Gradually Jessica and Daniel begin transporting their belongings to their new home. As a husband who is learning to be a husband on standby, Daniel did not hesitate to help his wife pack her personal items are quite a lot.
Jessica has a dozen books and magazines around fashion, both from home and abroad and the latest year until the 60s, so in her new home Daniel made a special library for his wife.
"Oh baby, this is not to be mixed. You have to separate the year of publication so that later I can easily find it if you need an idea or a fresco dress," Jessica grabbed a marker, then wrote down the period of the year outside the cardboard so that Daniel can directly enter it.
"I'm sorry, not careful" Daniel landed his kiss on Jessica's head while grabbing a marker from his wife's hand. "Trust me everything, you take care of everything else. Aren't your things still a lot you haven't packed?"
Jessica looked around that still seemed messy, Daniel was right he was better off taking care of the others. "Well, I'd like to start with my desk."
"Jess, yesterday when I went to the boutique. I saw like Mommy's wedding dress was on display there, did you make it?" he asked curiously while putting several magazines in the 80s into the box.
Jessica, who was tidying up her drawing device, looked up and looked at Daniel. "Yes, the dress was inspired by mommy's wedding dress, I even consulted with Mommy several times. Vintage friend, how do you tell me about that dress?"
"Good, there is still a modern impression of it" replied Daniel. "You know every time you walk into your boutique and I find an attractive wedding dress, I immediately imagine you're wearing it at the altar."
Jessica laughed out loud. "So how many times have you pictured me at the altar in a different dress?"
"Come," Daniel shrugged his shoulders. "But I think looking at our wedding dress is the best, because it has a very important memory, which unites us forever."
Jessic smiled sweetly at Daniel before he returned to focus on packing his drawing tool. Among the many piles of fashion books owned by Jessica, Daniel found a book of romance.
The book provoked Daniel's curiosity to open it, because since knowing Jessica until now he had not seen his wife read a novel. "Darling, when did you start reading romance novels?" Daniel opened the book and found a greeting card inside.
Jessica frowned without looking at Daniel, when she was in school she really liked romance novels, and therefore she had aspirations to have a beach house, because there is one nivel that in detail tells the beauty of the beach house. But since college in New York, he's gotten rid of all his romance novels as he puts Rey in his heart. "I've never read a novel" he still hasn't turned his head toward Daniel.
"Everything feels better when you're with yourself" Daniel said, flipping the card to find out who sent the book. "Who's book is Jess from?"
When Jessica stopped her activity, she turned to Daniel who was lifting the book to show it to Jessica.
'It's a book from Rey, but how could it be here?' inwardly Jessica, she recalled the last time she opened the open.
"Jess?" Daniel waved his hand, seeing his wife daydream instead of answering his question "Who is this book from?" reworked.
"Ah.. That's... From an old friend of mine," he answered nervously. "When I was in school, we used to read romance books together, he thought I still liked reading novels until now so yesterday when he went to the boutique, he said, he brought me the best-selling novel of the year."
"Who?"
"Nathalie," Jessica couldn't have said if the book was from Rey, she didn't want Daniel to get angry with her again. "She wanted to get married this month, so she gave me a novel so I could sip her style first instead of someone else's dress" she said.
Daniel smiled meaningfully. "Maybe your friend was pregnant first" he put the novel in a box along with a 2000s fashion magazine, then he covered it with duct tape. "I go to the toilet first, do you want me to get you a drink? I'd all like to make a banana with cheese, because it looks like I need energy to pack your things."
"I'd like a flour fried banana, with chocolate and cheese, and a glass of cold smoothies, if you don't mind."
"Of course not, I'll make a special one for my dear wife." Daniel rushes out of Jessica's study and goes to the kitchen.
Fried bananas and smoothies are just Jessica's wits so Daniel can be more lam in the kitchen. As soon as Daniel exits his study, he rushes to reopen the box containing Rey's romance novel.
Jessica took and closed the box back as weaned as possible to make Daniel unsuspecting, then she slipped forward and threw the novel into the trash. "Go away from my life" Jessica murmured as she threw the book in the trash and shut it back down.
Jessica rushed inside again, but when she closed the front door and turned around she passed Daniel. "What are you doing, Jess?"
Jessica's face was pale, in her mind wondering, did Daniel just see her throw the book away? "I-I," Jessica tried to shake off her nervousness. "So I heard the sound of the motor stopping in front, I thought the package, I was waiting for the skin care I bought from Korea. You alone?"
Daniel looked towards the trash can in his hand. "A little while the garbage car is passing by, so I'd better get rid of all the garbage inside so that it can be transported all over."
Jessica took the trash can out of Daniel's hands. "Let me throw it away, I smell a bad smell from the kitchen."
Daniel patted his head. "Oh my god my banana burn!" he ran to the kitchen to see the fate of the burnt banana, while Jessica exhaled the leg "Luck it," he came back out to throw the garbage.
When Jessica got out of the house, it just so happened that the garbage truck stopped in front of her house, making sure it was carrying away Rey's handbook.
