CHAPTER 138 (Season 3)

The atmosphere was suddenly silent for a moment when Zaidan set foot into the magnificent building owned by the grandfather who was passed down to his parents. The grip of the hand getting stronger made Alina look up to see the husband's firm jaw.

"Mas." Call Alina slowly trying to resuscitate.

A second later Zaidan flabbergasted his head to the side seeing his wife frowning deeply. A smile fluttered on those charming lips, without saying a word he pulled his little family closer to the elder.

"Assalamu'alaikum, Grandpa. How are you?" ask Zaidan.

"Wa'alaikumsalam, very good." The deep hoarse voice greeted.

Zaidan shook his grandfather's hand briefly and straightened his body again. He then stepped back to introduce his wife and child.

"This is my wife and son, Kek," said Zaidan proudly.

Find the most exciting time for the people who are there. The father's family of three brothers stared silently at the moment.

Zaidan's father was the first child, having two younger brothers and a sister. His sisters' family also came to the residence of the first brother to welcome the return of Dawas Zulfan.

The middle-aged man in his seventies looked at Alina and Raihan alternately. The corner of his lips slowly lifted to make the hijab woman in front of him more uncomfortable.

"Assalamu'alaikum, Cake. I am Alina," Alina said as she reached out to greet the middle-aged man in front of her.

However, instead of replying, Dawas got up from sitting and took a walking stick. "It's time for lunch" he said firmly.

Alina who was being treated like that could only silently look at her hand floating in the air. Zaidan rushed over and embraced his warm shoulders.

"Maybe Grandpa is still tired, he just arrived last night" he said calmly.

Alina simply nodded obediently and followed where Zaidan was taking her. The other family who saw it looked at each other then rushed to the dining table where the elder was already there.

In silence Raihan watched the old man's reaction. The two eyebrows firmly intertwined when witnessing what had just happened.

"Why are great-grandparents like that?" his mind.

The situation at the dining table was so awkward and thrilling. There was only the sound of spoons and forklifts rubbing against each other with plates.

Sometimes Zaidan, Moana, and Farraz looked at Alina who had just been silent looking at her food. A bad feeling creeped into their hearts considering the incident earlier, the three people were afraid if the treatment of Dawas offended.

"If others feed you, then reward them by eating them. Aren't you taught manners?"

Spontaneously everyone turned to the end of the table looking at Dawas who was strengthening both hands looking at the only woman in hijab there.

Feeling that all the attention was on her, Alina raised her head and looked at them in turn. He then turned to the side where the grandfather of the husband was looking at him closely.

"Ah, I'm sorry. It's not that I don't appreciate people who've cooked this food, but me-"

"I don't like any reason. If you can't appreciate someone else's hard work, how can you value others?" Dawas interrupted Alina's words.

"I didn't mean it that way. I'm-"

"I've said it just now .. I don't like reasonable people. Zaidan, why are you marrying a woman like this? Can't you choose a better one?" Dawas looked towards his grandson.

Dawas grunted looking at them. "What has this woman done to the point that you defied your own Grandfather's words at that time? Do you think by choosing her you can live happily?"

"As a Zulfan family we cannot choose a life partner. We must know the tripe, bebet, and weight first and again ... Has he ever been married and had children? Where's your pride, Zaidan? You're supposed to choose a woman who's our class, Grandpa heard she's just a big orphan in an orphanage?" Dawas was grieving as he looked at the eight-year-old sitting next to the wife of his granddaughter.

Instantly Alina closed both ears of the baby so as not to hear the conversation of adults around.

"Darling, can you wait for Mama outside?" very door.

"Why Mah?" ask Raihan in curiosity.

"Em, Mama will tell you later."

Not wanting to make the mother anxious, Raihan nodded and got off the chair leaving the dining table.

"Look at that, the old man was talking and he told his son to leave." Sindir Dawas later.

Alina held her head up looking at him fixedly. "Without diminishing my respect for Mr. Dawas Zulfan and all of the Zulfan family, I have a self-esteem that cannot be easily demeaned like this. I am not a learned woman, but I know how to respect others. I don't have a great title, but I understand what's right and what's wrong. I'm sorry if I married your granddaughter."

Alina placed the napkin on the table and got up from sitting down. "One more .. I'm a mother who can't let my child listen to the talk of adults who demean others."

After saying that Alina started to step foot, but before actually leaving from there her steps came to a halt as the waist-haired beautiful woman walked inside.

"You are shameless. The bottom will never be able to enter our family. Oh my God, son Zanna you've come?" With a face of sumeringah Dawas welcomed the arrival of a woman in black dress.

"Yes Kek, I'm coming" said the woman named Zanna and walked over to them.

Dawas looked at Alina at a glance who turned to witness this. "As you were a few months ago, Grandpa wants you to reconnect. Zaidan you must keep the promise to his elders, if you .. will be with Zanna."

Hearing this Alina's eyes widened perfectly, like the drama in the television series of events right in front of her eyes made her grunt slowly.

"Do you remember this photo?" Dawas reached into his underwear took out a photograph containing two adult men each holding a baby.

"This is a picture of Grandpa together with his grandfather Zanna. We've agreed to match you up and become a big family. Since you were eighteen you have been set to be together, even .. you yourself said you will continue to look after Zanna" Dawas reminded.

"What the fuck? The photo," said Alina staring at the photo that was being pointed at the grandfather.

"Enough Cake!" Zaidan got up from his seat while pounding the table.

"Look at it all, Zaidan had already dared to yell at his own Grandfather, from where his influence came if not from the women" Dawas rolled his eyeballs to the side where Alina was still standing not far from their existence.

While grinning and nodding Alina's head back out of there. Zaidan rubbed his huffed face while looking at his grandfather again.

"That's enough, Cake. I'm married and have children .. I don't want to do anything Grandpa asks. The promise was only between grandfather and his family, I had nothing to do with it. I'm leaving!" Zaidan also lifted his legs leaving frustration in the grandfather.

"The boy," he fumed tightly clenched both hands with a deep, firm look in his eyes.

...Seriate......
