Story before sleep

Pak Yoga and Mama Alina went into the room, after a moment they performed the late Islamic prayer.

Because of the length of their meeting, until the prayer so long. Both of them are on time for worship.

After the prayer, Pak Yoga sat at the bedside. He rested his head on the headboard, to cool his raging head because he saw Alisa with the young man.

His heart was was was was, if what he thought would happen. As a parent, he wanted to see Alisa happily living with her life partner. But not with that young man.

For some reason, his premonition says that Alisa will not be happy living with the young man.

He is not a psychic, who knows like events in the future. He just relies on filing. Whether accurate or not, he did not know.

Pak Yoga sighed in a heavy breath. During these few days, he had gotten a bad feeling about the young man.

But I don't know what. How can I prove if the feeling is true? He thought that something was coming.

It felt like he wanted to go to a fortune teller, to know what his son's future was like.

Astagfirullah! haram law!

Pak Yoga rubbed his face rough. He remembered the word of a scholar. He said, any kind of prophecy is haram. Whatever form and method is still illegal. The only one who knows about the future is Allah azza wajalla.

According to the Indonesian assembly of scholars (MUI) Cholil Nafis said that, in Islam any kind of prophecy is haram. Everything that happens in the future only God knows.

It is not written in Lauhul Mahfudh if the destiny of man is already in it.

Destiny has been recorded since God created man. The fate that has been written cannot be changed.

But for the fate of our lives, it can be changed.

For example, we want to be successful people in the future, yes we must try our best to be able to realize it.

In other words, destiny cannot be changed while fate can be changed. Is there not a verse of the Qur'an that says,

Innal llahi laa yughayyiru ma biqaumin hatta yughayyiruu ma biqaumin.

Which means,

God will not change a people until they change what is in themselves. Q.s Ar-Ra'du verse 11

Ikhtiar Wajibon!

Pak Yoga pondered for a moment, for a long time he pondered until Mama Alina sat next to him he did not know.

Mama Alina who saw Pak Yoga bengong, patted her thigh gently while reprimanding her.

'' Pa.... Did anyone think? How daydreaming? to cuddle like that? What the hell is Pa?'' ask mama Alina.

Pak Yoga turned his head, he found his wife smiling sweetly at him.

Mama Alina sighed.'' Whatever happens in the future for our son, we can't change him Pa. It's all been a stroke of fate for him! Accept it, Alisa still has to live it!
