"Are you okay, Dim?"
Alila noticed Dimas' cold face. His eyes were blank and his lips were tightly closed without a smile. The man had been quiet ever since he met Andita.
"Dim.."
Dimas awakens from his momentary daydream. He started to look at Alila again.
"Yes, Al? Aah ya, I'm fine."
Alila had just talked about the past and Dimas had stopped her, but suddenly one of the past actually reappeared in front of her.
"Are you hiding something from me, Dim?"
Dimas took a heavy breath and immediately exhaled it quickly. He had promised himself not to hide anything from Alila.
"I'll tell you later, Al. Now we have to go back to the office first. The break is almost over."
Alila was still silent in place and looked at Dimas with a suspicious look. To be honest, he felt uncomfortable when he found out about Andita's whereabouts. There was a hint of jealousy that reached his heart.
"I won't cover anything else from you, Al. After work I'll tell you everything."
Dimas who had stood up first immediately grabbed Alila's hand and invited her out of the cafe. Alila relented and followed Dimas's will. They walked hand in hand to Dimas' parked car not far from the cafe door.
A few minutes later, they reached Alila's office. Dimas drove Alila into the lobby. Already many employees there who know the routine of the two of them every morning and afternoon, not to mention if they have lunch together like today.
"I'm back in the office first, Al. Wait for me later this afternoon."
"Yes, Dim. Be careful on the road."
Dumas nodded their heads and let go of their hands. A moment before his feet stepped out, as he usually whispered in Alila's ear.
"I love you, baby.."
And Alila was again embarrassed to hear a romantic sentence from Dimas. He kept staring at the departure of his lover until it was no longer visible to his eyes.
"Ehem..! The twos and turns continue, until there are no acute singles here."
Alila's gaze moved towards the origin of the voice. Nadia was not far from him. It seemed like he was coming from a side door that was connected towards the canteen. He smiled at Nadia.
"Have lunch, Nad? Where is Olla?"
Alila switched the conversation because she did not like to discuss her personal problems with others, especially in the office.
"Here, I just got back from the cafeteria. Olla came out with Dika. It seems that he has not returned yet. These few days they've been out together, Al."
"We wish them all the best for their relationship, Nad. Yes, let's go back to the room. There are still many tasks to complete."
Alila and Nadia walked together to the front of the elevator, waiting for the elevator to go downstairs and open for them and the other employees waiting.
Right after Alila and the others got into the elevator, Tama came and entered the lobby. He informed his arrival to the receptionist and rushed to the company leader's room using the elevator next to him which was a special elevator for the company's leaders and important guests.
During this time Tama still routinely came to Alila's office to continue his cooperative affairs. And every time he came he chose to go directly to the top floor which was the room of the company leaders.
Tama deliberately avoids to meet with Alila. He is still trying to rearrange his heart after a few months ago feeling heartbroken from knowing the relationship of Alila and Dimas.

In the afternoon, Dimas was waiting for Alila in the lobby. Not long after, Alila who had just stepped out of the elevator with her friends immediately parted ways with the others and stepped towards Dimas.
Alila's friends and the female employees who were walking through the lobby looked in awe at Dimas who looked very handsome and also handsome, with a tall and athletic posture. No wonder if since entering college first, many women are competing to get the attention of Dimas.
"Look, Dim. The views of the female employees here, everything is on you. Shouldn't I be the one who's jealous half-dead?"
Alila stared at Dimas's friendly eyes that had only been fixed on him. He did not care about the gazes of the many other women around him.
"That means we're even, because we're both jealous."
"But I'm not blind jealous like you, Dim."
Dimas chose to end their conversation and grabbed Alila's hand, taking her out of the lobby regardless of the other employees who were still staring in admiration and envy at their togetherness.
Dimas drove his car to his house. He wanted to finish his story about Andita to Alila. After arriving at his yard, Dimas immediately opened the car door and invited Alila into the house.
"Dim, why are we here?"
"I've called your mama if I'm gonna be late to drive you home."
Dimas invited Alila to sit in the living room. Alila recalled the last time she came to Dimas' house, they were also sitting together and next to each other like this.
"Al, I'll tell you about Andita."
"You remember Al, who Andita was. She is...."
"He was your last lover."
Dimas held Alila's hand and rubbed the back of her hand.
"You also know the beginning of what our relationship used to be like. Like everyone else, it was him who kept coming up to me and asking me to give him a chance to be together."
"He's liked you for a long time. Andita loves you, Dim. So he's trying to take your heart and not let you go."
Alila still remembers everything. Dimas used to tell her about Andita. Of all the women who had been lovers of Dimas, only Andita was serious about pursuing the love of the man.
If others just want to have fun with Dimas and finally release him because Dimas can not give more attention, not the case with Andita.
The woman had fallen in love with Dimas. She loves Dimas and wants to be by his side. She kept trying to attract Dimas' attention to return his feelings and open his heart to her.
"Of all the women I've been with, she's the longest-lasting and convinced me to accept her love."
"Why did he finally give up and let you go, Dim? Though he really loves you and has fought long enough to get your payback."
"Because of you, Al."
"Me?"
Alila scrunched her forehead, confused as to why she got carried away in the matter between Dimas and Andita.
"Yes. He's jealous of you. He knows you love me and he tells me. He also said that I love you too and always put you first over him."
"How does he know how I feel, Dim? I never told anyone."
Alila was not understanding everything that was happening. Moreover, at that time Dimas also seemed to have not realized his feelings for Alila. So how can Andita find out her feelings for Dimas and vice versa?
"I don't understand either, Al. Maybe because she is a woman, so more sensitive to her feelings and can read the feelings of other women. Moreover, you guys have the same feelings for me."
"I deny it, Al. I kept defending you and telling her that we both loved each other only as friends."
"But he insisted that I love you more than a friend, Al. He kept saying that I love you. And that's why I can't open my heart to another woman."
"Is that why you didn't tell me you weren't together anymore?"
Dimas nodded his head and kissed Alila's hand. She kept looking at the ring on Alila's ring finger and played it with her fingers.
"The last time we met and he let me go back then, he said something that I kept on remembering until now, Al."
"What's that?"
"She said that one day I would realize my true feelings. He said that sooner or later I will definitely fall in love with you and will love you with all my heart."
Alila laughed at Dimas' story. He found it funny because there was someone who could read the minds of others so precisely, even the feelings of two people at once, namely Dimas and himself.
"And when you met Andita earlier, you felt ashamed of her, because what she said first turned out to be true and has become reality. Is that right, Dim?"
"Yes, Al. I used to insist on denying it, and now I've got the stone. I fell in love with you and love you so much."
Alila's face glowed pink as Dimas' hands cupped his cheeks slowly and gently, and stared at him with loving eyes.
"I'll never let go of you, Al."
"And I'll never let you let me go, Dim."
They nailed each other's gaze in silence which slowly began to warm the atmosphere.
And for the second time, Dimas kissed Alila's forehead feelingly. He kissed her long enough that both of their eyes were closed to soak up her warmth.
They enjoy a beautiful vibe that stifles the chest but brings out a sense of happiness in it, creates subtle rushes that tickle the hearts of both, and end up with a close embrace full of love.
