The donor

Outside the hospital, a man was parking his motorbike when he heard that an accident patient had been seriously injured in his head.

When Ivan finished telling the nurse if later the patient's family asked who the donor was, Ivan just leave a letter to the patient let the patient know who he was.

Let it be a secret between her and Alisa who knows because if Alisa's family knows, it will be a disgrace for her and Alisa later.
