The atmosphere of the building is getting crowded and full of invited guests who come and go. Tama, Dimas and Alila seemed to be at a reunion event, when their college friends came and gathered with them. They exchanged news and joked after a long time they did not meet.
Some friends began to pay attention to Dimas' attitude and attention to Alila, especially since the cold man just stayed beside Alila, not wanting to stay away from Alila in the slightest. Even though not very visible, his hands were still faithfully coiled around the waist behind Alila.
"Tam, are your two best friends now related like Sandy and Nayla?"
One friend asked Tama to make the others focus on Dimas and Alila.
"Yes. As you can see. Now they're getting inseparable."
Tama replied in a calm voice and revealed a smile on her face. No one knew how much it hurt and hurt her heart to have to answer that question, as she began trying to shake off her feelings for Alila.
Hearing Tama's reply, their friends grow increasingly boisterous releasing jokes and temptations to Dimas and Alila. Alila only responded with a few words, while Dimas quite smiled thinly with a cold attitude that had been understood by all of them.
Time went by day and reached the end of the event. The building had started to quiet down because the guests had already left the event venue. Only family and close relatives are still gathered inside the building with the newlyweds.
Tama and her sister, followed by Dimas and Alila, say goodbye to Sandy and Nayla. Not to forget before leaving, they again perpetuate the happy memories of the day by taking pictures on the beach.
The four of them finally split up in the courtyard of the building. Alila hugs and kisses Tami followed by Dimas who also greets Tama's sister.
Then she moved to the front of Tama, shaking hands and hugging her best friend tightly.
"See you later, Tam."
Tama let go of their embrace with eyes still clashing with Dimas.
"Take care of him and always be happy."
(I let him go for you to have, Dim. Because only with you is she happy.)
Been nodding his head steadily. This time he replied to Tama with a wider and sincere smile.
Tama turned her gaze towards Alila. He reached out his hand which Alila immediately greeted with a smile that always shook Tama's heart, even up to this second.
"Take care of yourself and keep on being happy."
(I'll let go of my feelings, Al. Be happy with the one you love.)
"Yes, Tam. You too."
Alila answered briefly and immediately let go of Tama's hand which she already felt was getting tighter grasping her.
They also separated. Tama and her sister immediately got into a parked car not far from the porch of the building and shortly afterwards drove her car away from the parking lot.
Dimas took Alila by the hand and walked together to Dimas' car parked next to the building.
In the car, Dimas immediately turned on the AC to eliminate the heat that was still felt in the car that had been half a day roasted by the sun.
Alila tidied up her seat and took off her shoes because the soles of her feet were hot and sore. His face was red and flushed from the sun as they walked towards the car.
Dimas who had been watching him began to draw his face closer to Alila. He attentively wiped away the sweat that soaked the woman's charming face with his handkerchief.
Alila turned her face to face Dimas in a very close distance. The subtle vibrations in their hearts accompanied the glares of the two who had been glued to each other.
Dimas grabbed Alila's chin and further dashed the distance between them. Alila who was shocked actually moved her hand to Dimas' waist unintentionally.
"So you said you were embarrassed because we were in a public place, in that building. But now......."
Dimas did not continue his sentence. The roar of their breath has sounded unpretentious breaking the silence in the cold room that began to feel cradled desire both.
Alila closed her eyes when Dimas' face almost touched her skin. He resigned and prepared himself for remembering Dimas' words in the building.
(Are you going to do it, Dim?)
After quite a while, he pulled his face slightly backwards and looked at Alila's face more and more wistfully. The woman kept her eyes closed.
Dimas's gaze dropped towards the ranum lips that always teased his desire.
His fingers began to touch Alila's lips. Sweep it slowly, rub it gently and stop her finger right in the middle of the vibrating lips. Dimas still continued to stare at Alila's lips endlessly right at the moment when Alila opened her eyes and met with the sad eyes of her beloved man.
"I'll do it, Al. But after we get married. I want to have you all."
Dimas looked into Alila's eyes, promising her something certain. He was indeed very tempted by everything that was in Alila. But he always held his principles until the time came when they would enjoy everything together.
The embrace of Alila who was still silent because of her treatment. Dimas waited until Alila finally retorted, hugged her body tightly and buried her face in Dimas' chest. He started to enjoy his embrace, feeling comfortable, very comfortable.
Dimas kissed the top of Alila's head gently and whispered in her ear.
"I love you, Al. I'll marry you soon."
Alila's head moved slowly, nodding in the warm embrace of Dimas she had always missed. Secretly he shed tears that were getting longer and more rolling down the dampening of Dimas' shirt.
Dimas who felt something wet on his chest immediately pulled his body, looked at his chest and moved to Alila. He looked at his beloved beautiful face that had been soaked by tears.
"I..."
Dimas cleaned Alila's face with both hands. He felt guilty for making his woman cry even though he did not know what caused it.
"Thank you, Dim."
"Why thank you, Al? What's up?"
"Thank you for taking good care of me. I'm grateful to have you and to have you for me."
"If you hadn't been looking after me all this time, I don't know what happened to me, Dim."
"Ssttt.., don't talk like that anymore, Al. I'm just doing what someone who loves his girlfriend so much is supposed to do."
Dimas' hands stretched out again, pulling and hugging Alila's body tighter than before. This time it was she who was secretly shedding tears, but it was immediately there before Alila found out.
(I'm sorry I was late to love you, Al. Ii'm sorry.)
Dimas and Alila ended their embrace. They both smiled in the same happiness.
"We're home now, Al. I'll talk to your parents. And next week, we'll go see my parents. We'll start now."
"Yes, Dim. We'll start together."
