The Ugly Duck

Today as scheduled, Vanila will conduct Captain Pram's final check, after an accident.

"Assalamualaikum Obtain. How's your condition?" Vanila asked while looking at the last condition record of Captaint Pram.

The birthday party of professor Lucas' wife, held in one of the most famous restaurants in the city of H. Carl accidentally orders the entire restaurant to keep his family's privacy.

Carl who came with a beautiful woman whose appearance was different from the guests present, made the two of them the center of attention. Even Professor Lucas did not recognize Vanila had Vanila not worn the hijab.

"Why stand here. Let's go in." Professor Lucas said.

Vanilla who from earlier became the center of attention, rather feel uncomfortable, because he noticed, especially Carl's brothers who are men. While the sisters, looking at Vanilla with a view of dislike.

"Mommy.. I'm comin." Said Alric who arrived late, because he had just arrived from out of town, and immediately hugged madam Sofie.

"Bad boy." Madame Sofie said as she patted Alric's back slowly.

"Happy birthday mom" said Alric as he pulled out a small box from his suit pocket, and gave it to Sofie's mistress.

Lady Sofie received and immediately opened the small box, it turned out that it was a small necklace with a blue love-shaped jewel.

"Thank you dear." Lady Sofie said while kissing Alric's head.

"Well, who's this lovely lady mom?" Said Alric who looked at Vanila with his sweet smile.

"Aisha. She's so pretty, baby?" Miss Sofie said

"What's? Are you kidding me mom?" Alric asked in disbelief, as the only Aisyah he knew was a geeky girl with dark yoke that was far from beautiful.

"No honey's. Its really Aisyah." Miss Sofie said

"Wow, how can I be the ugly duck become beautiful swan?" Tanya Alric could not believe it.

"Don't be disrespectful so Alric" Admonished Carl who dislikes the parable that Alric gave to Vanilla.
