A week passed.
"Aunty?"
"Yes, honey. Why?"
"When do you come home?" Ask gaunt.
"Papa's coming home soon, baby." I looked at Cheery who was now sitting beside me. A few minutes ago I had just picked up Cheery from school, even though Dance was there. There was a debate before Cheery finally chose to come home with me.
Cheery's attitude that actually makes Dari seem to not accept. I had seen the upset and angry Dance. In fact, don't hesitate Dance to blame me. However, because it was still in a public place then I chose to just shut up, and decided to ask Cheery directly.
It's quite unexpected, I think Cheery would choose to go with Dance because that woman is her Mama. But the boy chose to come with me.
Be happy?
Of course, I was very happy when Cheery preferred me over Dance. Her mother.
So much time I've spent with Cheery over these past few days in a time when Tian wasn't around. Other than Tian asking me to help keep Cheery, I also used the opportunity to approach Cheery in my own way. Slowly, I was able to steal Cheery's attention even though it had to be done bit by bit because there was always a Dance between the two of us.
Besides myself, there are Papa and Mama Maya who also helped me in winning Cheery's heart. Both of my former in-laws still treat me so well. Especially Mama Maya who hopes that Tian and I will get married again soon.
"Where if now we go to play in the park near the complex that there is a lake. You want?" I asked when I saw Cheery had taken a shower and dressed at home as usual.
The tiny head nodded. "Yes, I want aunty." Excited pleased.
"Come?"
"Come, Aunt." Seeing such a carefree Cheery made me smile.
Me and Cheery left after getting approval from Mama Maya. He could not accompany us because he was still in the process of recovery after some time ago had been treated for acid reflux disease rose.
As soon as I arrived at the park I meant, Cheery immediately ran to the typical snack place of the children there. The little girl asked me to buy her a cotton candy with a very cute and big color.
While Cheery and I were enjoying the cotton candy that was bought earlier, accidentally my eyes were fixed on the figure of a man I knew was playing also with a boy the same age Cheery. I watched from a distance, but damn it, the man is looking at me right now.
"What are you doing here, Ra?"
I looked at Cheery who was still cool with the cotton candy, then commented a big smile on Raffi.
Yes, Raffi. I accidentally met Raffi again after our last meeting one month ago.
"You alone?" I looked behind Raffi's body, but did not see the whereabouts of the boy.
"I happened to run out of the house of one of my patients, kept going through here earlier, and accidentally saw the boy fall off his bike."
Said Raffi who seemed to understand with my confusion. "Who are you, Ra?"
"Oh .." I saw Cheery. "He's his daughter, Mas Tian. Fi."
Raffi stared at Cheery briefly before then his eyes looked back at me. Raffi smiled as he nodded.
"So ... You're really going back to her, Ra?" That disappointed look was obvious on Raffi's face now.
I looked at Raffi while nodding slowly.
"May you be happy." He said with a fluffy but fake smile.
"Hi, gorgeous. Mom.!"
"Mama?" Cheery, who had just realized the presence of Tari, immediately put the little cotton candy beside her, then got down from the long wooden chair as soon as possible. Cherry squandered hugging Dance tightly.
"Who, Ra?" Raffi asked curiously.
"Mr. Cheery, Fi." Short reply. I know Raffi still looks confused, but it seems like the man prefers to keep quiet.
I thought Raffi would leave after his introduction to Tari, but Raffi turned out to be at home. Raffi chose to join us because his duty at the hospital is still about an hour away.
Dance and Cheery left me with Raffi. I saw Tari buy me a plastic ball for Cheery, and then they both played together. A few minutes passed, I saw Dari lead Cheery, the woman asked me to keep Cheery for a while because she had to receive a phone call that was out of who.
Dance a bit away, and Cheery asks for permission to play alone there. I also agree that Cheery plays by himself because I think I can still watch him from my seat at this time.
However, there was something that made me distract from Cheery when I saw a little girl fall off the swing. Raffi rushed over and helped him to stand up. I who was standing next to Raffi also grimaced because I saw a large enough wound on the hand and leg of the little girl who continued to bleed a lot.
Because he helped Raffi clean the little girl's wound, until he forgot that Cheery was no more.
I was so shocked when I heard the voice of someone calling Cheery's name there.
"Cheery ... Please ... Please ..." Shouting Dance.
"Cheery ...!" My murmur trembled slightly, I hurriedly ran to the edge of the lake subconsciously lowering the little girl just now violently. No matter the voice of Raffi who kept calling and running after me, I only thought of Cheery. My fear grew even more when I saw that there were some people crowding there.
"Yes God ... Cheery!!!" I smothered my own mouth with both palms. Didn't know if Cheery and Tari were in the lake. I wanted to jump into the lake right then and there were some people who got in the way, including Raffi.

"What's going on, Naya? Why would Cheery drown there?" Cecar Mama Maya as soon as she arrived.
I who was sitting in front of the IGD room immediately stood up and cried.
"I'm sorry, Ma. I'm sorry."
"It ... Calm down, Ma." Papa Adi patted his wife's shoulder gently. "Pity Naya. We wait for an explanation from the doctor."
The middle-aged woman's head nodded, "Yes, Pa."
After waiting for a few minutes, Raffi and the two nurses appeared from behind the door. We all approached.
"Fi, how's Cheery doing?"
"Where is my grandson, doctor.?"
Ask Mama and I Maya at the same time. Raffi smiles.
"Alhamdulillah, Cheery or your grandson is fine. He survived. It's just that it has to be treated for a few days here because the condition is very weak."
A little relieved when I heard the explanation from Raffi, but I still felt guilty for my carelessness that made Cheery almost lose his life. I swear by anything, I'm condemning my own stupidity. Had I taken good care of Cheery, it might not have fallen and drowned. Had I kept Cheery in check, maybe this time the boy wouldn't have been lying weakly there. Had Dance not existed, I don't know what would have happened to Cheery.
And if Tian knew that I wasn't looking after Cheery ...
I closed my eyes tightly, imagining how disappointed Tian would be with me. I knew Tian was angry, but the man held him back and chose to just turn off his phone call.
