Waiting for Love for Me

Waiting for Love for Me
03 SLEEPING PRINCESS

Dimas looked at the face of Alila who was fast asleep. It looks so calm and adorable. Four years together, only this time he dared to stare fixedly at that beautiful face. She smiled to herself looking at Alila's face.

Dimas suddenly felt his heart tremble and feel warm as he looked back at that very slumbering face. A feeling very foreign to him, because only this time he felt it.

Dimas leaned back in his chair. He tried to calm himself. But I can't.

(What's wrong with me? Why this night feels so different, Al.)

Dimas turned his gaze back towards Alila. Alila's body wriggled softly, her head turning towards him. He braced himself to approach Alila's face.

His hand moved towards that sleeping face. Very carefully Dimas pulled away the strands of hair that stuck to Alila's face. His heart trembled and warmed again as his eyes spookedly enjoyed the beauty of the female face before him.

(Four years ago, you were still an innocent and reserved young girl, Al. It turns out that now you have turned into a beautiful woman who is full of attraction.).

Dimas continued to look at Alila. He had already begun to enjoy the warm vibe he had felt earlier. His man's instincts were awakened when his gaze stopped on the woman's thin lips.

His face was getting closer to Alila's. He held his face right in front of Alila's face. Moving just a little, their lips would definitely touch.

(Why is being this close to you, making me almost lose control, Al? What do I really feel for you?)

Dimas tries to control his own feelings. He immediately rewinded his face away from Alila who was still asleep.

(I'm sorry, Al. I almost got khilaf.)

Dimas immediately set his sitting position behind the wheel. For a moment he looked back at Alila's face with a smile. Then drive his car through the streets that have begun to quiet from the traffic of vehicles.

Some time passed, finally they arrived at Alila's courtyard. After turning off the engine of his car, Dimas turned to look at Alila who looked increasingly sluggish. He could not wake her.

Dimas then took his phone. He calls Alano, Alila's sister, to open the door. After Alano confirmed, Dimas prepared to get out of the car. But he paused, picked up his phone again, then took a few pictures of Alila sleeping. He smiled to himself, aware of his behavior.

(I'm sorry, Al. I've taken your picture without permission.)

From the left door, Dimas slowly opened the blanket and grabbed Alila's body very carefully, bringing her into the arms of his two hands. He walked while carrying Alila's body slowly so as not to make a shock. Every now and then she stared at Alila's face drooping on her chest.

"Dim.." Alila made a soft voice with her eyes still tightly closed.

"Ssttt.., sleep, Al." Dimas tightened his hold so Alila felt warm.

Dimas continued his steps through the door that Alano had opened. He went into Alila's room which was also open and immediately lowered Alila's body on the bed.

Dimas moved the bag on Alila's lap onto the table, opened the shoes he was wearing and placed it on the floor, then wrapped his entire body tightly. Before leaving, he approached Alila's face, tidying up the hair that was ruffled on the deep face.

"I'll go home first, Al. Thank you for today. Have a good rest, Princess of Sleep." Dimas whispered in Alila's ear, then walked out of the room with a smile.

After closing the room door, Dimas immediately said goodbye to Alano who delivered him to the front door.

In the car, Dimas stretched his body for a moment to unwind. His eyes were closed imagining his cooperation with Alila tonight.

He felt everything was different. Not as usual. Being with Alila tonight made her feel happy in her heart.

The incident in the car when Alila fell asleep earlier, is still recorded clearly in his memory. He still did not understand what was happening to him. All he knew right now was happiness. He was happy with Alila.

Suddenly Dimas' phone rang. A new message came in. Alila's?

Dimas opened the message.

"Dim.., where are you?"

"You awake, Al?"

"Where are you?"

"I'm still in front of your house, Al."

No more replies.

Dimas thought Alila was back to sleep. But as she looked ahead, she saw Alila open the door of the house and run small towards her car.

Arriving beside the car, Alila immediately opened the door and entered the car.

"What's up, Al? Why wake up."

Alila sat with a pouting face.

"Why didn't you wake me up?"

"You slept really well. Where can I wake you, Al."

"Why am I being carried?"

"Do you know where I'm carrying?" Dimas was confused himself.

Alila opened her phone and showed her the photo that Alano had sent her.

"Based on the boy.., already half the lives still had time to take photos of people."

(Somehow I liked that moment so much, Al.)

Unbeknownst to Alila, Dimas sends a message to Alano, asking to send the photo to her phone.

"Why am I being carried?" Alila repeated the question.

"Why do I drag that?"

"Dim..!"

"How do you want it? If you speak clearly."

"Tomorrow wake me up as usual, Dim."

"No way."

"Dim..!"

(I don't want to get carried away, Dim. I'm afraid I'll be disappointed.).

"O..!"

Alila got out of the car, making Dimas want to not have to come out too.

Alila walked quickly away from Dimas, but Dimas quickly chased after her and carried her back like that.

"Dim, release!" Alila was half screaming.

"Ssttt.., shut up Al..! It's been a very night. Just shut up and hold on tight!"

Alila suddenly fell silent. Dimas stepped quickly making his body shaken. Reflexes she put her hands around Dimas' neck for fear of falling.

Alila's gaze pointed right at Dimas's face.

(If you feel it too, Dim.)

Dimas was staring at Alila's face in his arms.

(My heart shakes again, Al.)

Their views meet again. Eyes meet eyes. Wordless. Just taste.

For the second time tonight, Dimas went into Alila's room. He dropped Alila on the bed.

"Sleep, Al. It's late at night. I'll go home first."

Dimas immediately turned towards the door.

"Dim.."

Dimas stopped and turned towards Alila.

"Thank you."

Dimas continued his steps out of the room and rushed towards his car after closing the front door.

Arriving in the car, Dimas immediately started his car engine. The car lights are on and highlight towards the door of Alila's house. Looking at her there, Alila stood staring at her.

Dimas smiled from inside the car.

(Good night, Sleeping Princess.)

The car immediately drove away, leaving Alila who was still staring at Dimas' departure.

(Thank you for closing the story today by giving me good memories, Dim.)
