Waiting for Love for Me

Waiting for Love for Me
98 LOOKING FOR A MASTERMIND

Mr. Albi was busy matching someone's personal data with the information he got from Aris yesterday afternoon, when they met at the hospital. Some of the data is true there is a suitability, from family members as well as the address.

"It's for sure, they're brothers!" Mr. Albi flicked his finger.

"But why did Aris say that her brother was not familiar with Dimas and Alila? Or maybe it's Aris who doesn't know about all this?" He still mumbled to himself.

The man was leaning against his swivel chair with both hands folded in front of his chest. The chair turned left and right slowly. His eyes glanced upwards, thinking of some possibilities.

For some reason, since seeing Aris in the hospital yesterday, he felt that he had a strong sign of who was behind the accident experienced by Dimas and his wife.

Moreover, the police themselves have conveyed the initial results of the case, that the accident is likely to contain elements of deliberate and not ordinary hit-and-run events.

While thinking about all that, suddenly Mr. Albi remembered someone who was also waiting for news of the handling of Dimas and Alila in the hospital yesterday. Just like it seems, the person is very enthusiastic about seeking information from the police who are standing guard with them.

Unintentionally, he had listened to a man of Dimas' age talk with someone over the phone.

"Immediately look for related information about the accident experienced by Dimas and Alila this morning! Gather accurate evidence and report it to me later in the afternoon!"

Mr. Albi guessed that the young man was not an indiscriminate person, as evidenced by his firm and authoritative manner of speech, also had a subordinate whom he could command as he had heard at the time.

"I have to meet him. Looks like our goal is the same. We want to find out who is behind this accident. And apparently, he also had a very close relationship with Dimas and his wife."

The head of the division, who was also Dimas' superior, continued to talk to himself while closing his laptop, then immediately prepared to go to the hospital.

By noon, Alila woke up and found Dimas had already opened his eyes. The man had woken up a moment before and just kept quiet letting Alila continue to sleep.

He looked at the face of his beloved wife who looked tired and paled. A feeling of guilt reached his heart for asking Alila to continue with him, while the woman also still needed more rest to restore the condition of his body which was still weak.

"Dim, you're awake. Sorry I fell asleep here."

Alila straightened her body without pulling her hand which was still being held by Dimas.

"I'm sorry, Al. You should also rest in your room, but I'm holding you back from staying here."

Alila stroked Dimas' face with her left hand. His sitting position that he deliberately aligned beside Dimas' upper arm, made it easier to reach the face of his beloved man.

"I don't want to be away from you either, Dim. I want to keep you here and accompany you."

His hand had already moved over Dimas' head, caressing him fondly.

Dimas's gaze went down, towards his feet. He noticed his right leg being covered in bandages and, worse, a cast wrapped around his right thigh.

The man took a deep breath and threw it away immediately.

"If it's like this, how can I protect and protect you, Al?"

Dimas was not sure, his legs would recover in no time. Moreover, there are bones that are cracked and broken, so it must be cured with the installation of a pen. It must have taken a long time for him to walk normally again.

Alila shook her head then stood up and kissed Dimas on the forehead. With her face down and still on top of that handsome face, her pair of beautiful eyes looked into her husband's eyes lovingly.

"It was you who always put me first, looked after me, protected me and spoiled me all the time. Now it's my turn to be devoted to you, Dim. I'll take care of you, look after you, accompany you and spoil you at all times."

"I'm sorry, Al. It shouldn't be like this. I should have protected you better. Should've........" Dimas' speech was cut by Alila.

"We should share, give, support and encourage one another."

"Nothing is less or more than one of them. There is nothing better or worse than one of them. We are a couple, we must fill each other up and complement each other under any circumstances."

Hearing the words of Alila, Dimas further tightened his grip on the hand of the wife who continued to be held above the chest.

"Thank you, baby..."

"Together, darling. I also thank you for always being such an amazing husband to me. I love you so much, Dim!"

Alila kissed Dimas' whole face. The forehead, cheeks, nose to lips, make the originally pale face that raises a red tinge. Treated that way, Dimas' feelings were blissful.

After lunch, Dimas was transferred to the general care room. And because Alila was still in the doctor's monitoring, their parents asked for husband-wife care to be done together in one room only.

Medical equipment in the form of two monitors connected with several cables and hoses on the body Dimas, placed to the right of the bed Dimas, while Alila bed was placed on his left.

Right after the transfer of the treatment room was completed, Mr. Albi came alone and was greeted by a family who were gathering together.

Dimas's superior seemed relieved when he saw Dimas was conscious and able to communicate well, although his physical condition was still very weak.

"Thank God you're sober, Dim. Do not force yourself to move and think hard, still follow the doctor's advice so that your recovery lasts optimally!" Message Mr Albi.

"Yes, Sir. Thank you for taking the time to come here." Reply Dimas with a wiry.

They talk only lightly and briefly. Mr. Albi did not want to disturb Dimas with a variety of questions from him. He chose to ask about the accident to the families of Dimas and Alila.

Finally Mr. Albi can find out about Tama, the person he thinks will be able to work with him to uncover the case of this accident.

And as arranged by the Almighty, some time after Mr. Albi arrived first, Tama also came to visit with Dara Nadia, Sandy and Nayla.

They get acquainted and continue the conversation both outside the room.

Mr. Albi conveyed his suspicion of someone, as well as Tama, he told about the evidence that had been collected by his confidants.

"Can I see the video footage you got?" Pinta Pak Albi and Tama immediately pulled out his phone.

But then he paused, thinking for a moment, then took a moment to go in and borrow Alano's laptop that he had seen on top of the backpack that the young man always carried.

Tama came out of the room with Alano's laptop. Sitting next to Mr. Albi, the young boss of a company immediately opened his email page containing reports from his men.

He showed me two videos in quick succession, and Mr. Albi watched everything carefully.

After seeing the entire video, Mr. Albi shook his head slowly while sighing harshly.

"Unfortunately, I don't know who the driver of that big car is..."

"My men have managed to find the driver and have forced him to talk, before tomorrow we leave it to the authorities following the evidence we have obtained."

Albi turned to look at Tama. Waiting for the charismatic man to continue his story.

"He was paid by someone to follow Dimas and harm him. Not intending to kill him, he said, the person who paid him just wanted to give a little lesson to take revenge on Dimas for seizing something he had previously managed to master."

"Is this related to Dimas's work and his current position?" Because actually Mr. Albi also suspects the possibility.

"It might be like that, sir. That guy only mentioned one name, Arsa."

Mr. Albi's face turned tense and filled with anger.

"Yin...!! I expected it. Because before this incident, he was cheating in our office."

"A..?!?"

Suddenly the two were startled by the voice of someone who, without them noticing, had already listened to some of the serious talk.
