The Secret Admiral (#2 The Secret Series)
Chapter 12

Kerelyn stared at her reflection in front of the glass, “Oh no, this dress makes me look like a watermelon.” He opened a dark green dres with light green stripes and threw it on the mattress where it had been scattered other clothes that fared the same. Somehow tonight it seems there is no one suitable clothes on his slim body. He reopened his wardrobe and finally took a heavy breath when only a few dresses remained in his closet.

“Sial, I should have gone to buy clothes earlier!” He turned around and dropped his body on a pile of clothes scattered on his bed.

“Come on, Kerelyn, this is just a regular dinner instead of a date!” He tried to remind himself and then got back up from his sleep and sat cross-legged with only his underwear, “You don't even know where Daniel will take you for dinner... so all you have to do is dress up beautiful and make her interested in you.” Kerelyn nodded in satisfaction with her own thoughts.

And after again wrestling with his clothing selection he finally gave up on wearing only brown trousers and a simple blouse, he wore a beaded necklace as a decoration and it seemed Daniel was satisfied with his appearance. So this is where they are currently in an Italian restaurant located in Little Italy, a restaurant that is quite famous for its Salimbocca.

“Are you sure you don't want to try this?” Daniel pointed to Salimbocca which he had ordered.

And for God's sake, Kerelyn almost drooled when she saw a dish cooked with a mix of chicken, prosciutto ham, and a dish made of chicken, spinach and mozzarella cheese is served on a plate and decorated very beautifully. But no, he had to settle for his Primavera paste alone, he said, considering he had to maintain his body shape so he only ordered a vegetarian dish combination of vegetables and pasta with a variety of bright sauces like the color of the spring.

”No, thanks,” the answer is short.

“I wonder why women love to eat grass.”

Kerelyn laughed at the words of Daniel who is now enjoying his super delicious food, “Yeah, but this grass can make our appearance remains beautiful.”

“You just need to go to the beauty salon to look beautiful and exercise to keep your weight off.. So Kerelyn, let's enjoy life.”

Daniel thrust a fork with his saltimococcus right in front of the woman's mouth, and Daniel gave a command with his eyes that he might open his mouth, although hesitant, but finally Kerelyn had to obey him and soon after his eyes widened when he felt the magic of the food.

Daniel smiled satisfied to see the expression of the face of the woman sitting opposite him, “Enak right?” Kerelyn nodded vigorously justifying the words of the man who was now looking at her with a smile.

“Kerelyn it never hurts you to eat food like this. Forget your worries about keeping your weight and appearance, you need to get out of those limits and enjoy life.”

Kerelyn was silent for a while before finally nodding, “You're right.. I'll try it, but.. We have to keep this a secret from Eddy, if he finds out I'm eating such foods.. hmm he'll lock me up in the gym.” Kerelyn grimaced at the thought of that.

“Just calm down, if that happens I will release you.”

“Sial!! Basic female ja*a*g!” He crumpled up the newspaper containing the dating news of Kerelyn and Daniel last night in Little Italy and threw it on the floor. His nostrils were sauteed, his hands were glazed over his waist, he walked back and forth with hunting breath.

“I protected her all this time from all danger, I!” she screamed inside the empty house.

“But now he is dating another man, did he not learn from experience that they would only hurt him, as in the past.” The man growled and then threw his body on an old wooden chair with a thin foam padding green with a patterned flowers that are worn out.

His head turned against the back of the chair staring at the spinning fan with a shrill voice, as if hypnotized he was silent for a while in that position until his mobile phone rang, he reached into his pants pocket and he lazily looked at the screen of his phone, as he sat up straight, an expanding smile adorning his lips. That woman, of course, would not be able to live without her.

“Hallo, Kerelyn, what's calling me at night? Are you okay?” The man's voice had returned to normal completely there was no residual anger that a moment ago was visible.

“No, I was outside,” he continued while staring at the unkempt empty house.

“Well then, see you later.” He was about to hang up when he called the red-haired girl back.

“Kerelyn wait! Hmm.. regarding the articles in the newspapers is that true? You don't have to worry I'll keep your secret.”

A few tense seconds and made his chest beat violently while waiting for an answer from the girl, and finally came out feeling satisfied with the answer he received.

“So just regular dinner? Well I get it, don't worry.” He hung up the phone with a smile on his face.

“Aah I know, he won't let me down, they just had dinner together..no more.”.

He walked towards a back door made of wood, slowly opening it, the backyard looked dark and silent, it looked gloomy and scary, he then grinned looking ahead, looking out, in the dimness of the moonlight he could see a patch of land protected by a high zinc fence, hiding it from the world where it lay a garden of white tulips with red patches on it. Of course Kerelyn would not let him down, instead thanking him if he knew how much he had put away to save him from danger, and now those people had been left frozen lifeless, he would not be able to hurt his woman. He laughed loudly when he realized the last word, the woman, Kerelyn Howard is the woman, and no one will be able to protect the woman as she is.
