CHAPTER 223 (Season 3)

Running a routine as a student is well done by Raihan. Every day he would go to school between his fathers or go alone.

Sometimes the real father picked him up and they could enjoy lunch at Azam's residence.

That is the life cycle that Raihan has lived all this time. He is now in fourth grade in elementary school and has many friends.

"Then I go in first, Dad." Raihan shook Zaidan's hand in front of the school gate.

Zaidan nodded slowly and put a warm kiss on the top of his head.

"Student learning well, dear. Listen to what the teacher says and don't fight with friends, too-"

"Yes Dad, Raihan knows. Raihan has grown up, now it is fourth grade," he said cutting off the words of the father.

Zaidan smiled broadly at the son, revealing all four fingers. He damaged Raihan's hair slowly making him pursed his lips.

"Dad, don't ruin the mamah's hairdo" he lamented.

Zaidan laughed softly and went back to tidying it up. "Sorry-sorry, I'm tidying up again." she crouched right in front of Raihan's face making him develop a bright smile.

"Done," Zaidan said after a while.

Zaidan raised his eyeballs upwards as if looking at his hair. He then returned to his father and gave a brief kiss on his right cheek.

"I love you, Dad," I'm honest.

"Dad also loves Raihan," Zaidan replied warmly.

The view becomes an interesting spectacle for pedestrians there. They smile at the interaction between father and son.

Including children who have just arrived at school. He saw clearly how Raihan was so familiar with his father.

"Why does he look so happy with that stepfather?" mumbling slowly.

"Fadeil? What's going on here let's go in," take her friend from behind.

"Eh, wait isn't that Raihan? She came with a different father again? Wow, that's impressive" he continued. The boy named Dwi Sofiyan also shook his head not understanding.

Fadil and Dwi walked together to approach Raihan. Until their existence is realized by the father and the child.

"Fadeel, Dwi." Call Raihan just like that.

Dwi nodded politely at Zaidan making him smile warmly. He rose again to watch the three boys in front of him carefully.

"Are they his classmates, Raihan?" zaidan's mind later.

"Well you're really brave well show both your father," said Fadil fiercely. "Even you openly invited them to the day's event."

"What do you mean?" raihan asked not to understand.

"Are you not ashamed to have two fathers?" asked Fadil again made Zaidan was surprised.

"Sorry well Nak Fadil, it is not good for a child to talk like that" said Zaidan when he saw the name tag in his uniform.

Fadil stared fiercely at Zaidan, seeing that Raihan did not accept. He pulled his classmate's hand inside.

Dwi who mediated between them again nodded his head at Zaidan. In silence the man watched the three.

"Is Raihan okay?" mumbling ce,as.

...***...

Raihan pulls Fadil towards the back of the school. The place was rarely visited by students and only the janitor always went there.

He threw Fadil's hand making the owner look fixed. Raihan also replied no less fierce.

Fadil grinned and ruffled his waist. "I'm just asking, aren't you ashamed of having two fathers? Stepdad, are you so happy to have a stepdad?"

"What's the problem with you I have two fathers? Wh why? Are you jealous of me?" challenge Raihan not to lose.

"Don't that mean your mom's cheap? Have two fathers at once?"

Hearing the cheap words addressed to the mother immediately made Raihan ride apitam. He took off his school bag and walked quickly towards the young boy.

He clasped the collar of his shirt making their faces face to face with a fairly close distance.

Dwi who became the third person there also tried to divorce the feud between the two classmates.

"Hey, stop being so bad if a teacher passes by. Stop it!" said warned.

Raihan still clutching Fadil's strong shirt, his eyes pierced into the opponent's retina. Undaunted Fadil raised the corner of his lips mocking Raihan.

"You're talking, if you don't want me to do something bad to you," Raihan said, his muffled voice holding back the anger in his chest.

"Just do it, let's do it," challenged Fadil, "why shut up? Are you scared? Are you afraid of disappointing your father and embarrassing your mother?" Fadil laughed out loud in the silence.

Raihan increasingly gripped tightly his grip was eager to give a crushing blow on the arrogant face. However, he remembered Zaidan's message earlier not to fight with his classmates.

"Have stopped, Fadil don't be like that" Dwi said again.

Not yet had the child contain it reply to his words, the voice of the janitor stopped quickly.

"Hey what are you guys doing there?" yelled the grown man.

Fadil immediately threw Raihan's hand and hurriedly left from there. Dwi followed by leaving Raihan alone.

"Son, what were you guys doing just now?" ask the janitor.

Raihan shook his head slowly and walked to get his bag. "Nothing, sorry to bother," he said slowly and then rushed towards the classroom.

...***...

All day Raihan kept thinking about what happened this morning. He never thought there would be a child who would talk like that to his mother.

Raihan could not shake the irritation in his chest and ignored his lunch. He daydreamed and daydreamed until he didn't realize someone was sitting next door.

"Raihan, why did you go to the basketball court? What's boring in class?" The soft voice greeting made him look over.

She found Cyla smiling sweetly at her. "Em, that's it," he answered briefly.

"Is there anything you're thinking?" ask the sweet girl again.

Raihan was silent, his head lowered down looking at the small pebbles scattered around him.

"Is having two fathers a mistake?" say then.

"Of course not. Where did your mind come from? Having two fathers is great, as long as they love us as their own children. However, if it were the other way around then a calamity was generated."

Hearing the words, Raihan turned back to look at the face as white as milk was looking up at the sky.

He realized there was meaning behind the words thrown by his classmates. His black-blank head nodded briefly.

"Em, I agree. That's why I'm proud to have two fathers in my life, they can give me perfect affection in their own way" she said.

"You're right, I'm also deeply moved when I hear the poem you're reading. I understand how you feel having two fathers and mothers. It can be said that I envy you," Celia said looking at him directly.

Raihan was transfixed watching the crescent moon arch on his father's face. He nodded back without saying anything.

...Seriate......
