Waiting for Love for Me

Waiting for Love for Me
34 THERE IS HIM

Days change days, time goes by following its rotation. Two months passed without feeling. Dimas and Alila are getting more and more mature in their relationship.

There was never any great anger between them. Only often does Dimas' over-exaggerated jealousy overwhelm Alila to calm her down. But Alila's patience and calmness can always melt Dimas's heart.

Alila can always eliminate the jealousy of Dimas which is sometimes unreasonable just because of the many men around her lover, namely Alila's colleagues in the office.

"Al, does no one in your office know that you already have me? "

Alila smiled at Dimas's umpteenth jealousy.

"How do they not know, if every day you always take me and pick me up into the lobby."

"But they still approach you. I don't like that."

Alila grabbed the hand of Dimas who was sitting in front of her. They were having lunch at a cafe not far from Alila's office.

His lover's hand grips Dimas trying to shake off his frustration.

"I've always told you, they're just my coworkers, nothing more. We are close because we work together. Can't I hang out with my coworkers, just like you in your office?"

Alila's voice sounded very soft, as if trying to shed the jealousy that controlled the heart of the man before her.

"I'm sorry, Al. I've always been afraid of being ignored by you when I see you with your friends. Those who meet you more often throughout the day. "

Dimas returned Alila's hand even tighter. Highlight his eyes were so sad to see the face of the woman he loved so much.

"I don't feel like I can make you happy like them, Al. I see you can joke and laugh with them. While being with me, I can't make you that happy."

"Never measure one's happiness by his outward appearance alone, Dim. We don't know what they're really keeping in his heart."

Their orders have come since, but they haven't touched them yet. Only occasionally did they sip a drink to relieve thirst due to the fairly hot weather.

"And never compare yourself to anyone else again, Dim. No one compares to you. Because to me, your place is the most important in my heart. You have completely mastered my heart, and no one will be able to take it from you. You are the only owner of my heart."

Dimas began to show a smile on his lips as soon as he heard the words spoken from Alila's sweet lips.

"I'm sorry, Al. I can't get rid of this jealousy. I love you so much that I'm always afraid of losing you."

"Jealousy is natural because there is love in our hearts. What's unnatural is that if we're shackled by our jealousy it makes us distrustful of the people we love."

"Originally you know, Dim. I also often feel jealous when you are with your lover first. I'm jealous of those who can make you leave me and go both have fun."

Dimas's countenance changed immediately when he heard Alila telling him about their past. He doesn't want to bring up those times anymore. The time where he just wanted to try felt judged by many women.

And finally he felt the karma of his penchant. Now it was her crazy self to the one woman she loved so much, whom she had once ignored.

"Al, don't talk about the past anymore. I don't want you to be sad about it."

Alila just smiled looking at Dimas' grim face.

"I'm not like you overdone, Dim. I was sad enough. I am jealous as well. The only thing that's excessive about me is my love for you."

Alila seduces Dimas so that the man does not continue to be angry and grim. And sure enough, Dimas immediately smiled broadly at the words of his lover.

At the same cafe, a woman sits alone not far from the table occupied by Dimas and Alila. Only one table was occupied by a group of young people. He was there before the couple entered the cafe.

From the beginning the woman continued to pay attention to the togetherness of Dimas and Alila. He also witnessed the affection of the two people he knew. There was a hint of pain in his heart as he watched them holding hands and looking at each other with loving gazes.

"What I thought first turned out to be true. And now I think you've realized it, Dim..."

The woman muttered to herself inwardly as she continued to pay attention to Dimas and Alila.

The woman could now more freely watch Dimas and Alila who were enjoying lunch at their table.

His sitting position was right facing the table of Dimas and Alila who were in front of him so clearly he could see the two people sitting opposite each other.

Dimas and Alila had just finished their lunch. Alila sipped a drink in her glass while circulating her gaze around the cafe which is still crowded with visitors.

As his gaze turned to the side, he saw a woman sitting by herself at his desk staring at them. Alila knew the woman and the woman knew her too, though not directly.

Alila threw a smile at the woman and she returned her smile in a slightly awkward manner.

"Who are you smiling at, Al?"

Dimas looked at Alila's face which was putting on a smile with a look in the other direction.

"There he is, Dim."

Dimas followed the direction of Alila's gaze to the side of the table they occupied. He also saw the whereabouts of the woman.

"Andith.." Dimas's murmur was heard by Alila.

The gaze of the woman who was none other than Andita was immediately turned towards Dimas. But Dimas hurriedly turned his gaze back to Alila.

Andita, who had finished her lunch since, was preparing to leave. He stood up and grabbed his briefcase and walked over to Dimas and Alila.

"Good day, Dim, Al."

Andita extended her hand towards Alila who immediately greeted her.

"Just as well, An."

Simultaneously Dimas immediately folded his hands in front of his chest, signifying that he did not want to shake hands with Andita. Her cold face had already begun to be seen since she had seen Andita earlier.

Andita only smiled bitterly at Dimas's rejection, but she understood him. He knew himself not to expect more attitude from Dimas. Especially now that there was Alila who he felt had become Dimas' lover at this time.

(You just realized that my words were true, Dim. But I'm so happy to see you now. You look so happy with him. Although I must admit that my heart is still hurting because of you, Dim.)

"I'm going to go. Sorry to interrupt your time. But I'm glad to see you both. May you always be happy. Excuse me first."

Andita left Dimas and Alila with a smile on her lips. Although his heart still felt bitter, he was relieved to see Dimas who had opened his heart and realized his true feelings.
