile phone that is no longer sold if sold on the market, the object is often dead and the screen is cracked. All because Haifa slammed him

A few days ago the girl was angry at him, just out of jealousy. There was a young boy from one of the socialites, who suddenly approached Lintani as she was begging him, the handsome man asked her what her name was.

He wondered how Haifa could tell what was going on involving his feelings at the time, were they always watching him even though he was begging?

Therefore, now Lintani always dressed uglier and Rauja forbade herself from falling in love with anyone, in order to guard Haifa's heart. At least he kept himself from dying, also for the sake of his school so as not to stop.

He needs a diploma for the sake of his future in order to get a decent and independent job, he must raise a lot of money as capital if he wants to find his mother Viana—. In addition, he wants to free himself from the Lux family so as not to be oppressed again.

Like that night, Lintani felt so oppressed when the two burly men picked her up and threatened her to survive in the darkroom. Otherwise, they would kill and sell his heart. He did not want to die in a state of curiosity because he could not finish college and look for his mother.

However, in fact, now he must be imprisoned, which means he will never finish his studies or achieve his goals, will no one want to hire an inmate? Suddenly he erased a note in his heart, about the determination to look for Viana, perhaps the woman had indeed deliberately thrown away her child.

“You have no right to ask for anything here!” the guard said as Lintani pleaded again.

“What do you see, the man standing near the tree?” Lintani asked, pointing in one direction with her hands tied where Luxor was not far from them.

“Pak! Can you ask him to come here? He's my father, I'm sure he knows something, because I didn't commit murder!” lintani said again while trying to open the door but, to no avail, at that moment she was very frightened.

This was the first time he called Luxor his father, because normally, the man would allow him to call him at school events only, where the girl became the champion of his class.

“You can babble as you please, later, in court! Here no one has the right to speak except the case investigator!” the guard was rude.

“But, Sir, please!” lintani said as she clenched her hands together in front of her chest.

“Shut! You're a murderer!”

Lintani was silent for a moment, then, she asked ....

“Do you know, who is the man I have killed?”

“Well, you finally admitted with your own mouth, that you really did it, right?”

“But, I don't ..”
