Raising her wedding dress, Ivy ran after the gurney wheel that rolled over the hospital floor. The moving bed went into a room that read Emergency Room. A nurse asks Ivy to wait outside.
The high-heeled white pantofel shoes had already walked dozens of times in front of the covered room. The incident in Istanbul Cafe made Ivy start to think, why his stepmother intended to kill him.
Is that how much he hates me? I have given myself away from my father by choosing to study in Paris, so that my father can freely devote his love to Cansu. I also let my father put a picture of my late mother in the barn, so that she could become my father's wife entirely. I also did not demand custody of Deniz, even though the child was a minor. What made that woman want to kill me?
Ivy's voiceless lip movements suddenly stopped when he saw a man wearing a grey suit. The man had just walked out of the room next to the cafe waitress in the care.
“It’ Mehmet? What is he doing here?” Ivy asked himself then approached the bald man who was bowed with a lethargic look on his face.
“Ivy?” Mehmet was similarly shocked to see the woman in the hospital wearing a bridal outfit. He recalled the incident a year ago, when there was a shooting at Kenan's wedding.
“What happened to Kenan?”
"No. Not Kenan, but your cafe waiter,” replied Ivy who immediately told the incident that occurred in Istanbul Cafe—about the stabbing carried out by Sophia.
"Why does Cansu's mother want to kill you?”
“I don't know either,” replied Ivy while shrugging both his shoulders. “Then, you alone? Why are you in the hospital? We are waiting for you and Cansu at the cafe.”
Mehmet saw a golden ring coiled around Ivy's ring finger. The ring that Kenan bought three days ago, along with him. While the ring that he should have pinned on Cansu's finger, still stored in the box in his suit pocket.
“Cansu suicide.”
Mehmet's one answer instantly made Ivy flinch. “Bu... suicide? How could that happen?”
His bead of eyes stared at the dark-skinned face that stood in front of him. He was about to open the door behind Mehmet, but the man prevented Ivy from entering.
“I also don't know what really happened. The doctor still handles it. We'll just wait outside.” With a movement of his hand Mehmet asked Ivy to sit in front of Cansu's room.
The two people looked like fools trying to guess what really happened today. Their minds and hearts raged hoping that the two women who were fighting death could regroup with them.
In the middle of the corridor, they were just sitting together staring at the door of the room that was covered by a mosquito net. Waiting for uncertainty from the medics who will come out from behind the glass door. Then Ivy turned his gaze to the white ceramic floor in silence. I don't know how many times the young woman counted the square boxes that were stuck under her shoes.
There was no wind or rain there, Mehmet suddenly said, “Congratulations on your marriage to Kenan.”
The congratulatory words sounded soft and slashing in Ivy's ears. He understood that today the man should also be married. Today is the wedding date Mehmet and Cansu chose, while he and Kenan just follow their schedule. However, it is not the owner of the day who is married, but him.
“I hope Cansu gets well soon. You can resume your pending marriage.” Ivy tried to comfort Mehmet.
The man just lowered his head. In his heart he wondered what was really going on.
There hasn't been any secrets between us, Cansu. What's the matter? Why are you acting so recklessly like this?
The atmosphere of silence changed with the opening of two glass doors in the row of their seats. The two men approached two nurses who came out of two different rooms. Ivy chose to see the condition of the cafe waiter first, while Mehmet went straight into the room Cansu.
Inside the all-white room, Ivy saw a woman covered in stripes lying weakly. A prick of an infusion needle attached to the back of his hand. Slowly the closed eyelids then opened when they heard the sound of steps approaching them.
“How are you doing?” Ivy asked after she was next to the iron bed.
The cafe waitress simply looked at him expressionlessly. His lips looked pale, due to the large amount of blood coming out of his body.
“Can you contact my family?” The woman turned her gaze to Ivy.
“Ya... I'll call your family. Just tell me what the phone number is?”
After the waiter said a few digits, Ivy contacted the woman's family and asked her to come to the hospital immediately.
“Thank you, Madam,” said the maid in her slow voice.
“I should be the one apologizing to you. Because of me, you're the victim.”
“Everything has been outlined by The Almighty, Madam. Today is not my time to work, but I ask the cafe manager to change my schedule.” The female servant let out a long sigh.
“Rest, may you recover quickly. For the hospital fee, don't worry, I'll pay for it. Excuse me first, because I have to see the situation of my brother who is in the next room,” said Ivy.
......................
The blue-eyed bead moved around the room measuring 3x5 meters. The room contained only his iron bed, a small table and a chair. He saw a white mosquito net fluttering at the end of the wind and an infusion hose attached to the back of his hand. The pain was now shifting, he felt the pain in his injured neck.
“I... is alive?” muttered Cansu who pinched his own hand and he felt the pain.
His eyes immediately fell on the door of his room that had just opened. Two human figures that he did not want to meet at this time. Especially for women who wear wedding dresses.
