"Mas Pandu ...?"
Alila continued to observe the man. If it was true, her appearance was already much different from two years ago, when Alila met her every day.
"Yes, it's me. Do I look different?" ask the right man named Pandu.
"Sorry, Mas. I almost forgot, if I don't remember Mas's typical speech dialect."
Alila remembered the man a little because he had a foreign-like style of speech, with a thick English accent. Indeed the man was Indonesian, but he was born and raised abroad because of his father who worked as a diplomat.
"How are you? You work here?" The man asked again with his right hand outstretched toward Alila.
Alila welcomed his hand and nodded.
"Yes, Mas. It's been almost a year, since I graduated college last year."
"What needs are there in this guide?" ask Alila.
The palanquin carries a tote bag that seems to contain a laptop and work documents.
"There's a meeting I have to attend with the board of directors here. I represent the chairman of my company because he has a stake in the Pandawa Group."
Suddenly a woman of Alila's age came and immediately approached Pandu. He handed a document map to Pandu and talked for a while, then immediately left again.
Alila only watched and remained silent until Pandu asked her to speak again.
"There's my paperwork left in the office and my secretary called when I got here, so I went back downstairs and met you."
After speaking for a while, Pandu said goodbye to return to the top floor.
"May I have your phone number, Al?" pinta Pandu before the end of their short meeting.
Alila tried to subtly refuse because she had to ask Dimas for permission first. He pulled out his phone and opened the call screen with the number buttons already available.
"Just write the phone number here, let me keep it and later I will contact Mas Pandu." Alila handed her phone to Pandu.
After writing down her phone number, Pandu immediately returned Alila's phone and they separated to use a different elevator.

In the afternoon, after being in a cafe for lunch together, Alila slowly recounted her meeting with Pandu this morning.
"Relier? Your favorite mentor?" Dimas' tone of voice instantly turned cold and flat hearing his wife tell him about Pandu.
"Internshipment mentor, Dim." Alila used her husband's words not to get angry.
"Yes, he's the guy you tell me about every day, after we get home from the internship." Dimas remembers everything.
"That means he's the one I saw this morning entering the elevator and disappearing from my sight ...." Dimas connects Alila's story with someone he briefly saw while delivering Alila this morning.
He and Alila used to intern at the same company, where Pandu worked there and eventually became Alila's mentor. While Dimas occupies a different field of work so rarely meet with Alila even though they always leave and go home together.
Pandu is also the first person besides Tama, which makes Dimas do not like if there are other men approaching Alila let alone put his heart on his best friend.
Therefore, he always felt uncomfortable every time Alila was with Pandu or just talking about the man, even if it was only a matter of work during their internship.
And now, when they were married, Alila met again with Pandu. Maybe Alila did not realize that Pandu secretly harbored a liking for her, but Dimas had known it a long time ago.
Dimas can see it from the attitude and attention of Pandu to Alila who is different and more special than to his other friends.
"What are you talking about?"
Alila shook her head slowly.
"Nothing, Dim. Just say hello to each other."
Alila hesitated to tell her about the mobile number that Pandu wanted to ask for. Alila changed her phone number because she lost her phone.
"Did he ask for your phone number again?"
In her heart Alila was grateful that Dimas first asked her before she told him.
"Yes, Dim. But I haven't given it. I have to ask your permission first, right?" alila answered while watching her husband's face look increasingly embarrassed.
"I don't know. We only met for a moment and talked about nothing but each other's news."
Dimas grasped Alila's hand sitting beside him. His gaze dimmed and turned soft as he looked into the beautiful eyes of his beloved wife.
"I've always believed in you, Al. But I can't just trust a guy who's trying to get close to you."
Alila nodded and smiled. She could understand her husband's feelings, let alone Dimas was a very possessive and acutely jealous type of man.
Never mind with other men, with Tama and Sandy too she also limits Alila's interaction with them.
"I believe in you too, Dim. Whatever you do and you decide is definitely for my good and the good of both of us."
Finally, after talking to each other, Dimas allowed Alila to give her mobile number to Pandu with the note that she should always tell her husband whenever Pandu called.

A few days later, while walking through one of the shopping centers, Dimas and Alila were startled by someone's call from their side.
"Abil ...!!"
Alila followed Dimas immediately turning her head as she felt her name being called. The palanquin stood a few meters from where they stopped.
Immediately Dimas tightened his grip on Alila's hand, as if to signal his wife to be careful.
The guide approached them without looking at the fused hands of Alila and Dimas below. He was too happy to see Alila again so just focused on looking at Alila's face. The woman who had captivated her heart ever since they met at the company where Pandu worked, two years ago.
"We meet again, Al."
Pandu held out his hand which was inevitably welcomed by Alila's hand. But a second later Dimas' hand had moved quickly in his place, making Pandu surprised and staring at Dimas.
"Oh, you .. I remember, you're also Alila's friend's intern. How are you?"
Dimas did not reply, only tightening his hand department as if he wanted to crush the hand of the man standing quietly before him.
Alila gently touched her husband's left hand so that Dimas let go of his hand which still continued to press Pandu's hand. Dimas breathed rough while pulling back his hand.
"Mas Pandu alone?" Alila distracts them with pleasantry questions.
"Yes. You two are?" ask Pandu.
"Yes, we'll buy some of our household necessities." Dimas answered before Alila.
Alila held back her smile hearing Dimas say. She knew her husband was jealous and wanted to tell Pandu about their relationship.
"Household needs? You guys ...?" Pandu still did not understand the meaning of Dimas' speech.
"Alila is my wife. And I'm her husband." Dimas amplified his voice so Pandu could hear him clearly.
A shocked roar was seen on Pandu's face even though he was trying to be calm and ordinary.
"So .. are you married?" This time Pandu looked at Alila's face to find out the truth.
Alila nodded and smiled.
"Yes, Mas. We're married."
