Waiting for Love for Me

Waiting for Love for Me
58 BAYU AND BEAUTIFUL

In the afternoon, when Alila's parents came home to rest, some of Alila's friends and friends came to see her. The first to arrive were Nadia, Olla and Dika who deliberately set off together to the hospital.

"Hi, Al. How are you doing now?" Sapa Olla hugged her friend slowly.

Beside him was Dika who just kept silent and kept staring at Alila. Honestly in his heart he wanted to say hello to Alila because since that incident he kept thinking about and worrying about the woman he had loved.

Not that now that love is over. It's just that she learned to accept the fact that soon Alila will be married to Dimas. She must learn to accept and love Olla, who is now officially her fiance, with no shadow of Alila among them.

Across from Olla and Dika, there was Nadia who stood not far from Dimas who always accompanied Alila beside him. Moreover, when Dika was in front of him, he increasingly wanted to show Olla's fiancee that Alila was his.

"Nad, thank you for last night you accompanied me here, until midnight. Dimas told me that."

Alila's right hand was trying to grab Nadia's hand. Dimas immediately retreated and shifted his body to make room for Nadia to tease Alila.

Nadia hugged Alila and held her best friend's hand tightly.

"What are you talking about, Al. No need to thank me. We're friends, there's no way I'm gonna let you alone. Besides, if I don't come back, I'm afraid to sleep alone in the inn room."

They smiled together followed by Olla and Dika. While Dimas just silently stared at the togetherness of Alila and the three guests.

Almost half an hour Nadia, Olla and Dika hit Alila. After lightly joking around to comfort Alila, the three went home.

Before leaving, Nadia submitted a notification letter from the event committee yesterday if Alila gets a break permit for the next three days, so there is no need to think about office work first.

After Alila's three office colleagues came home, shortly afterwards Tama and Nayla came together. Because Sandy can't come home from her duty outside the city, Nayla is picked up by Tama on the permission of Sandy who has sent a message to Tama.

"Al, the bride-to-be is even in the hospital anyway..."

As soon as she entered the room, Nayla immediately rushed to Alila and hugged her. He looked one by one at Alila's body, looking everywhere for Alila's wounds.

"Don't look at me like that, Nay. I'm fine."

Alila's gaze turned to Tama who had since come also looked at her worriedly. She stood beside Dimas and had already exchanged hugs with Alila's future husband.

"How are you doing, Al?" That's the only thing that came out of Tama's mouth.

"I'm fine, Tam. Thank you both for coming here. Sandy sent a message to me, too."

Instead of talking about Alila's illness, the four of them were talking about Dimas and Alila's wedding preparations.

"The invitation is not yet, Dim?" Ask Tama.

"Yet. Maybe next week."

"Tell me when it's done. I'll handle the distribution of the invitations."

From the beginning Tama has offered to help spread all their wedding invitations. In his papa company, there are a number of couriers who can be relied on for matters of sending documents, both in the city and outside the city.

"Yes, Tam. Thank you." Thank you."

"Nay, make sure Sandy gets home on our wedding day." Pinta Alila was serious.

"Sure, Al. Don't worry, he's already set his return schedule for you." Answer Nayla.

The conversation continues. Tama and Dimas join Alano on the sofa, leaving Nayla wanting to share with Alila the story of herself and Sandy.

Nayla has always been comfortable telling Alila about her relationship with Sandy. Besides because they are friendly, also because of the nature of Alila who can be a good listener and give the right opinion and input when asked.

After an hour or so the five of them were in the room, Tama and Nayla went home. In addition to having to take Nayla home first, Tama also has an appointment to go with someone who happened to have also met her for a moment in the same hospital lobby.

After Tama and Nayla returned home, Alano decided to leave first because of a need. Dimas peeled and cut one apple for Alila, then fed it one by one into the mouth of her lover. Every now and then Alila also picked up the piece of apple and put it in Dimas' mouth.

Without them both knowing, there was already someone outside the door who was watching Dimas and Alila's intimacy feeding each other apples. A bitter smile appeared at the corner of his lips.

Again he had lost to the man in the room, and could not get the heart of the woman he admired and loved, who was now sitting with his lover in there.

By steadying his heart and preparing all the possibilities that would happen, one opened the door of the room after knocking on it first.

The couple turned to the door and saw who was coming.

"Wood..." Alila said slowly while looking at Dimas who was also looking at the figure of the man.

Walking slowly towards Alila's bed, Bayu continued to show a smile on his face. After arriving to Alila's left side, she looked at Alila and Dimas alternately. And this time his last look was on Dimas who was standing before him, holding tightly onto Alila's right hand.

"How are you, Dim? We haven't seen each other in a long time since we graduated school." Sapa Bayu tried to melt the atmosphere.

"Good." Dimas answered short with his flat tone.

"I'm sorry about you, Dim. I'm the one who asked Alila to talk on the terrace of the inn so she's getting too cold without me knowing."

After all, although unintentionally, he was the last time chronologically with Alila before the woman left just like that and walked into the inn in a shivering state of cold, coldness, then forced himself up the stairs and finally fell rolled down to the bottom floor.

Dimas was silent and did not want to answer. Likewise Alila who chose to sit leaning her head with the direction of view continued to look at Dimas beside her body. He tightened his hand on Dimas to calm the heart of his beloved man.

Suddenly a knock came back from outside Alila's door, along with the sound of Bayu's phone. While Dimas was tidying Alila's hair that decomposed forward and stuck to his cheek.

"Excuse me, I'm the nurse who's on guard day till night. I'll replace the drained infusion."

The nurse brought her gaze towards the infusion bag hanging on a special pole to the left of Alila. Alila also looked over it, and it was true that the infusion fluid was the remains of the last drop.

Alila nodded her head and the nurse walked back to Alila's left side. There was Bayu who was still standing there replying to the message that had just entered on his phone.

"Excuse me.." The nurse said that Bayu raised his head and looked at the nurse who was carrying a new infusion bag.

Both pairs of their eyes meet and bring out a sense of surprise accompanied by the beating of the heart of both are equally tight and hardened.

"Wood..." The nurse looked at Bayu

face of disbelief.

" Beautiful..." Bayu's lips quivered when he mentioned the name of the woman he knew.

Now it was Alila and Dimas' turn to be shocked when they heard Bayu mention a name that had just become their talk this morning.

Dimas turned his attention across the bed and found the figure of the woman with a slightly more face still quite remembered.

Dimas just kept quiet and watched the woman dressed in the nurse's uniform, until she felt and turned her face away. He opened his eyes wide when he saw who was standing before him.

"Dimits..." Said the woman with an increasingly surprised face.

And it seems, the love story of the triangle of the past is repeated in Alila's room with herself as a witness to this unexpected encounter.

Or is it, the middle of a quadrilateral love story with her who is also involved in it...??