Ferit's words were ringing again in his mind.
All I want is Ivy, not you! Why are you the one here?
“Go, all of you! I don't want to see you guys!” cansu shouted hysterically, as Mehmet and Ivy had been by her bedside.
“Cansu, relax...” Ivy and Mehmet spoke at the same time.
Princess Sophia immediately fended off Ivy's hand, when her half-brother intended to hold her arm.
“Go say! Go!” cansu shouted with her reddened glaring eyes holding back her sadness.
“More you! I hate you!” pointing Cansu at Ivy, his eyes flashed hatefully at his half-brother. “You should have been at that hotel, not me!”
Two nurses barged into Cansu's room as soon as they heard her screams. They asked Mehmet and Ivy to come out. One of the nurses gave an injection of sedative medicine to Cansu.
Slowly Ivy and Mehmet leave the room and see Cansu who is back to sleep after getting an injection.
The Victor princess stood stunned, as soon as she saw the door closed again. His entire life, never once did Cansu snap at him or throw him out. Although his stepmother always hostile him, but Cansu even more often defended himself. He only once yelled at Cansu, when his stepmother kicked him out of the house.
What's wrong with you, Cansu? Why do you suddenly hate me?
Mehmet is trying to figure out what really happened. The man asked the whereabouts of the doctor who handled Cansu to two nurses who had just come out of his lover's room.
“The woman's hymen has been torn and there are many bruises due to the bite and touch of someone's lips. If she intends to commit suicide, it is likely that the woman has been subjected to a rape case,” explained Dr Akmal, when Mehmet asked her for an explanation.
“Rape?” Mehmet frowned. Cansu's words about the hotel corroborated the man's suggestion that there was a connection between the doctor's explanation and what had happened to his lover.
Two days ago, I still met him. His attitude is still as usual, even he is very cheerful. Did that happen yesterday?
Neighboring Cansu's words about the absence of the Henna Night event further corroborated Mehmet's allegation that the rape took place yesterday.
Akmal's doctor gave the results of his examination to Mehmet. “Honey we can't get his visa, because the patient has cleared himself before committing suicide attempt.”
The bald-headed man clenched his palms and clenched his jaws together after hearing the doctor's explanation. His heart and head were starting to get hot. He began to find out, who was the savage man who had made Cansu like this.

Sophia was stumbling along the highway to her house. The makeup on her face had already started to wear off due to the sweat that soaked her head to the tip of her feet. His red hair that was originally neatly darkened turned chaotic, like a foliage that had not been trimmed by gardeners for a long time.
A little more, I'll be home. I'll pack my things and get out of Istanbul.
Just now the steps increased by five steps, how surprised the woman in the yellow ivory dress. He saw Kenan and three plainclothes police officers standing in front of his house. He quickly chose to hide behind a box car owned by his neighbor.
Damnit damnit! Why are they in front of my house? If this keeps up, I can't take my things!
Sophia waited for a few minutes, but the four men did not leave her home. From the back of the box car, he saw some of them enter the house by stepping over the fence that was only knee-high. The other two officers talked to their neighbors.
The middle-aged woman walked back while hiding among the trees and four-wheeled vehicles parked near her home.
After reaching the end of the road, he intercepted a taxi passing in front of him. In each of his journeys this greedy woman begins to rack her brain in search of shelter. He remembered that he still had a stake in one of the companies in Istanbul.
The yellow taxi stopped right in front of a tall office building in the center of Istanbul—Kozan Company Building.
With a slight lift of her head, Sophia walked into the building.
“Excuse me, Mistress. You looking for who?” ask the security guard who saw Sophia's random appearance.
“I'm one of the shareholders here! I want to meet Ferit Kozan!” exclaim Sophia with ketus.
“Share owner?” The look on the security guard's face wrinkled up at Sophia, between her half-belief and disbelief. He saw the appearance of the woman who looked more like a madman than a classy woman.
“What do you see?” Sophia asked with a fierce voice. “Where is the Ferrite room?”
“Sorry, Mistress, You better get out of here!” stop the security guard while pointing his iron rod at Sophia.
“If you don't let me in, then I'll ask Ferrit to fire you!” threaten Sophia by raising her voice.
Hearing Sophia's threat, the security officer immediately informed his superior's room. The middle-aged woman immediately smiled sinisterly as soon as she saw the officer give up.
Raising her face up and walking like a great mistress, Sophia came to Ferit. The knock on the heels of his pantofel shoes was heard accompanying his steps to the eighth floor.
"I'm sorry, Mr. Ferrite. This madam is forcing her way in,” Ferit's secretary said with a terrified look on her face.
His master had given him the message not to allow anyone into his room, because the man's emotions had reached their peak.
From his seat, Ferrite raised his head to see who dared to enter his nest. He put the sample book of cloth that was originally in his hand.
Her eyes now shone sharply as she saw Sophia standing behind her secretary. The middle-aged woman had awakened a sleeping tiger.
