"Mir, Uncle wants to talk to you about something" Ratmo said when he saw Mirna's room door slightly open.
"Eh Uncle, what's up Uncle?" ask Mirna while putting the baby Emir back into his bed.
Mirna was going to take the baby Emir out of her room and given to Anita to be given to Pandu, the father of the baby Emir.
But Mr. Ratmo, his Uncle Mirna went into his room to talk to him. Baby Emir was put back on his bed.
"Mir, listen to Uncle. This is very important, so listen first to what Uncle is talking about and do not interrupt before Uncle finishes talking," Mr. Ratmo said before telling Mirna what he will talk about.
Mirna nodded in agreement, and began to tell Mr. Ratmo what had been his worries and thoughts at this time. He told what he was talking about with RT sir and representatives from the community around them.
Suddenly Anita went into Mirna's room slowly and very carefully lifted the body of the baby Emir to take her out of Mirna's room.
Mirna only glanced at Anita who was taking the baby Emir who was on the bed where she was sitting next to her.
"How is Mir, are you willing to marry Pandu?" ask Mr. Ratmo to Mirna.
"Why isn't Anita Uncle? Why Mirna?" mirna asked angrily to Mr. Ratmo.
Anita hears a remark from Mirna who mentions her name, but she ignores it so that Mirna does not channel her frustration to her. Anita kept walking out of Mirna's room carrying the baby Emir to Pandu who was waiting for her in the television viewing room.
"What they're talking about is you Mir, not Anita. And they ask for you and Pandu out of this village if you are not married, because they are afraid that if anything happens that can tarnish the good name of this village," Mr. Ratmo explained to Mirna.
"Why are they so stupid like that anyway?" Mirna responded with annoyance.
"You forgot if this is in Mir village? They are like that and Uncle has tried to negotiate with them but they stick with the decision they have made" Mr. Ratmo said.
Mirna just kept quiet by frowning her forehead with her breath going up and down and her nose going up and down because of the annoyance she was feeling at the moment.
"Uncle pity if you have to let Pandu and his two young children have no place to live. Can you imagine where they will live? Hana who is going to school this year and the Emir who is still a baby, can you let them not have the right place to live?" Mr. Ratmo asked Mirna again.
"They can rent other houses Uncle, it does not have to be in the area" said Mirna ketus.
"Then what about Hana and Emir? Who's guarding them? Do you have a heart for Hana and Emir?" mr. Ratmo asked in a low voice considering the fate of Hana and the baby Emir later.
Mirna was silent, she did not answer Mr Ratmo's question because she was also thinking about the fate of Hana and the baby Emir later after they were no longer at Mr Ratmo's house.
Mirna imagines Pandu working and not being able to take care of her son, so Hana and the baby Emir become abandoned children living on the streets.
That image that Mirna had in mind at the moment, so she shook her head to dispel the images that were in her head at the moment.
"You must have pity on Mir with Hana and Emir?" mr. Ratmo asked Mirna who was daydreaming about the fate of Hana and the baby Emir.
Mirna nodded her head because she felt sorry for the two children, because it reminded her of her fate when she was left by her mother who also died while giving birth to her.
"Don't you love Mir with Hana and Emir?" ask Mr. Ratmo back.
Mirna nodded her head again confirming what Mr. Ratmo was asking her.
"How is Mir, are you willing to marry Pandu?" ask Mr. Ratmo to Mirna.
"Alhamdulillah, then Uncle will immediately discuss this with Pandu," said Mr. Ratmo with a sense of relief.
Mirna was still silent because of her own thoughts so she did not realize that Mr. Ratmo had come out of her room.
Immediately Mr. Ratmo looked for Pandu when he came out of Mirna's room.
"Sir, Pandu is at his house?" mr. Ratmo asked Anita who was at the dinner table preparing a meal for Mr. Ratmo.
"It should run out from here Pak took the Emir," replied Anita who stopped her activities to answer her father's questions.
"Can you call Pandu here? And please keep Hana and the Emir at home so that you can talk seriously with Pandu and Mirna" Ratmo said later.
"Okay sir, the food is ready. Maybe you want to eat, Anita has prepared at the table," Anita said before she left to go to the Pandu house located behind their house.
Anita called Pandu according to her father's orders. And he replaced Pandu to take care of Hana and the baby Emir who had fallen asleep.
"Sir Ratmo called me?" Pandu asked Mr. Ratmo when he was nearby.
"Have you eaten?" mr. Ratmo asked Pandu while finishing his last bribe.
"Already sir had a meal with Anita and Mirna," replied Pandu with condolences.
"Well if that's how we just talk," said Mr. Ratmo while standing and moving towards the room to watch television.
Pandu followed Mr. Ratmo, he sat in the chair next to Mr. Ratmo and prepared to listen to what Mr. Ratmo would talk to him about.
"Handu, don't you intend to give a connecting mother to Hana and Emir?" ask Mr. Ratmo to her.
Does this mean Mr Ratmo is really going to marry me to Anita? Pandu wondered in his heart.
"You want it, sir, but." Pandu hesitated to continue his words.
"But why?" ask Mr. Ratmo curious.
"But who does sir want to be my wife? Do you know how I am doing yourself? My job is only as a porters in the market and I have two very small children and their needs are also very much, not even I can afford to buy a house sir. So, I don't think anyone wants to be a mother Hana and Emir said, "Pandu answered by lowering his head.
"Do you want to marry"
"I want Sir, I'm willing if he wants to marry me" Pandu interrupted Mr Ratmo's unfinished remarks.
"Alhamdulillah.... You are very relieved to hear that you want to marry Mirna" said Mr. Ratmo with a smile of relief rising on his lips.
"Huh? Mi-Myrna?"
