Inside the operating room, the doctor tried his best for Zara and the fetus in her womb. Inside the room was quiet. Zara's still not awake. There was only the sound of a device attached to Zara's body.

"How's doc?" ask the nurse who helped the doctor handle Zara. The doctor shook his head slowly. He told the nurse to prepare for the operation. While the doctor came out to give news to Zara's family.

"Family patient?" said the doctor. Diana and Anton immediately approached the doctor.

"So sir, we need to take immediate operational action. The impact on the patient is quite harsh. We tried, but the baby in the womb we could not save. We need approval to take this action" the doctor said.

Diana immediately sat down on the floor. Empty look. He tried to digest every word the doctor said. Anton tried to calm his wife even though he was upset.

"Doctors must be lying? There's no way my granddaughter's gone" Diana said hysterically. But that is the truth. The baby in Zara's womb cannot be saved.

Zidan ran towards the room after he ran almost around the entire hospital room. Panicked, Zidan did not think of contacting Anton.

"Ma, Pa, what's going on?" asked Zidan when he saw the condition of his mother-in-law in a state of chaos.

"I'm sorry mom, you can't take care of Zara well and make Zara miscarry" Diana said, staring at Zidan. Anton helps Diana to get up and sit in the waiting chair.

Zidan was still silent. Her tears were dripping, her chest felt tight. Two days later he separated from his wife. And now something has happened to his wife.

"Ma, tell me if this isn't true, my son must be fine" Zidan said and stared fixedly at Diana. Diana is getting sobbing. Diana hoped it was just a dream, but it wasn't.

Anton approached Zidan. He knows what it's like to lose a child. Either way, this disaster has happened. Anton also felt guilty for not tightening Zara's security.

"Everything's happened. The doctor said Zara must immediately perform surgery, because if delayed it actually endangers Zara's condition," said Anton.

"This is what you call protecting? What kind of father are you! Take care of your own daughter you can't!" zidan shouted. He was about to hit Anton but his hand stopped right in front of Anton's face. Zidan gripped his own hand firmly.

"Everyone is sad about this. But don't forget, Zara needs help right away. We can resolve this misunderstanding later" Anton said.

"How can I calm down? My son is gone, how can I face this reality, huh!" zidan shouted increasingly. He thought Zara would be safe living in Anton's house. But the truth is beyond what he thinks.

"Sorry, the patient should be treated immediately. Who is the husband of that woman?" doctors break the tension.

Zidan walked over to the doctor. She said whatever was best for Zara and her baby.

"I'm her husband doc, do whatever it takes to save them" Zidan said expectantly. Her tears kept flowing.

"I said save them both! Didn't you hear it? They have to survive, do you understand! If you can't afford to be a doctor, I'll find a better doctor to save him!" zidan said with great emphasis. He could not accept this reality.

Fanny approached Zidan. He tried to calm Zidan down. But Zidan still messed up and could not accept this reality. The doctor immediately entered the operating room again after getting approval from Anton. He will try his best to make Zara okay.

Zidan leaned his body against the wall. Mind fucked. He took a few breaths to calm himself. His wife was still in the room. A few hours passed but the doctor did not give any more news.

Zidan pulled out his phone. He contacted Arvin to tell him about the sad news. Arvin was very surprised by the news. But he tried not to panic. Arvin immediately went home and told his wife about this.

Diana was not crying. His heart is broken at this moment. In his own home, he witnesses a helpless Zara. The incident of the afternoon had been on his mind up to this moment. Diana felt guilty for her negligence. He even blamed himself for the incident. The loyal Anton accompanying Diana beside him also felt the same way.

"Don't cry, baby, it's not your fault" Anton said. Diana could not stop crying.

Shortly after, the doctor came out. The nurse took Zara to the treatment room. The operation went well. But for now Zara's situation is not okay. Zidan and the others immediately headed to Zara's room.

Zidan sat down next to Zara. He clasped Zara's still weak hand helplessly.

"I'm sorry, if I knew I'd lose our baby. I won't let you go to that house" Zidan said.

Diana and the others were standing not far from Zara's bed. They purposely gave time to Zidan. All of this is hard for them. Moreover, this happened suddenly and unexpectedly.

Shortly after, Arvin and Alina arrive in haste. Since knowing the news of his son-in-law made them not calm. Diana hugged Alina tightly. They shed their sorrow in that embrace.

Anton brought them to sit on the sofa that had been provided. The mood is still quiet. They were still watching Zidan and Zara.

"How did this happen?" alina asked breaking the silence.

"I don't know, I was in the kitchen. We just got home from shopping. Zara felt tired and wanted to get some rest. When she almost got to the top floor, Zara slipped and fell down," Diana said, crying bitterly.

Anton was silent for a moment. These two days Zara was fine and today suddenly this calamity happened. Anton feels awkward about the incident, but he chooses to be quiet and will investigate the cause of today's events.

Alina approached Zidan. He rubbed Zidan's shoulder gently. Zidan was a little surprised by Alina's arrival. Zidan stood up and immediately hugged Alina. She was crying in Alina's arms.

"Prophey darling... You have to be strong" Alina said. He rubbed Zidan's back gently. Zidan took off his embrace. What Alina said was true. It cannot be weak. He should be a source of strength for Zara when Zara comes to mind. Zidan looked at Zara who was still lying weakly. What if Zara wakes up and finds out she lost her baby? Just imagine Zidan is incapable.
