After Kenan's departure from Istanbul Hospital, Ivy came to the government hospital in a hurry. His footsteps shot into the administration room. Nearly three hours he was outside to sell his jewelry and withdraw his money in the bank.
"Suster," call Ivy who is standing in front of the payment counter.
A short-haired woman in her white uniform meets Ivy. They stood facing each other and were only bounded by a window.
"I want to pay the bill for a patient named Deniz Eleanor" Ivy explained as she took a plastic bag from her bag. He put the stack of banknotes on the countertop. Recalculate it and hand it over to the nurse or hospital employee. Ivy had no idea who the woman in front of him was.
A confirmation of the payment came from the woman's lips. He handed over a piece of paper proof of payment to Ivy. At first glance the Victor princess looked towards the outside window, it was getting dark.
"Suster, can Deniz still stay at this hospital?" Ivy asked as she folded the payment proof paper and put it in her bag.
"The payment that was just up to today, Miss. If the patient still wants to continue his treatment, you will have to pay the bail again" the woman explained.
Ivy sighed deeply and looked at the woman's face. The money from the sale of jewelry and all his savings he has given everything to the hospital. There were only a few notes left in his wallet, just to eat a few days.
"That means Deniz has to get out of here?" Ivy asked frowned, he wanted to equate his understanding with the woman.
"Yes, Miss." The woman nodded her head with a flat expression on her face.
The green eye bead was about to melt. He tried not to cry. He looked up at the iron trellis flanking the glass window in front of him.
"Is it possible for tonight alone, let Deniz stay here?" Ivy tried to beg the woman. "Tomorrow morning I'll take Deniz out."
This time the woman looked at Ivy with sympathy. But he could not do much, because it was a hospital procedure, where he worked.
"All right, just for tonight."
"Thank you" Ivy said with a smile on her face.
After finishing the payment, Ivy walked down the corridor. The smell of the drugs stung his nostrils. He folded his hands in front of his chest towards Deniz's room.
"Sister." Deniz flicked his blue blanket to the side when he saw Ivy had returned. "I don't think you're coming again today."
"Of course I'll come. From today on, I will always be with you" said Ivy who tried to pull her lip line up.
"Brown...!" deniz exclaimed with his shining eyes and his mouth wide open, as Ivy took out the long thing from inside her bag.
Deniz immediately took it from Ivy's hands, opened his paper wrapper and ate it voraciously. Her older sister just smiled looking at her current behavior.
Maybe right now you can just give me a chocolate bar for you, Deniz. But I promise someday, you'll make me happy.
The wall clock in Deniz's room showed at nine in the evening, Ivy putting the blue blanket over his sister.
"Sister, don't go home?" deniz asked while he still saw Ivy standing beside his bed.
"So I want to be here with you, sleep. Brother will sleep outside."
"Unusually," tweeted Deniz while playing both of his lips. Ivy only replies with a smile, though inwardly she realizes that someday Deniz will find out the truth.
Ivy came out of Deniz's room after seeing his sister had fallen asleep. He took his coat and lay down on the long chair in front of his sister's room. Sometimes he woke up and saw the boy from outside the window.
What kind of life will I give Deniz after this?
Ivy looked at the ceiling above him, which was only a square without decoration. Realize that his world is not what it used to be. She is neither the daughter of a garment entrepreneur nor a young lady of the Eleanor family, who is lyricized by many young men. Now he is just an orphan, with no place to live and no future.
Everything was shattered in an instant before his eyes.
Ivy tried to close her eyes on the flat wooden chair. His mind was still in circles thinking about tomorrow. The night is getting late, bringing Ivy into her sleeping flowers.
In a different place, Kenan stepped foot in a bookstore. His first encounter with Deniz, made him keep thinking about the boy.
He wanted to find something for the boy, something that could bring them close. His steps stopped on a large puzzle with a cartoon character.
Kenan's hand took the puzzle box off his cabinet shelf. The man turned the box. A flash of his mind worked with doubt.
Why do I want to be close to that kid? My intention was just to return her sister's wedding dress.
Kenan returned the puzzle box back to its original place. After he exited the bookstore, his gaze fell on a middle-aged man holding a small child opposite him. The middle-aged man bought a toy at a roadside sale. A very simple and inexpensive toy. The little boy's face was so happy to see his new toy.
The son of Aaron rubbed his face violently, realizing the arrogance still lingering within him. "Kenan Fallay, the owner of the Fallay company, no longer exists" he muttered softly on the sidewalk.
He turned his back and walked back into the bookstore. Take that big puzzle. In his mind, he and Deniz play together to arrange the puzzle in a room.
