100 Days of Being a Widow

100 Days of Being a Widow
Section 70 Heals the Trauma of a Child/Trauma as a result of divorce

The judge allowed Dani to ask permission for Dani to first ask permission from the Guardian who accompanied Azka.

Rania mute a thousand languages.yeah only able to tear without being able to say anything when from approaching and ask permission to him to be able to speak directly with Azka.

It was unexpected that Jean who was holding Azka persuaded the boy to get closer to his father. But unexpectedly, Azka looked frightened..His face suddenly turned deathly pale with cold sweat pouring out. His hands were so strong that Jean struggled to let go of Azka's arms.

"Dani and the honorable Judge. Forgive me as a connecting father for ananda Azka, I have tried to persuade this son of father Dani to want to come closer and talk directly with his biological father. But what power, this is purely happening. Ananda Azka, my long-term son is still in a state of psychological trauma as a result of yesterday's events".

Azka kept on thrashing asking to go home. Jean remained calm and continued the conversation.

"The father of the judge and Mr. Dani, without prejudice to respect. I asked for permission, give me time to persuade and reduce the trauma that Azka felt. If I see Azka's readiness to meet her biological father. My mother will soon meet both. That's my promise".

Said Jean with great rigour. It was seen that the man who had been considered father by both of Rania's children made a promise steadily. Rania's cry was not now due to her pain, but rather her sense of need to hear Jean's words. It seems obvious that this man is very gentle and responsible.

Dani must learn legowo to see Jean who can be closer to the children than she is. Dani looks at Jean's back as she holds Azka and holds Rania's arm. Slowly disappearing through the corridors of the trial, while Dani, herded times into the bars.

"Rania...Ran...!!"

Rania turned to the source who called her. He's Bimo, Dani's brother.

Rania stops and decides to meet Bimo.

"Rania, I want to talk to you"

Bimo said as he glanced at Jean. Jean understands Bimo's body language. Then he got out of Rania.

"Rania, I want to apologize to you for my brother's mistake".

"Bimo, everything happens by the will of God. I've cleared up everything that's happened"

Rania replied with a cold expression.

"I actually want you to try to establish again the friendship of children with Brother, because for the sake of healing his soul. After all he was the real father of Azka and Zidan".

"Bim, please don't sue me. The same is true when I never demanded you to meet me with the children while you hid them!'

How healed the memory, but still can not be lost just like that.

Bimo fell silent

"I will keep trying to heal Azka's psychic trauma. But I can't guarantee how long it will take me. Relax, I will not take revenge. My husband taught me not to be vengeful. You heard what my husband said, he promised Dani and before the judge that he would take Azka to his father. I guess that's enough to prove that, I'm going to connect the relationship between father and son!"

Bimo was silent. He forgets that their family once punished Rania by separating her from the children.

"Bimo, excuse me for coming home. Oh yes, say my regards to my mother. May he always be healthy!"

Rania said as she passed from before Bimo.

Days change...

Rania is focused on taking care of her pregnancy. Jean patiently divides the attention between the business, the children and also Rania.

As Jean promised Dani, Jean tried to heal Azka's inner wounds. A week in papa Dani's shackle, making Azka's view of the figure of her father changed. Every time he heard the word papa, Azka's body trembled and was frightened.

Rania brought Azka to a psychologist in Lumajang, Bu Ainun, S.Psi.Psi. Mrs Ainun practices not far from where they live. At the first meeting, Ms. Ainun conducted an interview with Rania and Jean about the chronology of Azka's trauma.

Rania and Jean give evidence as to what Azka experienced. Ms. Ainun then recorded the results of the interview.

The next day, observations were made. Mrs Ainun attended school and several times at Azka's house. It is seen that the child is afraid to play away from the home area. He also restricted himself from interacting with people he had just met, especially Ms. Ainun. In fact, when Ms. Ainun came with her husband, Azka was seen avoiding Ms. Ainun, as she was wary of the presence of new people.

One afternoon, the counseling session took place. Ms. Ainun handed me a piece of paper from the diagnosis.

On that paper, Azka was diagnosed with PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) or post-traumatic stress disorder is a mental disorder that arises after a person experiences or witnesses an unpleasant event. PTSD is an anxiety disorder that makes sufferers remember traumatic events. Ms. Ainun explained the contents of her diagnosis. Rania tried hard to listen to Bu Ainun's explanation.

"Bu Rania, let me explain this Post traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD to you. You need to know complete information about this in order to make it easier for you to do psychological therapy at home. However great I am, the role of the family is more important".

" Mrs Rania and Mrs Jean. As stated on the paper the diagnosis results that ananda Azka experience what is called PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) or post-traumatic stress disorder is a mental disorder that arises after a person experiences or witnesses events which is unpleasant. As of,

it makes the sufferer remember the traumatic event. Traumatic events that can trigger PTSD include war, accidents, natural disasters, violence, and sexual abuse. Well in this case Ananda Azka may experience verbal violence that makes wounds on her psyche".

Bu Ainun paused for a moment when he saw that Rania was starting to look anxious. Jean tried to calm Rania down.

Mrs Ainun then continued her explanation.

"Although, not everyone who remembers a traumatic event is affected by PTSD. There are specific criteria used to determine whether a person has PTSD.

I will explain about the symptoms that refer to this diagnosis.

PTSD symptoms appear after a person experiences a traumatic event. The time of occurrence can be several months or several years after the traumatic event. The severity and duration of symptoms also vary in each patient.

Some symptoms that indicate someone has PTSD are:

Memory of traumatic events

PTSD sufferers often think about the events that traumatized them. In fact, the sufferer feels as if repeating the incident. Memory of the traumatic event is also often present in nightmares, so the patient is emotionally depressed.

Tendency to avoid

People with PTSD are reluctant to think about or talk about events that traumatize them. This is indicated by avoiding places, activities, and someone associated with the traumatic event.

Negative thoughts and feelings

People with PTSD tend to blame themselves or others. In addition, sufferers also lose interest in activities they used to like and feel hopeless. Sufferers are also more alone and difficult to establish relationships with others.

Changes in behavior and emotions

PTSD sufferers are often easily frightened or angry even though they are not triggered by memories of the traumatic event. These changes in behavior also often endanger him or others. Patients also have difficulty sleeping and concentrating.

And I saw all the symptoms happen to Azka. Especially avoidance symptoms, difficulty sleeping and stay away from things that traumatize him".

"What should we do, ma'am?"

Ask Jean. He desperately wants Azka to live a normal life again.

"This has actually entered the realm of Psychiatrists. However, I have worked with dr. Diana Mental Health Specialist, I have made an action plan for Azka. For Azka's case, we don't need drugs. I think we're doing enough psychotherapy".

Rania and Jean are still listening to Ms. Ainun's explanation.

"Bu Rania and Mr. Jean, I created an Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy plan, which is a combination of exposure therapy and eye movement techniques to change the patient's response when remembering a traumatic event. I certainly need the help of Ms. Rania and Mr. Jean to apply this therapy at home".

Bu Ainun gave Rania a piece of paper. There was a plan of action to apply to Azka.

"Bismillah, O God, may this be a path of healing for my son". Rania Gumam.
