In the evening, Dimas and Alila set out to fulfill Tama's invitation, which will discuss the preparations for her wedding with her four best friends.
As usual, Tama chose a special classy restaurant to entertain his friends. In fact, he also ordered one special room as their meeting place, so as not to be disturbed by the frenzy of other visitors.
At exactly half-eight p.m., Dimas' car was parked in the parking area of the restaurant they were heading to. Seen by them, Tama's car is parked at the front, while Sandy's car has also been seen on the side.
Dimas and Alila immediately got out of the car and got inside the restaurant. By a waiter they were taken through a room on the first floor, and delivered to a special room at the front end of the second floor.
"Sorry we're late." Alila said, while Dimas was just sitting next to his wife.
They sat next to each other in empty seats that were left only for the two.
"Here it is, the impromptu artist is coming...!" Sandy exclaimed with a smile.
"Yes, now every social media open first seen must be your photo. It's so true..." Nayla.
Dara opened one of her accounts and showed them everything, a photo familiar to them.
"Here, just a few minutes, the picture has entered the main porch..."
One by one they looked at the photos shown by Dara. In the photo, Dimas and Alila are walking hand in hand on the first floor of the restaurant they are visiting at this time.
"That means someone recognized you downstairs earlier. To the point of being directly incorporated into his social media..."
Alila was seen to hold back the shame even though there were only her best friends there. He and Dimas both do not like to talk about their personal problems, what else now they are even the talk of many people. Alila was uncomfortable with it.
"Don't talk about it again!" Dimas signaled that they would stop discussing the photos again, while turning their eyes toward Alila.
Those who already understood Dimas's intention immediately changed the subject. Luckily the dish came soon, so they could pause their chat to eat dinner first.
Half an hour later, dinner was over. They continued the conversation casually accompanied by some dessert that spoiled the tongue.
"So, when are you getting married?" Ask Dimas.
"Front month." Reply Tama and Dara simultaneously which immediately makes the others surprised.
"Seriously, Tam??" Nayla panicked, because Sandy still has to complete her duties outside the city until next month as well.
"Our event was held on the weekend. You can go home, right, San?"
Sandy nodded for sure. "But I can't help much, because the next month I have to finish my last report there."
"Hey, I need your arrival, not your help. Especially for you, just come and enjoy the whole series of events later."
Dara picked up two paper bags on a small table in the corner of the room, and handed them to Nayla and Alila.
"This is a uniform for the four of you. Be the best couple on our show."
Alila and Nayla accepted it and thanked him.
Chat after chat they continue with the discussion about the wedding of Tama and Dara. Everyone was enthusiastic and excited to welcome their best friend's happy day.
Until it does not feel the time has shown ten o'clock at night. The three couples prepared to leave the room.
"Dim, be careful on the road. Do not do too much strenuous activity. Prioritize the healing of your feet first." Book Tama when they arrive at the restaurant parking area.
"Yes." Yeah."
Dimas also hugged Tama, just like Alila who was hugging Dara to say goodbye. Sandy and Nayla follow them on their last turn.
After that they got into each other's cars and parted in different directions.
Unlike the others, Tama first drove Dara home. But instead of going straight to the house of his future wife, Tama actually circled around the streets in the city center.
"Ra, I'd like to take a quick walk before I take you home. It's okay, right?" Tama took a quick look at Dara while remaining focused with her steering wheel.
"But it's late at night, Tam."
"Don't worry, honey. I've asked your parents for permission."
Tama's outstretched hand stroked Dara's red-coloured face. In his heart he was grateful to have won the heart of the woman beside him, who would soon become his wife.
Tama's car continues to split the night crowd on weekends. The atmosphere of the city never seems to be quiet, although the night is increasingly moving towards the turn of the day.
An hour in circles and engrossed in exchanging stories, Tama's car begins to turn towards the road to the new house she will live with Dara after they get married.
He saw Dara had fallen asleep beside him, after powerless to hold his pair of eyes to stay awake accompanying Tama who was still driving.
Moments later, the car had stopped in their new yard. There were two tall people standing guard there.
As soon as the car engine was turned off, Dara opened her eyes and began to recover her still blurred vision from waking up from her momentary sleep.
"Tam...?"
Dara looked at Tama with a suspicious look as she realized where they were now. Moreover, the time is getting closer to midnight, what will Tama do to him?
"Don't think anything bad about me, baby. I just want to show you something. After that I'll take you home."
Dara was ashamed of herself for doubting her future husband. He is not not distrustful of Tama or unsure of his own defense, but Tama's attitude when they are only two in a place or room is sometimes unexpected and uncontrollable, although still within its limits.
They get out of the car and are greeted by one of the guards who shows his respect for Tama. He is Edo, the leader of the Tama family's guard team who also helped Tama in uncovering the cause of the accident that hit Dimas and Alila.
"Good night, Young Boss!"
Tama replied to him in a dignified voice.
"Everything ready, Do?" Ask the guy Tama.
"As the Young Boss wants. It's the house key." Edo handed over the keys to the house he had previously brought.
Tama grabs Dara's hand and invites her into their future home. Heartily wondered Dara could only obediently follow Tama's footsteps.
After they arrived inside the house, Tama took his future wife up to the second floor, where the main room that would be their private room was located.
At the door of the room, they stopped for a moment. Tama is seen stalling and trying to distract Dara by continuing to look at her until Dara misbehaves and blushes herself.
Just as the watch on Tama's wrist showed the turn of the day, the man opened the room door and took Dara in a few steps. The atmosphere was dark because the lights had not been turned on.
"Tam...." Dara came back to be alarmed but Tama immediately touched the light switch so that the room turned bright.
"Happy birthday, dear Dara...!"
Dara's face looked very surprised and unexpected at all. He looked at Tama with a haru look.
Tama asked her to look towards the front where right in front of them was a long sofa that had been decorated with several colorful balloons and on the table in front of her was a small tart cake already prepared by Tama.
Dara covered her mouth with both hands. She felt very happy for the surprise birthday of her future husband.
Tama grabbed Dara's body and hugged her tightly. Kissing Dara's forehead long enough while offering the best prayer for the future wife who is very loved.
"Once again, happy birthday, Ra!"
Dara returned Tama's embrace and began to shed tears over the man's chest. He himself even forgot about his birthday because lately it was busy with their wedding preparations.
"Thank you, Tam."
After a long hug, Tama invited Dara to sit on the sofa and prepare to blow the candle.
Tama holds a small tart cake that she ordered specifically for Dara, with the inscription I LOVE YOU in the middle.
Dara closed her eyes for a moment to pray, then immediately blew out the candle that had been lit by Tama before.
Then the woman cut the tart and fed it to Tama. Instead, Tama replies, feeding Dara with a small piece of the same tart.
They smiled happily with eyes clashing against each other.
Tama placed the rest of the tart on the table, as did Dara who placed the small plate and spoon she had originally held.
They sat close together and locked eyes. Tama's hands began to move upwards, cleaning Dara's face from the strands of hair that disturbed her gaze, then downwards and coiling around the small waist of her future wife.
Dara began to get nervous with the look of Tama's eyes that began to dim and fixed on her thin lips that were still filled with the soft cream of the tart they ate.
Slowly Tama began to fade the distance of their faces, getting closer and almost without interruption, making Dara hold her breath with a loud bang on her chest.
Tama's lips touched Dara's lips, feeling the sweetness of the brown cream on the surface of the thin lips that had become hers.
Dara closed her eyes, permeating every touch and movement created by Tama in the tender warm kiss they enjoyed together without anyone wanting to end it immediately.
