Satan's last attempt to mislead people

It has been the will of God since the time of Azali that the devil and his armies of demons become enemies of man. Enemy in the essential sense, who will torment man in the real life, the eternal afterlife. But in this temporary life of the world, if we are not vigilant and careful, it could be that Satan becomes our friend and companion who is very helpful, supportive and facilitates our daily lives. Neither the devil of the jinn nor man, either by a real or supernatural path. Unmitigated, the efforts of Satan to mislead this done up to the last point of human life, which is when the sacaratul death.

When humans are facing the saccharatul of death, one of the difficulties or pains faced is an unbearable thirst that seems to burn the heart, not only physical thirst, but also the heart, but it can also be supernatural. Perhaps the people guarding around him had given him a drink, but the thirst was not immediately gone. Under these circumstances, the devil usually comes with a drink that looks very tempting and refreshing, especially towards Muslims, especially believers whose faith is very strong. They (devils) are very unwilling if a person dies by the pleasure of Allah.

At the height of that seemingly intolerable thirst, the devil will come with a glass of very fresh drink, and he stands at the side of a believer's head. The believer who does not realize that he is a devil, will say, “Give me that water!!”

Satan said, “Alright, but tell first that this world no one created, then I will give this water to you!!”

In another account it says, the devil will say, “Leave this religion of yours, and say that God is two, then you will survive this deadly sacrosanct pain!!”

If he has a strong faith, he will realize that the water-carrying figure is a devil, then he will turn away. But the devil does not stop and despair, he will stand at his feet with another appearance, still with a very fresh drink tempting. The believer who is still thirsty will say to him, “Give me that drink!!”

The devil in another appearance said, “Alright, but say that Muhammad (Rasulullah SAW) is a liar, then I will give this water to you!!”

Upon hearing such an answer, the believer will realize that the devil will not stop flirting with him until he loses his faith. Then he will be patient in that thirst that burns the heart and will ask no more. He will concern himself with remembering God asking for help and salvation from His side.

A story about a teacher and a very zuhudic cleric named Abu Zakaria, while being sakaratul some friends and students waiting for him. When Abu Zakaria appeared to be in fatigue, a friend of his taught him the phrase thayyibah, “Say : Laa ilaaha illallaah!!”

But unexpectedly, Abu Zakaria turned his face away. Friends on the other side also said, “Say Laa ilaaha illallaah!!”

Again Abu Zakaria turned his face away, even when for the third time they asked him to read Thayyibah, Abu Zakaria said, “I will not say that sentence!!”

“True, three times we asked you to read the creed, but twice you turned and the third time you said: I will not say it!! That's why we are sad!!”

Abu Zakaria said, “My attitude and words are not addressed to you

Then Abu Zacharias told him that the Devil had come to him with a bowl of water that looked very fresh, while he felt very thirsty. The devil stood on his right side moving his bowl so that the freshness of the water was more tempting, and said, “Don't you need water??”

He did not answer, but his eyes could not hide his thirst, and attracted him to the freshness of the water, so the devil said again, “Tell me that Isa is the son of God!!”

Abu Zechariah turned away from the devil, who was at the same time with his friend who asked him to say the phrase thayyibah for the first time. But the demon still approached from the other direction, and stood by his feet while saying as before. So he turned again, who was with his friend who asked him to read Thayyibah for the second time. Not yet discouraged either, the devil approached closer to his alluring sparkle, luring it with such a fresh drink, saying, “Tell me that God does not exist!!”

So forcefully Abu Zakaria said, “I will not say it!!”

At the same time, his best friend was asking him to say the phrase thayyibah for the third time.

Abu Zakaria ended his explanation, “At that time the bowl that the devil carried fell and broke apart, then he ran away in a storm. But the thirst was so biting and unbearable that I fell unconscious. So, my attitude and words are not for you, but to reject the devil. And now you see all: Asyhadu an-laa ilaaha illallaah wa asyhadu anna muhammad ar rasuulullaah!!”

After that Abu Zacharias body weakened, and he died in a state of khusnul khotimah.
