Give Me Your Hand's
Artificial Breath of Ivy

After Kenan's departure from Istanbul Hospital, Ivy continued to stare towards the highway. From where he stood he saw the SUV turning direction and continued to drive towards the Balat area, until the silver car disappeared from his view.

His palm felt cold not because of the night wind that blew on him. He continued to clasp his fingers tightly and bite his lower lip repeatedly. After standing a few seconds in front of the hospital courtyard, he decided to go inside.

“Ivy!” call someone from the left. The Victor princess turned her head to look for the source of the voice that called out her name.

From a distance he saw the figure of a man with his shiny scalp walking towards him. Without waiting for the man's arrival, Ivy immediately ran up to the man who had just got out of his car.

“Mehmet!” Ivy stopped the man's steps.

Ivy's sudden arrival suddenly made the dark-skinned man surprised. He just walked a few steps.

“What has happened to Deniz? I'm here to see your sister,” Mehmet said.

“This is not about Deniz, but about Kenan. Can you take me to his house?” The oval face look was a little pleading.

“Come! I'll drop you off.” The two of them immediately rushed towards Kenan's residence.

The Jeep car was speeding through the traffic of the city of Istanbul which is decorated with street lights with a diverse color sheen. In the car, Ivy told her what she was worried about after Kenan left the hospital.

“Maybe this is just your feeling. Kenan must be fine,” entertain Mehmet who briefly saw the face of Ivy.

Mehmet's words were like the wind then in the woman's ears, he could not even clearly see the scene outside. Where people are sitting outside enjoying the beautiful moon that illuminates the sky of Istanbul. His vision was blurred to see the light rays of lights wrapped around the tree trunk.

“Try you contact him, maybe it can make you a little calmer.” Mehmet turned his car to enter Balat.

The connecting tone was heard on the end of Ivy's phone, but he did not hear Kenan's voice there.

“How?” asked Mehmet who lowered his speed.

“He didn't answer my call.” Ivy is still trying to contact Harun's son's cell phone.

The army's green car spotlights shot at a number plate of the SUV Mehmet was familiar with. The bald man immediately stopped his car behind a silver-colored car that stopped in the middle of the road.

“You're right, Ivy. Looks like something went wrong.” Mehmet quickly removed his seatbelt and got out of the car.

The man's words suddenly made Ivy's heart seem to stop beating. He hung up his phone and followed the man down from the car.

The two men walked around the car, trying to peer inside the car from the window. The engine is still on and the key is still under the wheel.

“Oh shit!” Mehmet took out his curse as he saw the thin black object lying next to the rear tire. “Ivy!”

Ivy who had since looked into the steering wheel immediately walked closer to Mehmet. The dark-haired head seemed to shake and the thin lips suddenly opened wide when he saw Kenan's phone in Mehmet's hand.

“No, Mehmet! This must be a mistake..this definitely does not belong to Kenan.your words he will be fine,” said Ivy who tried to contact Kenan's phone.

The black phone in Mehmet's hand shook after Ivy's call was connected. The green eye bead melted when he saw the phone screen lit up in the dark of the night.

With a movement of his hand Mehmet hinted Ivy to calm down and not panic. The dark-skinned man opened his best friend's cell phone screen. The last app opened by Kenan was a video app.

Mehmet's index finger pressed an app called Gallery. The black-eyed bead was looking for the latest video made by Kenan. The video display was dark for a few seconds, then in the tenth second only the sound of someone saying, “Enough! Tie him up and take him to the dock!”

They looked at each other after hearing the word "dock". Without waiting for orders from anyone, the two men immediately jumped into the car. Mehmet immediately drove his vehicle to the port which was not too far from where Kenan lived.

Mehmet raised the speed of his car, when he saw the state of the road he passed looked lonely. The shadow of Kenan lying in a hospital bed a year ago flashed through his mind.

“No, this can't happen again. You can't die!” yelled Mehmet while hitting the steering wheel.

Ivy could only close and wipe her face imagining something bad happening to Kenan. The shadow of his father's burning death in the factory made him a little frustrated. The woman rested her head on the back of her chair. He could no longer hold back his tears that had poured down his face.

As the car entered the freeway straight, Ivy screamed loudly. “That's Ferrite!”

The two cars passed each other, making Mehmet slightly turn the steering wheel over the mark line.

After they cross paths with a black luxury car, they see a sedan car and another SUV type car passing next to them. The three cars went together.

“Yes God, they must have done something to Kenan. Please save him before it's too late,” Ivy murmured. I don't know who the woman begged.