“Come out!” ferrit orders his secretary. The young lady left the two in the room.
After Hasan, this time you're looking for me! Because of your entanglement, it made me lose Ivy!
“What did you come here for?” Ferrite stood up and walked over to Sophia.
“I asked for my share part,” Sophia replied.
The sound of Ferrite's thunderous laughter made Sophia pull one step back. “Share? Which stocks?”
“You don't pretend to forget! I've signed the agreement letter at the cafe!” exclaim Sophia.
“Oh yes, I just remembered.” Ferrite smiled thinly while scratching one of his eyebrows.
The red lips instantly expanded like petals of a flower that had just bloomed. Sophia began to move back to where she was and then said, “Because you already remember her, I asked for my share.”
“Your part huh? Okay, I'll give it.” Ferrite turned his body around and took a document from his vault. He opened a page containing Sophia's signature.
“I think you are senile, dear Lady Eleanor!” ferrite exclaimed who immediately threw the document into Sophia's face. The man had issued his US card to the greedy woman.
Sophia's face that was originally bright turned crimson withholding her anger. Ferrite had reduced it and deceived himself.
At that time Sophia had indeed signed two pages at once, which she thought was a copy of her covenant letter. It turned out that on the second page, the letter contained the cancellation of the shares that Ferit had given him.
“Sa... stock it... no?” sophia asked in a stammer. He stared at Ferit and the documents in his hand in turn. “Where are my shares?”
Ferrit gave a round of applause for himself. “No shares for you! Let alone ten percent, one percent I would never give!”
“You really are a villain, Ferrite!” sophia shouted that smacked the man's face with the documents in her hands.
The brown-haired man laughed loudly as if mocking Sophia's stupidity. Her burly hand held and raised the hand of Sophia who was about to beat her back, then she brought her face closer to the middle-aged woman's face.
“You call me a criminal? Then what are you yourself? An angel? You're the one who broke your biological daughter because of my touch!” Ferrite directly pushed Sophia backwards, making the middle-aged woman fall to her knees.
“Don't hold me responsible! Because it's all your fault!” exclaimed Ferrite who squatted down and clamped both cheeks of Sophia. The middle-aged woman's body trembled violently.
“Cansu's biological mother is YOU! That's why I prefer Ivy to your daughter! Because I don't want a greedy woman like you to enter my house!” squealing Ferrite immediately threw Sophia's face in any direction.
Kozan's company leader immediately asked his security officers to go up to his room. Within minutes, two officers with their iron rods entered Ferit's room.
“Set this woman out! Never once have you let this woman back into this building!” command Ferrite.
“Ferit, you... can't do this to me! You can't kick me out of here! I'm also Ivy's mother!” yelled Sophia who was trying to hold the tip of the man's pants.
“What are my ears broken? You're Ivy's mother? A woman like you doesn't deserve to be a mother!” shouted Ferrite with ferocious.
“What are you waiting for? Quickly bring this woman out from before me!” yelled Ferrit to his security guard.
The two security guards grabbed Sophia's arms, helping her rise to her feet and dragging her out of Ferit's room.
“Let go... untie me! You can't treat me like this! I'm the owner of this company!” yelled Sophia who even invited the attention of all employees in the building. The middle-aged woman continued to shout hysterically until she exited the lobby door.
“So you threatened me, this time it all turned to you, Madam,” said one of the security officers.
While his other friend threw Sophia's body just like that in the front yard of the building then booed the middle-aged woman, “What stock owner, huh!”
They doused Sophia's body with a bucket of cold water. “Go! Never come back again!”
The body of Victor's late wife shivered in the cold. Her hair and clothes were soaked. His appearance is like a cat that has been splashed in a pool of water.
“Arrggh...!” sophia yelled as her own hair became more and more unruly. Her eye makeup spilled everywhere leaving black stains around her eye area.
“I? I ruined my daughter's life?” Sophia chuckled. “Which daughter? Do I have a daughter?”
Sophia stared at the towering building then laughed without cause and stomped her two legs alternately on the block paving floor. The middle-aged woman was like a child who was sulking asking for something.
“One percent,” Sophia said while pulling out her index finger then laughing.
“Two percent.” He pulled out his index and middle fingers together and laughed again.
“Three percent.” He took out three fingers and was always accompanied by laughter.
He started counting with his fingers until he managed to mention the number ten.
Then the middle-aged woman leaped in excitement like a little child who had managed to learn to count then clapped and laughed.
Cansu's biological mother walked down the sidewalk and always held both arms of every young woman she met on the highway. He always asked the same question over and over again and looked at them with his empty eyes and laughed again for no reason.
“Are you my daughter?”
“Who is my daughter?”
“Do you want to be my daughter?”
Everyone was scared from seeing her appearance and trying to avoid Sophia. However, the middle-aged woman grew increasingly aggressive and chased after them.
