Mother's Choice Woman

Mother's Choice Woman
Chapter 71. Dex recognition

Dex recognition

After exiting the elevator, Askelan ran towards the stairs that connected the roof of the building, opening the door that turned out to be locked from outside.

“Sial!” he said without thinking, then, smashed the door opener with a bullet.

After the door was successfully opened, Askelan saw the pilot dead, at the hands of the female bodyguard who was now pointing a gun, towards the door that suddenly opened by force.

Now they, Askelan, Dex and the female bodyguard, face each other with their weapons in hand.

Lintani in Dex's arms, her face pale in her mouth and her hair was already disheveled as the girl continued to rebel.

“Let down your weapon, or I kill this woman right now!” dex said as he pressed the tip of the gun on Lintani's neck.

The girl shook her head three times which means, don't worry she won't dare hurt me, don't worry about me and go, don't come any closer!

While Askelan saw Lintani with wet eyes, between longing and upset, between strange and heartache, the feeling in her heart like slashed with broken glass.

“How can he be caught by Dex?” thought.

Slowly the man kept the weapon to the floor slowly.

“Kick your weapon here!” dex's orders again. And, Askelan according, regardless of Lintani's signal.

“Kneel!”

Askelan knelt down, saying, “Deliver her to me!”

“You have to give me your position, if you want me to free you!”

“Alright! And leave him to me!”

“You must promise first!”

“Yes! I promise!”

The female guard grinned and returned to storing the weapon on her waist, then, approached the helicopter again. He will be the pilot this time. Without realizing that Askelan still keeps one more weapon.

While Dex stepped closer to the helicopter as well while dragging Lintani, it seemed like he would not hand the girl over easily. He took the phone without releasing Lintani from his embrace. He will make an agreement by recording Askelan's statement via his mobile phone.

Lintani is standing near the helicopter, she can't ride except, with help because her hands are tied. He continued to stare at Askelan with a complicated gaze and looked desperate.

‘Just a strong man as if unrivalled can become weak, just because of a loved woman? Mr. Askel, I really don't deserve to have your defense like this, go!’ Inner Lintani.

“In the meantime, I must have hard evidence that you gave up your position to me!” dex said while turning on his phone.

Just as Dex finished speaking, Askelan stood up and shot the female bodyguard, who was pulling the pilot's body out of his seat, to death. He was shot in the back but, right into the heart.

Upon realizing this, Dex turned his head and found Askelan pointing a gun at him.

As quickly as lightning, Dex again tightened Lintani's body into a shield, while the other hand pulled the weapon and pointed it towards Askelan. His back is attached to the helicopter, making it safer.

“You, dare to challenge me, little boy? You don't know who I am yet, do you? I'm more cunning than you!” his yell.

“I know who you are Uncle!”

“Good if you know, so I don't have to bother admitting that I'm the one who framed you twice! Haha!”

Dex laughing.

“Ah! Turns out I was wrong! You can get away and enjoy my game, even you enjoy that cheap woman's body? Huh!”

Dex laughed again. Askelan shut up and stay alert. Repeatedly he cursed stupidly at Lintani inwardly, for having put her in the situation she is in now.

“Do you know, how do I give you medicine, ha? It's easy .. I just need to mix it with your drink and have someone else serve it! You're as holy-ass as your father! And now you're just like her, loving this poor woman!”

“What's wrong with poor?” ask Askelan.

“What's wrong with poor? What is wrong with being poor? He's even an ex-con, don't tell me you like him! Ah, I can't believe a lowly descendant like you can be the leader of Harrad!”

“Harrad is nothing but with honor and pride!”

“Then, where do you think your pride is after you liked an ex-con?”

“Nothing differentiates a person honorable or not unless, from his deeds, Uncle! And your deeds, no one shows honor!” askelan.

“You said honor? What is the honor of helping this recidivist girl? Ha!” Dex said back up, without loosening his arms at Lintani, who had difficulty breathing, because her neck was pressed by a gun and her chest was squeezed by Dex's large hand.

Askelan angrily looked at him and took one step closer. He was unlikely to shoot because if it was rash, then, Dex's hand would press the trigger of the weapon, which was stuck to Lintani's neck right then and there. If the girl is gone, why is she so hard to be in that spot right now.

Dor's! Dor's! Suddenly two shots at once shot into Askelan's leg as he was about to step again.

“Hah! You think I'm bluffing?” bentak Dex's.

Askelan grimaced a little, then tried to grab her gun back.

Looking at the weak Askelan, Dex said, “You see!” while tearing Lintani's back shirt, until her shoulders open. He laughed again as he said, “Do you see if he is truly honorable? Even the Old Man's Marka forbade me to wear it, what's so special about him?”

The clothes were being forcibly torn, revealing his back.

Lintani rebelled with all her might, wanting to help the man who in her eyes looked really weak. He bent his knees, until his body sagged quickly and, he could come off. However, as he tried to run, Dex pulled his tied hand. While pointing a gun at the head of Askelan who is still in a kneeling position.

And, suddenly ....

Dor's!

The sound of gunfire rang so close and it turned out, hitting Dex's back made the man fall down, along with Lintani's body which fell out of balance as she stood up.

The shot was fired by someone from the back of the helicopter, just as Askelan had done to the female bodyguard, a shot in the back that hit the heart.

Surprisingly, Dex was still able to lift his gun and was about to make a shot. Askelan realized it and as fast as lightning he shot a bullet right in his uncle's head, until finally closing his eyes.

Askelan dragged her body closer to the immobile Lintani. I don't know who shot whereas, he was unable to walk, both bullets lodged in his calf and near his ankle and shed a lot of blood.

He turned over Lintani's fainted body. Apparently, the girl's temple was injured by falling down with her hands tied. Askelan reached out her hand grabbing Lintani in her lap.

Someone approached, kicking Dex's body to his back, sticking a hand to his neck to make sure the man was gone. Then, he turned to Askelan who was releasing the bond in Lintani's hand, and rubbed the blood on her temple lovingly.

“Master! Are you okay?” shouted a woman who was now kneeling before Askelan while slipping a soft gun on her waist.

Askelan turned to him with furrowed brows.

“You?”

“You remember me?” said one girl, taking off her jacket and enveloping Lintani's open back. He smiled at the wound on Askelan's leg, then, took off the shirt and left a black tank top as well as jeans on his body.

The girl tore the shirt in half and then, rubbing the wound with her shirt. Preventing blood from getting too much out.

“Sure I remember! Thank you!”

“I go, and don't say anything to Jode about this,” said the girl again standing up.

“He loves you!”

“But, he'll kill me if he knows.”

“Yes, I understand!” askelan.

The woman glanced at Lintani, then said, “Is she your lover?”

Askelan.

“He's beautiful, it looks like she's a very precious woman to the point of being a prisoner of that jerk's man!”

“Hmm ...” Askelan muttered as she nodded.

“If I don't go to the roof, maybe forever I can't take revenge on him! Mork used to work for him, right?”

Askelan nodded again.

“Master, I'll send you a recording of the conversation by email. Who knows you need to be an alibi that you didn't kill him!”

“Sure! Thank you!”

“Master, no need to thank, consider this in return for your kindness, without your help, maybe forever I will not be able to walk!”

“No problem, I'm glad to be able to help you!”

“Master, how about you go home, can you bring heli?”

“No!”

“Then, wait a minute!”

The girl whistled, and another woman came out, with almost the same appearance, short-haired, with many piercings in her ears and thick eyes.

“Come! Are you ready to fly?” the girl said to her friend again.

“Sure!”

The two women raised Lintani first on the helicopter and then, packing Askelan, to sit comfortably.
