The sweet acid of life will always be repeated. Today there is still a big smile, tomorrow tears will come. Wounds and wounds will continue to be created over time, and time also leads to how happy comes after. There will always be tears as a companion to the storyline full of lara.

Sometimes contain poisons that are difficult to accept reason invites heartache. Dancing beautifully over happiness herds peerless pleasure. Seconds by seconds that are missed give different memories. The rain always leaves the sun. Dew will stick to the foliage providing coolness.

Like water flowing in a river, the current carries to the high seas and gains freedom.

Day after day passed, did not feel the content of Alina had entered the fourth month. The hard days have been successfully passed, morning sickness is so torturous has disappeared by itself.

The dual role will continue to be closely attached in Alina making her have to be extra strong and patient in undergoing marriage as a second wife.

"Yasmine!!"

The thunderous screams at the mansion startled Alina who was preparing to make breakfast. He rushed out and caught the husband running to the top floor. Instantly, Alina realized something when she saw the terrified expression of Azam.

If now the attention of her husband will return to the side of the first wife.

Before Azam could hear his screams, from the second floor there was a sound like falling goods. Alina did not know that and was shocked by her husband's voice.

A few moments later Azam came down and carried Yasmin. Alina walked slowly to see her condition. He closed his mouth when he saw blood coming out of Yasmin's nose.

"Ma-mas, w-what happened? Why is Yasmin?" tanyanya.

"I'll take Yasmin to the hospital, you be careful at home."

After saying that Azam left Alina just like that. In silence the clear beads continued to stare at their departure. Alina linked her hands tightly pressing her fingers to try to neutralize the heartbeat.

Somehow an inkling not to wear came crashing down. It was as if coming from two sides gave off fear.

"O Allah, I beg you to give healing to Yasmin" he murmured expectantly.

...***...

Arriving at the hospital, doctors greeted them and brought Yasmin into the room. There the doctor who had been handling Yasmin immediately gave treatment. Azam noticed from the outside the power to stem tears, how medical devices were installed one by one on his wife's body.

The pain returns to the chest. He clenched both hands tightly holding up sobs, unable to see Yasmin's current state. Too many memories that they passed together, he would not be able to if he had to lose it. He would never have been without Yasmin. That is what has always been firmly attached to Azam's mind all this time. However, somehow fate spoke all would definitely be different afterwards.

Not long after, the doctor looked at Azam seriously. The man was confused and scared at the same time. He knew something had happened.

"Did you know Yasmin didn't do chemotherapy?" said the doctor named Angga while pressing his sentence.

"What's? Not doing chemotherapy? I always remind him," Azam replied later.

Doctor Angga sighed heavily. The man in his early 30s cupped both of Azam's shoulders and looked at him deeply.

After patting Azam on the shoulder several times Angga left him alone. The cold hallway of the hospital swept his composure. The words of his schoolmates used to be buzzing in his hearing. Azam did not understand why Yasmin did not do chemotherapy. The pain returns to the chest.

The clock is at 15:35. Alina who was just finished with her task was staring at the overcast sky this afternoon. Slowly the gray clouds gather to form clumps that are ready to launch rain at any time.

Alina was agitated, from that moment the husband did not give her anything. Sarah who was not far from her whereabouts walked over.

"Bak's worried about them?"

Alina nodded briefly. "What are you thinking right now?" ask Sarah again.

Lama Alina did not answer his question and continued to watch the sky while steadying herself. Until, "i do not want to see sadness in Azam. I also love Yasmin very much. I don't want to see them hurt."

Sarah nodded in understanding, "so, what are you going to do now?"

The wide black-hijabed head turned to look into the bright irises of the woman who was younger than 2 years of her. "I'll go to the hospital, take Aqeela away." Without waiting for Sarah's answer, Alina left just like that.

"What will happen in their home? I hope the best, O God, make it easy for all three" Sarah murmured later.

Along the way, the worry was clearly visible on Alina's face. The taxi that was carrying him split the wind ushered in discomfort. Many times Alina asked the driver to hurry.

A few minutes later, Alina arrived at a large hospital in the city. After paying for a taxi he immediately searched the room where Yasmin was treated. Many times he clashed with people who ran into him. Not a few of them gave spicy words. Alina completely paid no heed to it and continued walking towards the destination.

On the fifth floor precisely in the VVIP room Alina stopped a step. The roar of breath hunted violently with the chest rising and falling, he was silent for a while neutralizing the heartbeat. His right hand was about to open the door, but before that, his movement stopped. The voice from within surprised him slowly.

"Why don't you do chemotherapy, honey? Do you really intend to leave me and Aqeela? Do you not love us anymore? you don't love me anymore, do you, Yasmin? To the point of marrying me to Alina? What are you thinking, huh?"

The husband's voice echoed in the room. The sound of sobs began to buzz making Alina still stiffly unable to go anywhere. His head looked up to see the two from a glass.

"I didn't mean it that way, Mom. I-I ha-just can't bear the pain. Every time after chemotherapy the side effects left me helpless as a wife. I cannot serve you both physically and mentally and cannot be a good mother to Aqeela. I've been useless either being a wife or a mother. That's why I told you to marry Alina. She's a healthy woman who can serve Mas well and is also the mother of Aqeela" Yasmin replied in a quivering tone. Tears poured down staring at the husband looking down deeply. "Did you love him?"

As fast as lightning Azam immediately took the wife into a tight embrace. His face was hiding on Yasmin's narrow shoulder. The sturdy body was stifling withstanding the cries. "I love you, love you so much. No one can replace you. You're my wife and Aqeela's mother. That fact cannot be changed. I love you so much and can't afford to lose you. Then fight together for your healing."

Word by word that was thrown from the mouth of the husband shook the feeling. Both of Yasmin's hands were raised and returned his embrace. They cried together spilling stuffy in the chest.

While outside the room Alina was looking to digest the words of Azam. "Nobody can replace you" keeps ringing in hearing. He then closed his eyes tightly and at once tears shot out.

"You?"

Someone spoke to her, Alina turned her head and found a man in a white suit pointing right at her.
