Sunday morning, Alila was back lazing in her room. There was no event today, he wanted to rest at home, before the evening came out because Tama invited the five of them to eat together.
A message from Tama awakens Alila who begins to fall asleep again.
"Al, is there a time today?"
"Today I'm just waiting for our show tonight. What's up, Tam?"
"Can I take you out for a minute?"
"Where?"
"Just take a walk for a while. Before tomorrow I start work."
Alila moved from her sleeping position. He hesitated to take Tama's invitation for granted. He did not discriminate his best friend, only that he was not used to going alone with one of them, except with Nayla or Dimas.
"Dim, Tama took me out with her for a walk."
Alila instead sends a message to Dimas and waits for a reply, before giving an answer to Tama.
Five minutes waiting, Dimas finally replied as well.
"Just accompany." Just brief.
"Are you okay, Dim?"
"What am I really doing?"
"Are you sure you're okay?"
Alila still wants to be sure. I don't know why he didn't want to leave.
"What do you want me to do, Al? Jealous, so? I told you, he's not my rival."
"Then who's your rival?"
"Nothing."
"Haha.., so confident are you, Dim."
"Go."
"alright. But don't miss me."
Alila smiled to herself reading the last message she wrote to Dimas. Then he replied to Tama's message.
An hour later, they were both in Tama's car.
"Where are we going, Tam?"
"I want to buy some work clothes, Al."
"Did you not prepare yesterday?"
"It looks like there's still less, so I want to buy it again."
(Actually I just want to be alone with you, Al.)
"OK..." Answer Alila briefly.
They stay more in the car. Not as usual. Because Tama did not open the conversation again, Alila took her phone and opened several social media accounts.
Just a few minutes engrossed with the news of cyberspace, a new message entered that was immediately opened by Alila.
"Where?"
Alila held back her smile knowing the sender of the message.
"Don't I tell you, don't miss me."
There is no reply until Tama's car has arrived at the mall parking area.
Alila was a little disappointed that her message was not reciprocated anymore. Finally he kept his phone back and kept smiling because Tama took him out of the car and they immediately entered the mall.
The atmosphere inside was quite crowded due to the weekend. Tama turned her head to the side, where Alila walked quietly with a straight forward look.
Tama smiled happily, at least she managed to invite Alila to go alone with her.
While in the mall, Alila according to wherever Tama took her. Out and out of some men's clothing stores, until finally after two hours passed they had brought several large paper bags containing Tama clothes.
"Al, before we go home we eat first." Take Tama.
Alila nodded her head even though she was not hungry.
Tama directs their steps towards a Japanese restaurant.
"What do you want to eat, Al?" Ask Tama before the waitress arrives.
"Just Takoyaki, Tam. I'm not too hungry yet."
After the waitress arrived, Tama immediately ordered several menus including Alila's order, here are two drinks for them.
While waiting for the order to come, Alila opened her phone again. There was no reply to a message from someone he was waiting for.
(I forbid you to miss me. But now I'm the one who misses you.).
"Al, may I ask you something a little personal?"
"What?"
Alila doesn't like to talk about personal things with other people.
"Do you love someone?"
"You think?"
"I don't know, Al. That's why I'm asking you."
"As you can see, I'm not alone?"
"To be alone doesn't mean you don't have a partner, Al."
"Being alone doesn't mean you don't love someone." Tama Continue.
(Yes, I do love someone, Tam.)
"What about you, Tam?"
Tama smilingly looked at Alila who hurriedly turned her face away from Tama's sight.
"I myself. But my heart is already owned by someone, Al."
(And he's with me right now.)
The drinks ordered came. They continued the conversation while enjoying a drink.
Tama shook her head.
"I'm not sure how she feels about me."
"How would you know how he feels if you weren't trying to figure it out?"
"I don't want to accept rejection, Al. I'm afraid he'll stay away from me."
"A Tama with this look, why is it so insecure?"
"That's how I am, Al." Tama smiled wryly.
"If you're not sure how she feels, why don't you open your heart to someone else?"
"It was really hard when I tried it, Al."
"Have you ever thought, maybe your soul mate isn't him, and your real soul mate is still waiting for you out there?"
"I don't want to think about that possibility yet, Al. I still want to enjoy my feelings right now. Even though it will be very painful."
Tama continued to stare at Alila. While Alila still threw her gaze in the other direction.
The ordered food has been served. They eat together in silence. Although her stomach was not tasteful, Alila tried to finish it off quickly. He wants to go home soon.
"We're home, Al?"
Seeing that Alila had finished her meal, Tama took her home. Alila just agreed. And they immediately left the restaurant to the car park.
Arriving at her yard, Alila immediately prepared to go down.
"Al, thank you for your time. I'm so glad you're accompanying me today."
Tama's smile expands perfectly implying her happiness.
"Either. Thanks for lunch too. I'll see you later tonight."
Alila smiled and got out of the car. Tama immediately drove her car out of Alila's house.
(Although not directly and you did not know it, but I was relieved that I could finally say my heart before you, Al.)
Not yet in her room, Alila's phone rang. One message came in and made her smile.
"Later tonight I'll pick you up."
"If it wasn't you, who else would have picked me up?"
Alila replies to Dimas' message while resting her body on the bed.
"Maybe he just drove you home."
"Don't talk about anyone else, Dim."
(That's what you always tell me, Dim.)
"Don't forbid others to miss you, if you've held your phone many times because you missed a message from me, Al."
"Where do you know all that, Dim? Did you follow me?"
"You think..?"
"It...!!"
"Get out now."
(You're outside, Dim?)
Without thinking any more, Alila got out of bed and rushed out of the house.
Dimas was standing at the door holding a cell phone and a small plastic bag.
"Royal eaten. The fur melted."
He extended the bag to Alila.
"Es cream.."
Alila took out a large cup of her favorite ice cream from the plastic. He sat down and immediately enjoyed his ice cream. Dimas still stood up and smiled watching Alila's behavior.
Suddenly Alila held out a scoop of ice cream to Dimas.
"You want to..?"
Dimas immediately bent down and opened his mouth, received an ice cream treat from Alila, and repeated several times after he sat down next to Alila.
(Just like this, my heart is already very happy, Al.)
"How did you know that Tama and I went to that mall, Dim?"
Dimas was silent, deliberately not wanting to answer.
(You don't need to know where I found out, Al.)
After Alila finished her ice cream, Dimas stood up to leave.
"I'm home, Al. Just rest up."
Then he walked into his car.
"Dim.."
Dimas looked over from inside the car.
"Thank you for the ice cream. I'll wait for tonight."
Alila gives him a sweet smile that Dimas replies to, before his car leaves Alila's house.
