In a modern minimalist house in the western Istanbul area. It appeared that a red-haired woman was lying on top of her long sofa with several slices of cucumber covering her face.

Sophia was still thinking about how the Ivy dress she had broken could look new again. Not only that, his friends even bought a dress designed by his stepson. Praise for their praise was made to make his ears hurt.

The boy has always been the center of attention. The more I thought about it, the more it made my head almost break.

"Mom, I'll go first!" exclaimed Cansu who had just come down from his room.

Sophia suddenly woke up from the sofa, as a result one by one cucumber slices on her face fell down.

"Where are you going?" Sophia stared at Cansu's unusual appearance. Her daughter wears a white sweater all along her knee.

"I'm going to the hospital to visit Deniz. At once I'll have my spinal cord examined" replied Cansu who was already standing behind the sofa where her mother was sitting.

"Checking the spinal cord? Wh-wh-what for? Are you sick?" Sophia removed all her cucumber masks and immediately stood in front of her daughter.

"I'm fine, Mother. If my medical test results match, I'll donate my spinal cord to Deniz." Cansu immediately turned his body towards the door.

"What's? Why should you? Why not Ivy?" Sophia pulled Cansu's hand to stop her steps.

"Ivy spinal cord does not match. I have to go, Mommy!" Cansu tried to pull his hand from Sophia's hand.

"No, Cansu! I'm not gonna let you go! Especially donating your spinal cord to Deniz!" Sophia's hand gripped even tighter, making Cansu's face grimace in pain.

"Mother, Deniz is now in need of help. If need be not just me, but mom also has to do a medical." Cansu's words made the middle-aged woman's eyes bulge.

"What did you say? If the boy dies, it's not mom's fault, but it's her destiny to get together with her parents!" screeched Sophia while lifting one of her index fingers to the side.

"Mother..," said Cansu, shaking her head. He didn't think his mother could say such a thing. "Enough, Mother! I don't have much time. Mehmet's been waiting for me outside."

As Sophia's hand began to slacken, Cansu immediately stomped his hand. The blue-eyed woman ran away from her mother.

"Cansu!" yelled Sophia who walked up to the doorway. She saw her daughter get into a Jeep car and left her alone.

The dark cloud seemed to move slowly covering the sunlight. The sky started to look cloudy as the Jeep drove towards Istanbul Hospital.

"I just made your favorite cheese pastry" Mehmet said.

"Well, did you make it before you came to pick me up?" cansu asked half in disbelief that a man like Mehmet would be covered in flour and eggs.

Mehmet raised both his eyebrows as the man looked at Cansu. "That's behind a brown box."

Cansu picked up a box of bread made of cardboard under the name Istanbul Cafe. Her blue-eyed bead saw how beautiful Mehmet's cake was. The smell is still smelling and the cake is still warm. Really teasing Cansu's tongue to taste it.

"Wait Cansu!" yelling Mehmet who saw the finger of the woman's hand will pinch the cake made. Sophia's daughter turned to Mehmet.

"You'd better eat after your medical check-up is over."

"Ah. You're right." Cansu closed the box. While in the car, he had to be tormented because he could only inhale the smell of the cheese cake without being able to taste it now.

At five o'clock, they arrived at the hospital. There were Kenan, Nur and Deniz waiting for their arrival.

"Don't ask me about Ivy in front of Deniz. I'll tell you later" whispered Mehmet, as if he had guessed Cansu's mind. The woman replied to Mehmet with her smile.

"Cansu?" tanya Nur who rose to his feet when he saw the arrival of Princess Sophia.

"He wants to do a medical examination" said Kenan who also stood up.

After his return from Ferrite's office, Aaron's son still accompanied Deniz in the hospital. The boy's condition worsened when he did not see his older sister. Her little eyelids have been closed since yesterday. Kenan and Nur accidentally did not tell the boy.

Cansu kissed Deniz's forehead and rubbed the thin hair gently. For a few months he had not met his little brother.

"Come, Cansu. The doctor is waiting for you" Mehmet asked. The bald man took Cansu to the examination room.

"Can Cansu donate his spinal cord to Deniz?" nur asked as she and Kenan were outside the room.

"If their sum-sums match," replied Kenan who looked at the dark cloud from the hospital window. His mind was still thinking about Ivy's whereabouts.

