"Thank you sir. Malik could go home this afternoon. May Malik, you and your whole family always be in the protection of Allah. Aamiin's." Vanilla said, then sat down next to Malik.

Vanila tried to explain to Malik, so that the little prince was not sad when he had to separate from Vanila. After Vanila explained, Malik finally understood and wanted to smile back.

"Prince Nabil is very handsome, huh Shah?" Cathrine said as she sat down in front of Vanilla.

Vanila immediately locked the door of her room, removed her makeup and immediately cleaned herself, then got ready for the ashar prayer.

This afternoon Vanila plans to visit a slum neighborhood that is not far from where she lives. once a week Vanilla always goes there to check their health and provide food ingredients so they can be healthier again.

Before reaching the parking lot, Vanila saw in front of the ICU there were a lot of people who crowded, Vanila who was curious decided to see what the crowd saw in front of the ICU.

Vanila saw a man in slightly shabby clothes, was putting a knife on the neck of doctor Andrea who was famous for being arrogant.

Some of the hospital's security guards pointed a gun at the shabby man who was threatening Dr. Andrea.

"You don't try to get close, or I'll kill this woman. He caused my son to die. He won't help my son just because we're poor." Said the man with a sad face and still holding a knife to the neck of doctor Andrea.

Vanila tried to get close to the ICU, and saw a small child in his 10s lying in an ICU front gurney.

Vanila looked at the condition of the child in the gurney, and observed it closely, and unconsciously Vanila instead walked closer to the gurney, but was held back by the security leaf in the front row.

"Don't go near miss." The security said it was holding Vanila.

"But I want to check on the patient." Said Vanila who forgot that she was not a doctor Aisyah.

Vanila immediately prepares for surgery to save the child whose parents are waiting for the doctor Andrea.

The man took off his knife, and knelt on the floor crying. Some security immediately secured the man, and he rebelled against him for not wanting to leave his son.

Vanila immediately performs the operation, without knowing the events that are outside. Vanilla was trying to save a little boy's life.
