Give Me Your Hand's

Give Me Your Hand's
You've Let Go of Your Responsibility

The dried leaves flew when Kenan's four-wheeled vehicle whipped at high speed. The dark gray-eyed bead stared at the highway that was in front of him. He rubbed his face hard repeatedly.

Kenan shifts the screen of the phone in his standing car. He searched Ivy's name on his last call.

"Hello," Ivy's voice was heard on his phone screen.

"You still there?" asked Kenan with a worried tone and look on his face.

"Yes. I'm in the school."

Kenan sighed deeply after he heard Ivy's reply. It means there's nothing dangerous there.

"Don't get out of school before I come. Okay?" Kenan pressed his voice on his last words, as if he was going to say do not refute my words.

"I'll be waiting for you."

The conversation between the two of them was interrupted. Kenan is focusing on driving his car. Fifteen minutes later, Kenan's car was in front of the school building referred to by Ivy.

The man walks into a rectangular sports field with a basketball hoop facing each other on different sides. His eyes stared at the school building with its windows open.

"Henner!" call Ivy when he sees the man's back from a distance. The sturdy back of a man with a height of 188 centimeters.

Aaron's son turned his body back. He saw Ivy coming out of the security guard post not far from the gate. The woman looks very sweet with her red skirt on her knees and her cream-colored top made of thin chiffon fabric.

"Ivy...." Kenan immediately set foot to the guard post next to the school gate. She wanted to hug Ivy, after seeing that she was fine. But he was forced to abandon his intentions, as Ivy reentered the security guard post.

Ivy takes Deniz out of the blue white post. They stood face to face in the middle of the field. The cut of a sweet smile was clearly drawn on Kenan and Ivy's lips.

"Hi." They greet each other at the same time. A clumsy feeling spread throughout the bodies of these two young people.

Ivy did not know where to start after he said the word hi. She was not a quiet woman, but ever since the puzzle game happened, she did not know what to say to the man.

"Come, sis. I'm hungry." Deniz swung Ivy's arm a few times.

"My car's outside. Let's go" said Kenan, playing with his car keys. He walked beside Deniz. The boy was halfway between Ivy and Kenan.

Deniz immediately jumped into the car, he sat in the back seat and allowed his brother to sit next to Kenan.

"Do you mind sitting next to me?" asked Kenan who saw Ivy not getting into the car immediately.

"No. It's just, usually Deniz prefers to sit in front." Ivy gets in the car. He cursed his current attitude that could not relax at this moment.

Kenan immediately drove his vehicle to the edge of the harbor. In a place called Eminonu is famous for its fish sandwich sellers. From a distance there was already the sound of the ship's horn and the distinctive aroma of sea water. Seen large ships used by sellers Balik Ekmek leaning on the edge of the dock.

Turkish flags fluttered at the end of the ship, swayed by the sweep of small waves. Tens to hundreds of people filled the area just to taste fresh seafood.

Ivy opened the window glass, the smell of smoke burning the fish welcomed their arrival. The cloudy weather and strong winds made Ivy close his car window.

"I think I should accompany Deniz in the car. The air outside is very cold. We didn't bring jackets" Ivy said after Kenan parked his car.

"I'll be right back" Kenan said as he removed his seatbelt and got out of the car.

Victor's daughter noticed Kenan entering the middle of the queue and approaching the edge of the ship to order a sandwich filled with mackerel tuna. He leaned his head against the window, thinking about the man. A stranger he had only known for a few weeks had happened that he had never expected before.

Is he always nice to every woman?

His daydream suddenly stopped, when someone knocked on the window glass next to the steering chair. Kenan gestures for Ivy to open his car door.

"This is for you Deniz." Kenan gave me a piece of his fish sandwich.

"Can I add more?" deniz asked with his face clear, as if he had not eaten for a few days.

"Take your food, Deniz!" Ivy turned to his sister and put on a fierce look on his face.

"You can add as much as you can. It's still a lot" Kenan replied as he lifted a plastic bag containing six more pieces of bread. The man smiled broadly. His black hair stood waving in the sea breeze.