A few seconds after they passed the three cars, the tall vehicle entered the dock yard that looked deserted. Only the sheen of moonlight remained that bounced off the waters as well as a few small light spots that illuminated them. Mehmet and Ivy search for Kenan's whereabouts, but they are unable to find any trace of the man.

“Mehmet, there!” exciting Ivy. He pointed his hand at the light of the lamp that shone on the motor boat.

“Ivy, come with me!” Mehmet immediately invited the woman to board the white boat. They used the same ship when Hasan sank Kenan in the waters of the Bosphorus.

Mehmet called out to just anyone who passed in front of him. He asked the man to help him drive the boat he had just boarded. It turns out that this man was a fisherman. The good-natured fisherman was willing to help Mehmet, the young man drove his boat and stopped next to a motorboat.

“Help me, I saw someone drowning in there,” said the motorboat driver who first went into the water.

The driver's words were like a roll of waves crashing on Ivy. The woman immediately clung to the fence of the ship.

Someone who drowned? What does this man mean is Kenan? Kenan's drowning?

“Can you swim?” the fisherman asked Mehmet and Ivy.

“I can. I'll help find that guy. Looks like the drowning man was the one we were looking for,” Mehmet replied. He asks Ivy to wait for him on the boat.

Mehmet took off his shirt, shoes and belongings. Put those things in the boat. The fisherman gave Mehmet an oxygen tube, a tube he found in the ship's inner chamber. With his makeshift gear, Mehmet and the two men swim in search of Kenan.

The sea water felt piercing the cavities of their bones. The three people were getting deeper into the waters. While on board, Ivy sits himself in a wooden chair. Tonight he can only pray to God, no matter what happens he just wants to see Kenan saved.

“He's a good man, he shouldn't have suffered because he wanted to help me and Deniz. Please don't take his life. Please save him. Please let him live. I don't want to say goodbye to him.” The speech was barely audible from Ivy's mouth, only those thin lips were moving up and down.

The sound of water pounding began to sound making Ivy immediately move from his seat. He stepped his feet to see the situation in the waters.

Ivy shines her flashlight into the dark-looking waters. The light of the lighthouse lamp helped him see a hand raised upwards. Looking at that hand, it was as if a glimmer of hope had arisen in his heart.

A few seconds later, the three men appeared above the water. Ivy looked for Kenan among them, but he did not see the man. He wanted to jump into the water and swim looking for Kenan, but he could not swim.

“Throw the rope!” the fisherman shouted to Ivy. The woman immediately went inside the ship looking for the rope that the skinny man meant.

His eye bead saw the rope roll that was still neatly arranged under the chair that he was sitting on a while ago. He immediately took the rope and threw it into the water and tied the end to the pole.

The driver of the motorcycle caught the end of the rope, and he immediately tied the rope to something Ivy could not see. He and the fisherman boarded the boat, while they left Mehmet still floating in the water.

“Come lift him!” yell at one of them. Hearing the words of the motorbike driver, Ivy wondered.

She who? What do they mean Kenan?

The two people pulled the rope that had been wrapped around one's body. Mehmet helped lift the man up, and slowly the rigidly stretched body had moved onto the ship.

“Date!” Ivy immediately approached the man lying on the deck of the ship. His hair and entire body were soaked.

Those dark gray eye beads seemed to shut themselves tonight. Ivy could not see the bead talking to her in the usual warmth and tenderness.

The fisherman took his knife and cut off the rope wrapped around Kenan's body and hand.

“Did he survive? Is he still alive?” Ivy looked at the faces of the two men standing nearby in turn.

“Why are you quiet? Tell me...”<TAG1> Ivy fell down with her voice stuck in her throat. He clasped the man's palm, the hand felt cold in his grasp.

“Immediately give him an artificial breath!” mehmet exclaimed after he boarded the ship. The three people looked at. But Mehmet's eyes turned to Ivy sitting next to Kenan.

“We are all men, only you can give artificial breath for him,” said Mehmet who stood on the other side of Kenan.

“Before he's gone for ever," he continued.

The green-eyed bead turned red when he heard Mehmet's last words. Ivy flicked her long hair back, with her fingers she clamped Kenan's face and placed her lips on the man's lips. He gave his breath to the life of the man who had entered his heart space. Mehmet was pumping the man's chest.

He lifted his face again and put his lips on Kenan's lips. The two lips fused together and he exhaled his breath back into the man's oral cavity. This time Ivy's artificial breath was able to make Kenan move his hand, then the man slightly raised his head and spouted the seawater that had entered his mouth.

The three men smiled to see the drowning man survive, but two seconds later the man dropped his head again.

“Date!” Ivy screamed on that dark night.

His gaze was dark and his world seemed to revolve around the sight of Aaron's son again lying with his eyelids closed.
