Ga Yun and two of his senior medical colleagues are taking care of his patient Il Nam (formerly called Manager Woo) who will be operated on for a liver transplant. Ho Young came and reminded them the tube hose was stuck too deep. One of his colleagues Ga Yun told Ho Young to leave, because he could handle it.

After Ho Young left, Ga Yun reminded his friend that his words were too harsh. His friend Ga Yun even sprayed Ga Yun, “E uh, how dare you? Wishing to die what? Go then! Prepare for the operation and call Manager Ji Sang immediately!”

Once out of Jae Wook's room, Ji Sang crosses paths with Ri Ta again. This time, Ri Ta called out to him. Ji Sang looked. Ri Ta asked, “Did your stomach ache recur?” Ji Sang has. Ri Ta immediately scoffed, “I'm sure it's not an upset stomach, but something else. From now on, if you have a problem and can't perform surgery, please let me know. Don't tell operation team 2, I can also kok.” After saying that, Ri Ta left.

Kyung In tells Manager Jung it will be difficult to get permission from the President, as if full trust has been given to the new drug development team.