"Why does that kid keep on in my mind?" he muttered while smiling. He tried to emphasize to himself, this was just humanity. Not about any other feeling.
The boy would be so happy if I came to see him and gave him something.
"Tomorrow I will visit him in the hospital" muttered Kenan after he bought the toy and took it to his car.

A nurse touched Ivy's arm gently, "Miss...."
Ivy opened her eyelids slowly. His eyes tried to adjust to his surroundings. There was a crowd behind Deniz's room and the rest of the room. The nurses went in and out to bring their small patient toiletries.
"Is it morning?" Ivy asked the nurse. He sat himself on a chair that had been his bed since last night.
The green-eyed bead looked at Deniz who was enjoying his morning breakfast together with his friend. Ivy is still weighing up her decision to take Deniz out of the hospital.
The young woman washed her face in the hospital toilet and wiped it with tissue paper. He looked at his face in the mirror in front of him. Sophia's words flashed through her mind, as her stepmother kicked her out of the house.
Well Sophia, I'll show you how Deniz and I survived without you!
"Deniz, will you stay with me?" Ivy asked as they sat together on the bed.
"Of course I want to!" cheers Deniz cheerful. The boy thought that he would stay at his house to gather with his family.
Once again, Ivy did not dare to tell Deniz the truth. The expectations of the little boy were getting higher, far from the reality that was happening.
"Come, pack your things! Brother will help you!" exclaim Ivy who opened Deniz's small suitcase and put his sister's belongings.
After finishing everything, Deniz said goodbye to his friends. "Don't forget to visit us, Deniz."
"Sure, I'll visit you guys. We will play together" Deniz said with passion.
Ivy immediately led Deniz out of his room. The two brothers joked and chatted in front of the lobby.
"Where are Cansu's mother and sister? Where's the car that's gonna pick us up?" asked Deniz who felt this was not as usual.
"Mother and Cansu are very busy. No car, Deniz. I didn't tell the house guy" Ivy replied, holding her sister's hand out of the hospital yard.
I don't know where I'm headed right now.
Deniz immediately released his hand from Ivy's hand. The boy opened the door of a taxi parked on the side of the road.
"Denizz!" Ivy was surprised. He immediately left his suitcase and ran towards the taxi in front of him.
"Ke road XXX," Deniz told the taxi driver. He told me his home address.
"No, Sir. We didn't take a taxi" said Ivy, who immediately pulled Deniz's hand out.
"Then what are we going up to go home, brother?" Deniz looked at her brother's face with question marks.
Ivy couldn't answer Deniz's question. The woman's tongue felt faint and her mouth felt heavy.
"Are we going on foot?" ask Deniz. But Ivy remained silent a thousand languages.
"All right." One word that came out of the boy's mouth, he then darted away away from Ivy towards the highway.
"Deniz...!" yelling Ivy who immediately ran hugged his sister, when a car moved towards Deniz.
Almost hit Ivy, if the driver hadn't stepped on the brakes. After losing his surprise, Ivy invites Deniz to return to the hospital yard.
"You all right?" Ivy asked while holding Deniz's face.
Deniz just nodded his head, the boy was also surprised by what he had just experienced. Ivy immediately hugged Deniz tightly. Behind her sister's head, the woman wiped her tears.
"Ivy...!" A voice of someone calling his name. Victor's daughter immediately turned her body.
"Nur?" Ivy asked when she saw her housekeeper walking towards her.
"It turns out to be true, you're here with Deniz" Nur said after he reached where Ivy and Deniz were.
"Where are you going? Have you found a place to live?" tanya Nur while carrying the suitcase of her employer's two children.
"Not yet." Ivy shook her head. Makes Deniz even more wondering, actually what happened.
"Stay with me!" invite Nur who immediately took Deniz's hand.
"But, Nur...." Ivy held the hand of Nur who was carrying his suitcase and looked at him wistfully. He did not want to trouble this puffed-up woman.
"You won't trouble me" said Nur, who put their luggage into the taxi. "Come in!"
After the departure of a taxi carrying Victor's children, Kenan comes to the hospital in his borrowed car.
The man walked in with a paper bag containing an Ivy wedding dress and a puzzle box. A thin smile was painted from his handsome face.
Kenan enters Deniz's room, all eyes on him as he stands in the corner of the room looking for someone.
"Who are you looking for?" ask a little boy to Kenan.
"Denna. Where's she?" Kenan lowered his body to align with the small body that was in front of him.
"He just got home. His sister took him home. Is there anything else you're looking for?" ask the boy while smiling.
Kenan's face suddenly changed, he looked at the two objects in his hand with a lethargic and disappointed look. He hoped to find the two brothers but this time the opportunity was not on his side. He also does not have an Ivy mobile number.
