Pseudo-Villaines

Pseudo-Villaines
The Pirates

That day, all the passengers were having dinner on board. The fare they paid to board the ship included meals. Menu's simple. Wheat porridge with dried meat as side dish. Although it is not tasty, it is at least enough to fill the stomach.

Jean didn't have dinner. Instead, while the others were busy in the kitchen, Jean kept quiet in her room. There was no one but him. He doesn't really care about the people in the room with him.

Jean's eyes closed and she sat in a cross-legged position. His hands held parallel to his chest. His breath flows quietly. He inhaled the air around him and threw it away again.

Jean had not meditated for a long time now. The last time he was serious about doing this was when he was thrown into another realm. It was also the last time that he actually expended all his strength and effort to survive.

Regardless of how dangerous the place was, the other realms that Jean entered were very, very good places to convert natural energy into power.

His cultivation level was already at the seventh level. But he's stuck. Perhaps because Jean had not found a match so far, her strength had not increased at all. And that's not a good thing.

Jean continued to focus on absorbing the natural energy around her. If someone was there, he would see the aura of the various colors that were all around Jean. The color is always changing depending on how much natural energy Jean converts.

After doing this for years, Jean realized that each place has different levels and qualities of natural energy. The forest is one of the best places. Trees, rocks, grasses, animals, and all the living things that are in it give off energy that is somehow, positive.

The mountains were also a suitable place to cultivate. The quality of energy released from all the objects and living things that are there gives off positive energy.

And the worst place to cultivate was in the middle of the resident settlement. All the negative energies of anger, envy, envy, resentment, jealousy, greed, and all the other evil qualities give off very bad negative energies.

It may be a little late, but let's discuss the difference between positive energy and negative energy.

Natural energy, whether positive or negative, has one thing in common. They are equally useful for the body to be used as pure energy which is a source of strength for humans.

The difference is the 'feel' of the two energies. If positive natural energy is sweet and refreshing, then negative natural energy is the opposite. Foul and disgusting. Then why not just absorb the positive energy so that everything is easier?

Let's go back to Jean who is extracting the natural energy she absorbed from the ocean into her. Unlike the natural energy on land, the natural energy available in the ocean feels more mysterious. Calm yet deep.

In fact, this energy makes Jean's body feel better. The various invisible tissues within his body were increasingly sturdy and stable. Strong enough so that no one can damage the network and can accommodate its strength.

Jean opened her eyes. He had finished cultivating. His stomach did not feel hungry, so he decided not to eat. Actually the reason he didn't eat wasn't just that. Because......

BRUKKKKKK!!

The ship Jean was riding on collided with another ship. Because Jean was in his room, he could not see whose ship had hit him. However, without looking directly, Jean knows that they are a group of pirates.

Author Note:

In this chapter, I try to explain the [power] law that is in this story. If friends forget, I divide the cultivation level into ten levels. The majority of humans only reached five or six levels. More than that, he was already considered to be extremely strong.

There are two elements that occur in this story. The first is mana and the second is Qi. The way to improve each of them was to cultivate.

To be honest, I haven't thought about the rigid [power] concept in this story. I am happy to receive advice and feedback from readers.

Thanks
