CHAPTER 179 (Season 3)

Documents thrown into any place make a clanging sound. The situation in Zulfan's company was so chaotic after the leader was replaced by the elder.

Dawas growled angrily at the sight curve getting slumped down. From the meeting just held, the company got a loss. Many investors decide to cooperate until no profit is obtained.

"What have you been doing all this time? Why are so many clients taking orders from us? Aren't you guys working, HUH?" snapped Dawas got up from sitting and then ruffled his waist.

The two men in front of him lowered their heads like kittens that the mother scolded. They did not dare to raise their heads watching the raging elders.

"Pardon us, Great Lord. After Mr. Zaidan was deposed many clients as well as investors who withdrew. They can't work with our company anymore. Because .. because-"

"BECAUSE WHAT?" Amuk Dawas surprised the two.

"Because they don't trust us anymore. They are not satisfied with the design you made. They-"

The table was kicked strong, Dawas did not believe hearing the confession of two employees. It has been seven months since he returned as the company's leader.

As long as there is not even a single bit of profit gained and vice versa, their income decreases. Dawas continues to try to stabilize the company's situation by making new sofa designs.

However, failure makes a big loss for the company. Dawas even uses the best materials as a client puller, but not many sofas are sold.

Up to the last two months sales have been reduced, resulting in losses. Dawas the confusion then held a meeting which also eventually made some investors withdraw. They did not want to cooperate with him anymore when they realized the company would go out of business.

In the middle of the pettiness happening in his room, the door opened displaying a figure that had been two months never seen again.

Dawas widened his eyes when he found the grandson looking at him firmly. Zaidan looked different from the last time he saw Zanna.

Zaidan looks even fitter and more successful. Dawas thought after revoking his position as the leader of the company, the grandson would be confused and difficult to get a job.

However, Dawas realizes that the influence of his mother, Moana makes Zaidan not lose anything. The elder expelled two of his employees and left only Zaidan, Dimas, and Calvin.

"What are you guys coming here for?" ask Dawas coldly.

Zaidan smiled and walked closer to the grandfather's desk. "I accidentally heard Grandpa's words. Is the company in a mess?" tanyakanya.

"It's none of your business" said Dawas.

"Alright, I just want to tell Grandpa one thing. I didn't mean to patronize or lecture Grandpa, just .. I think this is something to tell." Zaidan looked pityfully at his grandfather.

Dawas looked at the three of them alternately to focus on the eldest grandson. "What do you want to say?"

"Repent, Cake. The sustenance does not come by itself, but Allah is the all-giver. Allah is the All-Razzaq who brings sustenance to everyone. Maybe this mess happens, because we are never grateful for what God gives."

"We are too proud and arrogant to do it ourselves without asking God. But it's all wrong, Cake. God gave all these facilities, treasures, and pleasures."

"I've never been afraid of losing a treasure after Grandpa ousted me from the company. God replaced it much better. Grandpa conscious? We have fallen too far from God, so come back, Cake" said Zaidan softly.

"I learned it all from Alina. She ... who woke me up. That's why I can't leave him, even if Grandpa asks," Zaidan continued.

Dawas was increasingly reminded of the figure of Alina. Although he openly hated it, but the wife of his grandson persisted.

Alina is not the same as Calia, the wife who once sacrificed to leave her. Alina prefers to sacrifice and fight with Zaidan to face what is blocking their relationship.

"I've never made your granddaughter defy her own grandfather. Didn't you make it like this? Why can you blame someone else? Suffering or not that let us feel."

"You must think that this love we have is naive and very stupid, but you know? If love is to be fought for. Treasure without love is only misery, but love without treasure is also a lie. For we also need food to endure, but one you do not know if ..the sustenance does not come from the hands of men, but God alone."

"Today you take all that Mas Zaidan has, but you forget that Allah is Most Rich who is able to give more than this. Goodbye, may you always be healthy and in the protection of God."

"All right what I said? Not long did God give his provision from another door."

What Alina said as she turned around was a broken cassette. The image was so vividly recalled in memory. Dawas was silent without a word locking his lips tightly, all the events that befall him realize, if the self is far from the Owner of Life.

"That woman? Has he influenced Zaidan to this extent? I've never heard him talk about religion. The words the woman said .. I remember them clearly," her mind dabbled in silence.

Still in doubt, Zaidan walked over and stuck out a letter. Dawas raised his gaze to look at the stern eyes before him.

"I want to convey this too. Grandpa can see it?" pinta Zaidan's.

Without saying a word, Dawas brought and unfolded the paper. His dark brown eyeballs read word for word out there.

Up to 99.99% match to make his heart beat hard. The hand that was grasping the notification letter also shook violently.

Dawas did not expect to see his own name with Calvin there which showed a match for each other.

The elder raised his head again watching the fluffy smile on his grandson's handsome face. Zaidan nodded slowly, saying, "That was the result of a DNA test between Grandpa and Calvin. You ... fit, Calvin is a descendant of Zulfan. Your granddaughter too, Cake."

He stepped back, shaking his head several times. His mind suddenly fluttered in the past.

Calia's shadow increasingly made her stiffen in place. Dawas never knew what happened after they split up until Calvin's whereabouts shook his defenses.

Dawas then turned to Calvin who was also looking at him. The young man before him was the second grandson he had.

Reality and dreams contradict, Dawas still digest what really happened. Until the darkness came to make him fall unconscious.

"GRANDFATHER!" yell at the three of them.

...Seriate......
