Shinta felt uncomfortable with the sight of others who always looked at her from the start of the room. Unlike Ustadz Jaki who proudly took Shinta.
Some of their friends who knew that Ustadz Jaki and Shinta were married would have guessed that the veiled woman Ustadz Jaki was Shinta, their friend. But not knowing that Ustadz Jaki and Shinta are married, they all wonder about the veiled woman. Because those who get wedding invitations are only their close friends.
Shinta's eyes wandered in search of the figure of a friend she wanted to meet. Upon entering the room, Shinta's eyes unceasingly searched for her best friend who she missed so much.
"Jaki's...! are you really Jaki? It's even more cool for you. Can we have a chat for a second?" the woman's voice made Shinta happy, her veil-covered lips smiling when she saw it, but she became annoyed when the woman invited Ustadz Jaki to chat with her.
"Sorry who are you?" asked Ustadz Jaki who did not recognize the woman who was greeting him.
"That's arrogant, you're Jak" said the woman, pretending to be upset.
"Not being arrogant, I am not so memorized by the names of female friends even though one class is with me" Ustadz Jaki explained as she chuckled.
Shinta pulled his hand from Ustadz Jaki's, but Ustadz Jaki didn't just take it off. Ustadz Jaki kept Shinta's hand.
The woman glanced at the hands of Ustadz Jaki and the veiled woman holding hands.
Who is this veiled woman? Do not know shame, veiled but behavior like that, want to join hands with the same man, the woman spoke in her heart.
Shinta just stared at the woman without talking to her. He just wanted to know what the woman would do with her desire to talk to Ustadz Jaki.
"But you used to always ask Shinta to me, don't you forget all your friends now?" the woman is still looking for.
"Yes, I only know Shinta until now" Ustadz Jaki replied with a chuckle and turned to Shinta.
"Ckckck. Now can we talk?" the woman asked again.
Ustadz Jaki turned to Shinta, only by looking at her he knew that Shinta would not allow it, and in fact Ustadz Jaki did not want to talk to any woman if only alone.
"We'll just talk here" replied Ustadz Jaki.
"But I just want to talk to Jak alone, can't you?" the woman asked but it was as if she was pushy.
Ustadz Jaki turned back to Shinta, and then he said,
"I'm sorry, I'm with my wife and I can't leave her alone" replied Ustadz Jaki, leaving the woman in shock.
"I-wife? Are you married?" the woman asked Ustadz Jaki.
"Yes dong, Jaki. Masa' gini's handsome is not married yet?" ustadz Jaki said with pride.
"Is-this serious?" the woman asked again because she did not believe what she heard.
"Yes, yes, this honest Jaki can lie. Here's the proof" replied Ustadz Jaki with a smile and showed the clasps of Ustadz Jaki and Shinta's interlocked hands.
The woman was stunned and her face became sad. Shinta looked at the woman with a question mark. Looks like Shinta wants to know why the woman behaved like that to Ustadz Jaki.
"I'm sorry, we're going there, my friends are waiting for me from now on" said Ustadz Jaki, wanting to avoid the woman immediately.
Ustadz Jaki is experienced in resisting the wishes of women who approached him since he first attended school. Only Shinta doesn't know it because she never approached Ustadz Jaki.
"Eh wait, my name is Tasya" the woman introduced herself by pointing her hand in front of Shinta.
"May I speak to your husband?" tasya asked Shinta with a hopeful smile.
Ustadz Jaki is shocked by Tasya's recklessness, who boldly asks Shinta for permission to talk to him.
Shinta could not bear the gaze that implied the plea from Tasya's eyes. Because Shinta and Tasya have been friends for a long time so Shinta knows that Tasya is begging her.
Shinta nodded and it made Ustadz Jaki snort angrily. But different things are felt by Tasya, he smiles happily and thanks Shinta by shaking Shinta's hand using both hands.
"Thank you, yes" Tasya said with a cheerful smile.
"Jaki, let's go over there," Tasya pointed at the place in the corner of the room.
"Here you are" said Ustadz Jaki, shifting a few steps from his place.
Tasya let out a rough breath, he felt that it would not be easy to talk to Ustadz Jaki.
As Tasya followed Ustadz Jaki, he shifted a few steps to get in front of Ustadz Jaki standing.
"What's wrong? quickly say," said Ustadz Jaki lazily and his head facing Shinta who was also looking at him.
Tasya inhaled a lot of air and took it out before speaking to prepare his heart.
"Jaki, do you want to marry me?" said Tasya with a single breath.
Ustadz Jaki was startled and turned to Tasya after hearing a remark from Tasya.
"You're nuts. Don't you know I'm married?" ustadz Jaki said with emotion.
From where she was Shinta saw her husband talking with emotion. She immediately approached them because Shinta did not want her husband to emotionally face his best friend.
Shinta held Ustadz Jaki's arm when he was nearby and Ustadz Jaki turned to him, while Tasya was shocked to see Ustadz Jaki's wife near Ustadz Jaki before he got an answer to his question earlier.
"Let's go," Ustadz Jaki took Shinta's hand to leave Tasya still standing before him.
"Wait," Shinta stopped the steps of Ustadz Jaki who had turned his body ready to step.
Shinta took off the veil she was wearing without asking permission with Ustadz Jaki and she smiled at Tasya.
"Shinta?" said Tasya who was surprised to see the woman behind the veil is Shinta, his best friend.
"Darling, why take off. Let's put it on again" Ustadz Jaki said in an annoyed tone and re-worn the veil on Shinta.
"For a moment, I want to talk to Tasya, she's my best friend who I want to meet at this reunion event" Shinta said with her hand held Ustadz Jaki's hand as she put her veil back on.
Ustadz Jaki snorted angrily and it felt like she wanted to take Shinta home from the event.
"Nothing, this must be your wear," Ustadz Jaki kept the veil on Shinta and Shinta could not argue.
"Shin, please let me marry Jaki because I'm pregnant" Tasya held Shinta's hands and looked at Shinta with a pleading gaze.
