After walking for more than an hour, they finally arrived at the location affected by the most severe disaster. The team that had first reached the location, had set up an emergency tent for the shelter of the disaster victims.

The medical team immediately took over the young man and took him to a medical tent.

Vanilla retreated, and her tears would not stop. Vanila was sad because the old man could not survive.

doctor Abi and doctor Aaron immediately give help to the injured young man, while thinking how to save him, because of the limitations of the tools they have.

Vanila saw the doctor who was handling was still confused. Vanila immediately took his operating equipment which was carried in his bag.

"Spray disinfectant so that the room is sterile. Doctor Aaron, please do regional anesthesia, but pasein is not conscious. Doctor Abi, the doctor pulled out the wood, Lala's gonna sew it up and stop the bleeding." Vanila said that made doctor Abi and doctor Aaron bengong.

"Quick the doctor" Vanila said, wearing gloves, a mask, and removing her equipment for surgery.

Doctor Abi and Doctor Aaron immediately did as Vanila ordered. Fortunately, they carry anesthetic drugs for emergencies.

Then Vanila immediately dissected, and seeing if any internal organs were injured, Abi's doctor and Aaron seger's doctor helped Vanila.

Doctor Aaron and doctor Abi noticed Vanila's very neat and deft work when sewing and examining the patient's wounds.
