The Magical Servant
One day Abdul Wahid bin Zaid r.a was walking in the market suddenly he saw a servant who was being sold. The servant saw Abdul Wahid with sharp eyes and Abdul Wahid wanted to buy the servant to make work at home. This servant is a devout man and always does his work diligently.
Abdul Wahid was surprised about this servant's temperament because during the day he worked diligently while at night he was not home even though Abdul Wahid satisfied to find it while the door of the house was always closed and there was no sign that the door had been opened. In the morning the servant was back in the house and handed over a piece of dirham money engraved by Surah Al-Ikhlas on it. When asked by Abul Wahid, the servant replied "I will give to the master every day one piece of dirham money as long as the master does not ask where I am going". Abdul Wahid accepted it and did not know it again.
After a long time the matter passed, one day a friend of Abdul Wahid came and told that his servant's work every night was to dig the grave of the dead. Abdul Wahid was shocked at what his master had told him, but he did not believe it. Abdul Wahid promised to investigate the matter first.
One night during Isyak's prayer, Abdul Wahid staked out his servant's movements without knowing that he was being snooped. Abdul Wahid saw his servant heading to the door just by showing his finger only the door opened by itself while being noticed by Abdul Wahid with amazement. His servant came out the door closed again by itself. Abdul Wahid continued to follow his servant until it reached a spacious place (desert). His servant continued to exchange his clothes for other clothes made of guni cloth. The servant continued to pray until dawn. When the servant finished his prayer, he lifted up the hands of the heavens and asked the Most Powerful for a prayer, saying, "My great master pay my little master". He finished praying that a dirham money fell from the sky and was taken by the servant. Abdul Wahid watched his servant with astonishment and amazement.
Since it was almost noon, Abdul Wahid sought water around him to ablaze and perform the Fajr prayer. While he prayed he promised to free his servant because the righteous servant should not seem to crave for his fellow men. Finished praying Abdul Wahid sought his servant but did not meet he had lost himself so quickly. Abdul Wahid tried to find a way to go home but did not meet because the place was foreign to him. With feelings of anxiety and regret over his actions and in a state of erratic back and forth he suddenly seemed to be a shadow from far away the horseman was heading towards him.
With impatience, Abdul Wahid waited for the arrival of the man and when he reached his place, the horseman asked "what are you doing in the middle of this desert, Abdul Wahid". Abdul Wahid was in awe and said in his heart, how did this man know my name. Abdul Wahid told the horsemen what had happened. The horseman said again "do not be suspicious of what is happening" Abdul Wahid nodded at what the horseman said. The horseman said again "do you know how far your house is from this place" replied Abdul Wahid "I don't know". "The distance is a two-year journey on a horse that runs fast" said the equestrian. Abdul Wahid was astonished by the words of the horseman and said in his heart as I followed my servant last night just a few minutes away.
Satelah finished his servant led Abdul Wahid and walked quickly and not until a while they had arrived before the house of Abdul Wahid. His servant asked Abdul Wahid "surely the master will set me free because of Allah Taala" replied Abdul Wahid "rightly" Then his servant showed the stone of the door-sniff and declared that it was his money. Abdul Wahid was surprised how the stone that had been there for a long time was used as ransom money. Then Abdul Wahid took the stone and immediately the stone was turned into a gold bar. Abdul-Wahid was in awe of the prevailing wonders he had seen before and today.
During the day Abdul Wahid went to the house of his friend who accused his servant of digging the tomb and told him what had really happened. While at home there was a commotion in which the parable son Abdul Wahid berated his servant for thinking for two nights his wicker did not return home and accused his servant of killing his father for peeping his evil deeds digging the graves of people. Abdul Wahid's daughter angrily took a stone and turned it towards the servant and exposed it to his eyes and caused his servant's eyes to pop out and he collapsed.

With a feeling of anger Abdul Wahid took the sword and cut off his son's hand so that it broke. Abdul Wahid was upset over the allegations made by his son while they were unaware of the true circumstances.
When his servant was conscious of fainting, he got up and took the fallen eye and put it back in its original place, praying to Allah to restore his sight. After praying, his eyes healed again as usual and his servant went to take the hands of Abdul Wahid's son who broke up and connected him while reading something. Not long after the hand of Abdul Wahid's son recovered as usual. His servant kept asking for himself and passed from there. The crowd was amazed to see the miracle that had happened.
