They stop after realizing the clock is 21:00 p.m., Jessica panics for forgetting Evelin's wedding. "The location is quite far, if we continue to force you to attend, I'm sure the show is done" said Rey.
What Rey said was true, free if forced to come. "I'll give you a gift after she gets to work" she swore to change the dress she wore to her nightgown, because she wouldn't leave. "But it looks like she needs an envelope more than a gift," Jessica chuckled as she stepped into the room.
Jessica stopped at the door of the room and turned towards Rey. "Estelle's staying at Mother's house, do you want to go straight home?" he wanted Rey to wait for him to change clothes.
Rey shakes. "How about we watch my movie, I have the file."
Jessica smiled while nodding, actually she was curious about the film starring Rey. "Wait a minute, I'll change my clothes first."
Fifteen minutes later Jessica returned, she saw that Rey had taken off his suit and widened the sofa bed. Rey reached out her hand towards Jessica, without hesitation Jessica approached her and docked in Rey's warm embrace.
"You know how surprised I was when you told me that your daughter was named Estelle?" Rey landed her sweet kiss on Jessica's head.
Yeah, a coincidence that made Daniel angry yesterday at Jessica. Jessica just smiled, enjoying each scene played Rey while inhaling her familiar scent on her nose. Long with this sense of comfort, making Jessica unable to withstand her drowsiness, she fell asleep in Rey's arms.
Once the film is over, Rey turns off the television. He reached into the phone in his pocket without letting go of his embrace with Jessica. Although there was no phone call or chat from Raka, she felt compelled to go home, she could not leave her twelve-year-old son with a fisherman and his son.
Slowly Rey takes her arm off the bottom of Jessica's head and out of the sofa, then she looks for pen and paper. Rey doesn't want to wake him up, but he doesn't want to leave without saying anything.
Rey finds a notebook and pen in Jessica's kitchen drawer, and sits at a desk to write a letter to Jessica. When I finished, Rey brought him back to the couch and he put the note next to her. Rey kissed and put the blanket up to Jessica's chest. "Good night, baby."
...****************...
Jessica was awakened by the bell of her apartment, she lifted her face from the pillow and felt saliva on my chin. He wiped it with the corner of my pillowcase. Jessica sat down and saw Rey leave a note beside me.
Jessica grabbed him, but then she heard the bell ring again, she slipped the note under the pillow. "Wait!" he shouted, then opened the door. Jessica was surprised to learn that Daniel was the one who came so early to her apartment.
Daniel walks past Jessica, into the apartment, without being invited in. The man glanced around the room to look for Estelle. "Estelle stayed at Mother's house, because last night I met."
"Oh." Daniel's disappointed. “I came because I wanted to pick him up, if you want to go why..” Daniel's voice disappeared when he saw the sofa. Jessica didn't have to look at the sofa to find out what the man was looking at. Rey's coat is still there.
"I'll call Mommy to tell her you're picking up Estelle." Jessica took her phone from her room, hoping Daniel wouldn't ask. She's ruining Jessica's drunken mood.
When Jessica walked back to the living room, she paused for a moment while looking for your contact. Daniel held a wine glass in his hand, examining it. That's what Rey drank last night salambil watching. Before Jessica actually fell asleep in Rey's arms, they had a chat while drinking wine.
Jessica could see Daniel's jealousy overflowing as Daniel put down the wine glass and looked straight at Jessica. "Is anyone staying?"
Perhaps Jessica's words were wrong, because Daniel responded by taking two steps toward Jessica. Jessica took a step back. "Is that why Estelle stayed at Mother's house?" Daniel's eyes narrowed as if accusing him, he looked disgusted at Jessica. "You didn't let me take her to Surabaya for my parents' wedding anniversary, but you put her in your place so you could have sex?" Daniel laughs. "Great parenting, Jess."
Now that Jessica is angry, she doesn't allow Daniel to take her out of town because of a mother's fear of losing her daughter. What if Estelle doesn't come back? What if Daniel was stalling for time to return his daughter, he didn't want to risk it. “This is only the second time I've left her overnight since Estelle was born over a year ago. Don't blame me for spending the night on myself, and what I did last night is none of your business, Daniel."
Jessica's anger instantly turned to fear, she retreated from Daniel. Seeing Jessica terrified Daniel leaving the apartment, he slammed the front door shut.
Jessica heard Daniel yell the damn word in the hallway, she breathed a sigh of relief because Daniel was gone. But unfortunately the relief was only short-lived, Daniel opened the door again. He looked at Jessica from the hall with a sharp look. "Is that him?"
Jessica could feel her heart choking as Daniel asked that. Daniel did not mention Rey by name, but who else did he mean besides Rey?
Daniel stared at the ceiling for a moment, then shook his head. "So my jealousy yesterday was very reasonable."
Jessica took a few steps until she stood in the doorway, preparing to close the door. “If you believe I'm cheating, please believe it. I don't have the energy to keep convincing you. I've explained this to you before, so I don't say it anymore. I never left you for Rey. I left you because of all your treatment of me.” Jessica closed the door, but before it closed Daniel pushed her back against the wall
His eyes were filled with anger as Daniel slipped his left hand into the base of my throat, exerting pressure as if he wanted to hold Jessica in place.
Daniel poked his hand against the wall near Jessica's head, and it scared her a lot. Jessica closed her eyes, she did not want to see what was going to happen. A huge wave of anxiety and fear rolled him so strongly.
Jessica could feel Daniel's breath on her cheek, Jessica's heart pounding. He wanted to scream, but he was afraid that if he made a sound, it would make him even more angry.
A few seconds later, Daniel began to realize what he was doing, he let go of the clutches of his hands on Jessica's neck while saying an apology. I'm sorry, Jess. Forgive."
Jessica's heart is broken, because Daniel hasn't changed at all. Though he really hopes Daniel can change, but in fact Daniel is still the same man as before. Somehow, Jessica held on to a glimmer of hope that she should become stronger for Estelle, but this incident was an absolute confirmation that Jessica made the right choice for her daughter.
Daniel put his forehead on Jessica's forehead, while continuing to apologize. Danirl looks ruined, but she's a broken man. She was devastated not because of Jessica, she was devastated before meeting her.
Sometimes people think that a man will change in the hands of the right woman, because the love he has is so great. But apparently no, there will be nothing that can change the character of someone, which happens even Jessica was destroyed. But this time Jessica won't be destroyed again. She has a daughter who needs a happy mother to make her whole.
Gently Jessica pushed Daniel out of her apartment, she hurried to close and lock him up. Then Jessica immediately contacted Mother asking her to take her to the park. Jessica doesn't want Daniel to visit Mother's house and take her daughter.
After turning off the phone, he rushed to get the bag. Wanting to feel she was crying, but she had no time to cry now, she had to go to the park to pick up her daughter.
Before leaving the apartment, Jessica picked up the letter Rey had written to her, and put it in her bag. Jessica felt her words would be the only bright spot to this day.
Jessica's premonition came true, she heard a loud thunder noise when she arrived at the park parking lot. Jessica has not seen her mother's car, waiting for her to read something that will hopefully make her mood better before she greets her daughter.