Deniz and Kenan laughed out loud at the look on Ivy's face that looked increasingly fierce. Kenan was even more anxious to see the thin lips Ivy conical, wanted to feel he sipped and enjoy the red lips without the lipstick polish.

The three men devoured the bread in their hands. The cold air made their stomachs feel empty faster. Didn't feel the sandwich amounting to seven pieces was exhausted without rest. Kenan gave two bottles of mineral water to Ivy and Deniz.

"I want to...." Deniz did not dare to continue his words as his brother looked back and widened his eyelids.

The boy covered his mouth and leaned his body on the back of the chair. His stomach feels full at this moment. Drowsiness began to make her eyelids feel heavy.

"We better get home. It's not good for Deniz if he's tired." Ivy put on her seatbelt.

Kenan immediately set the gears of his car, rewind the wheels of his vehicle and began to look for a way to get out of the place.

Aaron's son took a roundabout direction to return to Nur's house. They entered a middle-class residential area in western Istanbul. Rows of modern minimalist houses lined with the same model only their different colors.

"Dan, stop!" exclaimed Ivy who saw a small red car that he was very familiar with. The car was parked in front of a white house with brown stone walls.

Kenan stopped his car in front of the house with two floors. He looked at the house just like Ivy and Deniz. "Whose house is this?"

"I don't know. But that's Sophia's car?" Ivy answered without looking at Kenan, her bead still looking at the house that was not too big, but looked quite luxurious.

"Sophia? Who's Sophia?" asked Kenan who leaned his body against Ivy's back.

"She's my stepmother" replied Ivy who immediately looked back.

He didn't realize Kenan was right behind him. The two lips rubbed against each other quickly, making Ivy's face flushed red. He felt Kenan's thin whiskers touching his cheeks and lips.

"sorry. I'm surprising you." Kenan immediately regressed his body.

Since then the scent of Ivy's body has penetrated his mind. He is not a man who likes to steal opportunities, but really the incident was beyond his expectations.

A red-haired woman came out of the house carrying her yellow ivory handbag in accordance with the color of the short dress she was wearing.

"Ivy, I don't mean." Kenan's words suddenly stopped when Deniz suddenly called the red-haired woman with a mother's call.

Ivy immediately turned her body towards the car door and shouted to her sister, but the boy had already run towards Sophia and hugged the woman. Ivy and Kenan get out of the car to get Deniz back inside.

"Mother" said Deniz softly. She held Sophia's clothes tightly. The woman seemed distracted getting a hug from her stepson.

"Denizz!" exclaimed Ivy who stood behind his sister a few steps. He did not say hello to his stepmother.

"Go back to your sister" Sophia said as she stuffed the edges of her hair behind her ear. Those eye beads only glanced at Ivy and Kenan.

"Why didn't Mom ever visit me at Nur's house? Don't you love me anymore?" whinek Deniz without letting out his tears.

The boy pulls down Sophia's shirt, making the woman's hand spontaneously push both Deniz's shoulders back.

"Denizz!" it was Ivy and Kenan who immediately caught a small body that almost fell on the asphalt. Kenan helps Deniz to get up.

"Why did you push Deniz?" Ivy shouted in front of Sophia. The boy looked frightened with his reddened eye bead.

"I didn't mean to push him. I just put away her hands, because she was constantly pulling my clothes," explained Sophia who walked over to Deniz while putting on her sweet smile.

The boy hid behind Kenan while holding the man's hand. He peeked out from behind Kenan's waist.

"I'm her mother, how could I hurt her" said Sophia, who reached out with her hand to hold Deniz's face.

Ivy immediately moved Sophia's hand away from her sister's face. "Never call yourself his mother! His mother died a long time ago!"

Sophia gasped at Ivy's words that sounded brash and did not know manners. His palm tightly grasped the handle of his leather bag.

"Don't forget, that I am the wife of your late father! Who raised you and your sickly sister?"

Ivy stared intently at Sophia's face, trying to hold back her anger in front of Deniz.

"Of course I remember, how Lady Eleanor kicked her stepdaughter out of the house! From that moment on, you're taking your responsibilities away from us!" exclaim Ivy who immediately took Deniz's hand to get back into the car.

Sophia looked at her stepson. "He's been a stray cat ever since he lived with that waitress!"
