"I'm sorry, that was a joke yesterday. How about we get serious now, Christov?"
Jean lifted Christov's collar and slammed it very easily. Jean smiled when she heard the crackling sound of Christov's broken bones.
Christov could only groan in pain when his bones were broken. He no longer had the strength to scream. Jean smiles. He with his hands raised Christov's body again. This time he slammed it against the rocks.
Jean continued to do so until she saw into Christov's body that all his bones had been broken. Honestly, he was delighted and enjoyed the sound of Christov's pleas for mercy.
"I thought you'd be stronger. But it didn't. To be honest, this is disappointing me."
The truth is Jean doesn't know, Christov is a [Knight Mage]. He has one of the quite powerful abilities, [Enchanment Body]. This ability makes Christov able to harden his body like steel and accelerate his movements.
However, Jean possesses a special ability called [Absolute Null]. A technique that allows Jean to reduce all magic attacks and perform automatic de-buffing to her opponents. Thanks to this power, he was able to defeat Christov very easily.
"To..longs.... Ampu..... I'm."
Jean could hear Christov's feeble attempts at mercy. He just chuckled and dragged Christov. There was something he wanted to try.
"I wonder if a ball this small can make a human brain splatter. Let's test it."
Jean took Christov's rifle. He did the same thing as Christov did. Clean the inside of the gun and then insert a ball of lead and a strange black powder. Afterwards, Jean turns on the wick located at the back of the rifle.
Jean did not hesitate to put the muzzle of his rifle in Christov's mouth. Like a child who can't wait to see fireworks, Jean makes a big smile like a child.
"To..lo....A..k..u..."
DORRR!!!
Jean pressed the trigger. Instantly, Christov's head was scattered in the sand of the beach. Along with his blood. His head broke his brain. Seeing what was happening, Jean let out a disappointed sigh.
'I thought that his head would all be destroyed. But it turns out it's just this. The destruction power is not as strong as I thought.'
How else. Jean shrugged her shoulders. This rifle is interesting but not efficient. It may be useful if used by many people in one shot but not useful for individual use. At least not yet.
"It's time to take what should be mine."
Jean shouldered the rifle and went through the cold of the night. Accompanied by the moonlight.

"Boss disappeared!! He hasn't come back since!! Find him now!!"
Meanwhile, the pirates are thrown into a panic when they realize that their leader has disappeared. They gathered together and sought him. Nil. Nothing they got.
"Let's see you! It doesn't matter even if you have to get into the crab hole to find her! Damnit damnit! What's he doing in the middle of the night like this!"
The one complaining was one of Christov's right-handers. The man who was also a partner of Jean's attack on the journey from western Akkad. Without his help, the hijacking operation carried out by Christov might have had a hard time.
Hope arrived when he saw someone running towards him. Not wrong anymore. He was his pirate partner. Gasping for breath, he tells her where Christov really is.
"I've found the boss sir!!"
"Say where he is now! Or I'll chop off your head!"
Christov's right hand yelled at the poor pirate. He tried to calm his breath first. It was only when his breathing had stabilized that he revealed Christov's position.
"B-boss.... B-bos is in.... He's already in the afterlife."
That guy changed his tone. Quickly, he thrust his hand into the heart of Christov's trusted man. Instantly, he was also killed.
Of course it was Jean in disguise. It turned out pretty fun. But he decided to stop his game.
Jean made this night a bloody night for the pirates. He just finished 'cleaning' everything up by sunrise.
