CHAPTER 33

Jessica smelled the toast, wriggled on her bed and smiled, as she made her favorite toast. For a moment Jessica remained lying down gathering all her strength to get up from her comfortable bed, she began to swing her legs to the side and push her own body in order to get out of bed.

The first thing he did before approaching his mother in the kitchen was to go to the bathroom to urinate. The doctor said that the estimated day of his birth is only one week away, so his current task is to walk around the mother's residence and urinate.

After urinating, Jessica rushed into the kitchen, impatient with her mother's toast. Alice, who was making scrambled eggs, flipped her body when she heard her daughter pull a chair and sit at the mini bar. "Bagy, baby" she said. "Not feeling heartburn?"

Jessica shook her head while putting her hands on her stomach. "Not yet, Mother. But from last night I pee nine times."

Alice chuckles. "That's already the signs," he scooped the egg onto the plate, then added fried bacon and toast on it. Alice leaned in while holding out a plate, then kissed her daughter's forehead. "Mother, there is a fundraising meeting for children of earthquake victims in Sumatra. Mother's phone will be on all the time, so immediately notify your mother if there is anything."

Jessica nodded with a smile. "I am proud to have you, Mother," he said, one day he wanted to be like his mother can help and benefit many people.

Alice took a few steps, and turned to face Jessica. "There is something you want to say," he said. As he stood up, a glass of spilled water soaked the negligee he was wearing. Jessica was surprised because she did not bring drinking water, which she had brought from the kitchen was only a setople of wheat biscuits made by her mother.

There's a pause, then. "All right, Miss Jess. I wish you good luck with the delivery."

Before Jessica turned off her phone, she asked Evelin not to say anything to Claire about her delivery. Jessica wants to give birth calmly and only be accompanied by her mother, although some of her heart feels sore because usually all women who want to give birth must want to be accompanied by her husband.

Jessica grimaced, as she began to look for her bundle number on her phone contact. Alice immediately raised on the first ring.

"Does Mommy have to turn around, honey?"

"Yes, Bund. My stomach hurts," he whispered.

"Yes, God. Really? You're going to give birth, honey?"

"Yes Bund."

Jessica heard the sound of a car tire squeak, it seemed like her mother immediately turned the direction, then the connection was cut off. While waiting for her mother to return, she contacted the hospital, then picked up the bag she had prepared a few days earlier, not to forget Jessica also replaced her negligee with decent clothes so that she did not look like a gem. For Jessica, as good as any clothes she makes, her favorite when at home especially when pregnant big, negligee is the best clothes.

Mother arrived when Jessica was ready in front of the terrace, she got out of the car and approached her daughter. "How, honey?"

"Yes we're now in the hospital," Alice put the suitcase in the trunk, while Jessica walked slowly into the car.

Jessica contracted again when the car started driving towards the hospital. "Didn't you want to call your husband?" ask Alice. "Mother isn't willing to accompany you, it's just that you're still his wife and this baby's son."

Jessica shook her head, in her mind she promised whatever decision she would take later, after this delivery, she would leave the mother's house. Jessica could not constantly trouble her mother, she was old enough to have to deal with the problems that occurred in her life.

They made it to the hospital, when Jessica's contraction distance was only one minute. After the doctor examined her, it turned out that Jessica was already opening nine, and was ready to give birth.
