Zubir bin Al - Awwam The Faithful Helper

       Zubir bin Al-Awwam is one of the mighty and reliable heroes of Islam in the time of the Prophet s.a.w. His courage can be likened to Saiyidina Ali r.a. or Saiyidina Hamzah bin Abdul Mutalib. 

       The story takes place during the battle of Uhud that a hero of idolatry had come out of his defense into the middle of the battlefield to fight the sword against each other with the army of Islam. He called for Islamic heroes to come to him. Three times he called but the army of Islam was still silent as well. 

       In order to defend the dignity of the Islamic army, Zubir then jumped on his camel, then went to face the enemy who had been waiting for a long time. When he got close to the enemy camel, he jumped on it. Then there was a terrible struggle. Not long after, Zubir was able to topple his enemy down. For it was easy for him to slay the neck of the enemy. 

        

       Seeing this, the Prophet said: "Each prophet has his own assistant and Zubir is my servant." Then the Prophet continued, saying: "If Zubir had not come out immediately to get the idol, I would have been forced to go out to get it. "Zubir Bin Al-Awwam was also the commander of Islam who later succeeded in conquering the famous city of Babylon.

The Ten Year Old People's Representative

Caliph Umar bin Abdul Aziz was the Islamic government in the time of the Umayyads. One day the representative of each colony had faced him to clear the situation in the respective colony\-each.

The Hijaz had sent a slave as his representative and was instructed to speak first. Upon seeing the representative as a slave, Caliph Umar asked: "O slave, let the older\s speak first. "Hearing the Caliph's reprimand, the slave representative replied: "Yes Amirul Mukminin, man is actually viewed from two things, namely his heart and tongue. When Allah has given to a person a solid tongue and a wise heart, that person has the right to speak. If viewed in terms of age, know Amirul Mukminin! There are those who are more entitled to sit on the throne of the Lord." The Caliph was shocked to hear that answer. It turned out that his words were very pithy, until he realized his outrageousness: "True you said, dear representative. Tell me how your country is doing now?"

Yes Amirul Mukminin, whom we respect, we are representatives of\-representatives who get happiness, not accidents. We have not confronted my Master for complaining about our insecure state, but we have obtained what we have asked for under the auspices of my just Master." Caliph Umar r.a. was astonished at how eloquent and wise the slave spoke, and he asked: "How old are you, wise representative.?" The boy replied: "Ten years my lord."

Three Questions

“You who? And can you answer my\-question questions?” Youth asked. “I am a servant of Allah and with permission\ Him I will answer the question brother.” Answer Religious Teachers. “You sure? being Professor and many smart people alone are not able to answer my question.” Reply Religious Teacher “I will try as far as I can”

Youth : “I have 3 questions;

If there is a God, show me the existence of God

What do you mean by destiny?

If demons are created from fire why are they put into hell made of fire?, it is certainly not painful for demons, because they have the same element.

Did God never think that far?”

Suddenly the Religious Teacher slapped the young man's cheek firmly. While enduring the pain the youth said “Why are you angry with me?” Reply Religious Teacher “I am not angry.The slap is my answer to the 3 questions you asked me”.

“I really do not understand”, said the young man. Religion Teacher asks “How does it feel to slap me?”. “Of course I feel pain”, he replied. Religion Teacher asks ” So you believe that pain exists?”. The young man nodded in trust. Religion teacher asked again, “Show me that sick form!” “ Cannot”, youth jaw. “That is the answer to the first question: we all feel the existence of God without being able to see his form.” The Religious Teacher.

The Religion Teacher asked again, “Did you dream last night to be slapped by me?”. “Not” reply youth. “Did it ever occur to you to receive a slap from me today?” “Not” reply youth. “That's called Destiny” Bright Religion Teacher.

Religion teacher asked again, “Made from what hand I used to slap you?”. “kulit”. Reply youth. “What is your cheek made of?” “ Skin “ Reply Youth. “How does my slap feel?”. “Sick.” Reply youth. “Although Satan is made of fire and Hell is made of fire, if God wills then Hell will be a painful place for Satan.” The Religious Teacher.
