Nobles Conflict

The Kingdom of Warsaw had quite a number of influential nobles. But only the three actually had the power to dominate each other.

The first was the Ankwicz family who had the title Duke. Based on historical records, Ankwicz was one of the most loyal Vassals of the first king. Together with the first king, he built the foundation of the kingdom from scratch. Conquering the surrounding small kingdoms and protecting the Warsaw kingdom from outside threats.

Thanks to that loyalty, the first king gave the title of Duke to Ankwicz and his younger sister to marry. From then on, Ankwicz who got the title of Duke began to secure his position as the [Guardian of kingdom].

The second was the Cetner family. Just like Ankwicz, Cetner was also one of the loyal Vassals of the first king. However, if Ankwicz's focus is on the military, then Cetner's expertise is an internal administrative affair.

He helped the first king to make policy with his intelligence. Thanks to him, the lands that had been conquered before by the first king did not carry out large-scale rebellions.

Cetner had an older sister whom the king married. It made him the brother-in-law of the king and he gained the title of Duke due to his services as well as his brother-in-law's association with the first king.

The third was Fredro's family. Compared to the previous two families, you could say the Fredro family is a 'newcomer'.

A hundred years ago, a battle between the kingdom of Warsaw and the neighboring country broke out. The Ankwicz family and the Cetner family have put all the resources at their disposal to win the war or at least create a stalemate. However, the ongoing economic crisis made their efforts in vain.

At such a moment, Fredro's family, who used to still hold the title of Count, decided to shine. At first, their family was merchants. Its proximity to other merchants made the kingdom of Warsaw escape from the economic crisis. In the end, the kingdom of Warsaw won the war thanks to the financial support provided by the Fredro family.

The three families lived in harmony in the kingdom of Warsaw. They supported the royal family, Mietzsko, and ensured the security and prosperity of the Warsaw kingdom. Or that's what at least the surface looks like.

In reality, each of the three families had been trying to be superior to the other. They want the throne. It was time for the kingdom of Warsaw to become a hegemony in the central part of the Akkadian continent.

They make every effort for it. Slowly, they began to reduce the influence of the Mietzsko family. They move on their own. Of course, the three families were not allied. Instead, they tend to be hostile.

'Their relationship has been fractured, even for a long time. Even so, they managed to hide it from the surface. Appreciable. But once this conflict explodes, then...'

Jean grinned. No matter how clever a person hid the carcass, its stench would definitely still spread. Those nobles have been planning a coup. Although the royal family hasn't sniffed it yet, but soon, they'll find out.

In the end, Jean is not interested in who loses and who wins. No, he was not even interested in this conflict. But seeing this kingdom burn down is not bad either. After all politically, this would be of great value to Jean and her lover who were in their homeland.
