Three days after Jean succeeded in occupying the capital with his troops, Duke Cassilas, Earl Baldric, and Viscount Lostov were dragged from his place of detention towards the town square.

A sizable stage had been built and there were three large pylons on it. The three battered nobles were tied up there.

All the townspeople gathered near the square. These three nobles were the ones who had brought misery upon them. Everyone hoped that these three nobles would be executed in public. To atone for all their sins.

But Jean gave more than they expected. The man went up on stage. His black eyes stared at everyone who came, as if piercing through the depths of their souls.

Jean didn't say anything. He simply picked up the lying whip, then swung it at the bodies of the three nobles.

"I'll give you a chance to whip these three men. Each of you can snatch 10 times."

At first, everyone thought Jean was just joking. Until finally, a man in his 40s advanced. He is a man who lost his son and wife due to a conflict over the throne. He harbors hatred for those who have left his family dead.

He can't retaliate. But today, the opportunity has arrived. He doesn't care if he dies after this. Most importantly, as a husband and father, he had retaliated for his son and wife.

But when he had finished whipping the three men, nothing happened. Even the young man who had offered just smiled while allowing him to come down.

Immediately, the people who were there instantly stood in line to vent their pent-up frustration.

The young man just let them go. Just in case, he placed 100 people to make sure there was no unnecessary commotion.

Then he left them. Letting the three nobles die at the hands of the masses whom they considered inferior.

Meanwhile, as the three nobles were facing the torture they deserved, Hansen Baldric, Greg Cassilas, and Prince Hans were racing their horses. They're moving away from the Dublin kingdom.

All three were silent during the trip. But clearly, their hearts were raging. Everything that Duke Cassilas and his allies had been struggling with was simply destroyed.

For this reason, Prince Hans and two other young men fled to another kingdom in the western part of the Akkadian continent. There were several small and medium-sized kingdoms that forged a secret alliance with Duke Cassilas. They would gather strength there and counterattack Jean.

Prince Hans is determined to bring a new era to the kingdom of Dublin.

But he did not know that he was not at all an elected person.Prince Hans was not a special person. The only thing that made him look great was the fate that he was born into a royal family.

And so did his two friends. Hansen Baldric and Greg Cassilas are a bit special. Greg Cassilas has a more diluted head content while Hansen Baldric has stronger muscles. But that's all.

They do not know, The man who will bring a new era, not only to the kingdom of Dublin, but also to the future of the western continent of Akkad, is the one who will be their greatest enemy.

I apologize for the delay in the update. The more here, I feel intensive upload this novel is getting decreased.of course not because of fasting, there are other factors that I can not mention here.

to be honest I was a bit confused to write the next chapter on how I should give Jean the role. Is it better for him to become a ruler now?

or perhaps letting him venture first into the entire Akkadian continent to expand his View as a human being and pass his throne on to others? Natasha Lostov, for example?