Ivy, where are you now? Go home, Deniz needs you. I cannot take your place in his heart. As long as you don't come home, he won't open his eyelids. I missed you too.

"Hopefully the results match. We've all done checks, but no one can be a donor to Deniz" Nur said, speaking to the wall, as Kenan did not respond. The man still looked at the dark clouds that were in front of him.

"Nur, do you know Ferrite's house?" kenan asked as the puffer lady was about to re-enter Deniz's room.

"I don't know."

From inside the room, Ivy hears Ferit talking to someone on his phone.

"Ivy hasn't been in a few days. Let's just say he quit working. I told you before, he only works temporarily in your company."

"Come, buddy. Your designer isn't just an Ivy. He works at your place, because I asked you to accept him. You can find another designer."

"Suppose you fired him because he hasn't been in a job in a long time. If we get married, I won't let him work."

Ivy swallowed his saliva after he heard Ferrite's words.

So. Sarte's company accepted me because Ferit asked for it. He tried to rule my life, just like he did to my father.

"You want me to owe you one?" Ivy asked his question when he heard the sound of Ferrite's footsteps.

The man stood facing Ivy. "So you've heard it all?"

"It's better for Sarte to fire me, than for me to work there for your services!" exclaiming Ivy while raising his head upwards.

Ferrite lowered his body parallel to Ivy's chair. He pinched both of Ivy's cheeks with his hands, his bead eyes staring intently at that oval-shaped face.

"Thank you to me because you're welcome in a big company like Sarte. After we get married, you don't have to work hard. I'll meet all your needs and Deniz's needs!" Ferrite threw the pretty face to the side.

"Me and Deniz don't need a guy like you!" Ivy exclaimed with a cold look on her eyes.

"Do you need that poor, useless mechanic any more? Than the owner of Kozan company?" Ferrite pressed his voice right on Ivy's face. His face began to blush withholding his anger. Ivy fell silent not answering Ferit's question.

"Answer question!" shouted Ferrite with his eyes glaring creepily.

"Do you love her? Does she love you? Do you love each other, huh?" The man scouts Ivy with his various questions and pulls Ivy's hair back then releases it back.

Ivy remained on his stance not to answer Ferit's question. He was afraid that the answer would make the man even more angry.

"You want to defend him? Okay fine! I'll finish him off first, after that we'll get married!" threaten Ferrite who immediately left Ivy.

What am I supposed to do? How can I tell Kenan? How am I supposed to get out of this godforsaken house?

Meanwhile, the results of Cansu's medical examination have come out. The result was the same as the others, their bone marrow did not match.

"I'm sorry, I. I can't help" Cansu told Kenan as they were in the cafeteria.

"What's wrong. You are willing to undergo the examination is enough for Deniz," said Kenan without facial expression.

"Do you know where that jerk took Ivy?" asked Mehmet who was sitting next to Cansu. Kenan just shook his head.

"The son of a bitch who took Ivy away?" asked Cansu who was staring at Mehmet and Kenan's face alternately.

What's he....

"Ferrite Kozan!" exclaimed Kenan who stared intently at his coffee cup.

Cansu was surprised to hear Kenan's words. He did not think the marriage was not over. Since they were no longer staying in the roof, Ivy never contacted him again.

"Do you know where Ferrit's house is?" ask Kenan to Kenan. Not a smile came out of his lips.

"I don't know." Cansu tries to smile at Kenan as a friend, but Aaron's son ignores him.

After not getting the answer he wanted, Kenan left Mehmet and Cansu in the cafeteria. While he was back upstairs.

From the end of the hallway of Deniz's room, Nur ran towards Kenan. It's not as fast as women in general. His breathing was wheezing after he reached Kenan's place.

"What's wrong?" Kenan immediately helped Nur to catch his breath slowly.

"Doctor... Doctor."

"Doctor why? He's looking for me?" asked Kenan who was immediately answered with a nod of the head by Nur.

"There's...." Not yet finished Nur spoke, Kenan had already left her. The man ran to Doctor Husein's room.

Kenan went down some stairs. His footsteps passed through the hospital hallways and several rooms. Her heart was pounding when Nur said doctors were looking for her. In his heart there are only two possibilities, namely Deniz cancer that is getting worse or....
