Chapter 9

"That guy...your sister?" Daniel asked and then cursed inwardly after seeing Kerelyn nod her head weakly.

"Ah, si..." Alex was about to shout his curse but Gerard immediately elbowed him and saw the murderous gaze of Alexa sitting next to him.

"That brat! How could he cheat on you? And you said he was having an affair with your friend? For God's sake, what was he thinking!" Kerelyn exclaimed with emotion, she was now walking back and forth with her legs still slightly limping, and her anger was shocking to everyone.

"The three of you don't chop him up, but I.. I'll finish him off, do you understand?"

The three men could only stare at her confusedly, how could Kerelyn now be more angry than all of them? But then they finally nodded in agreement, after seeing the fiery eyes of the red-haired woman.

"Alexa, I'm sorry that my sister has hurt you, but you don't have to worry that I'm really going to teach that brat a lesson," kerelyn said solemnly that made Alexa look unkind to her.

"Hm.. Kerelyn, actually you don't have to do that" said Alexa, who made Kerelyn look at him in disbelief.

"I didn't know she was your sister, so I taught her a lesson" Alexa continued with a sorry face.

"Good! I know you're not gonna let it go. What did you do to her?" Gerard asked with a curious face and a fluffy smile.

Alexa looked at Daniel who looked as curious as Gerard, while Alex who already knew what he was doing just smiled while leaning back casually.

Alexa finally looked at Kerelyn who was also looking at her curiously, she took a deep breath before saying weakly, "I."

"You kicked him?" Daniel asked Alexa, "What did you kick?

"That."

"That?" Gerard asked curiously

"Anu."

"Anu?" Now Daniel is getting curious.

"Junior," Alex replied casually while smiling happily.

"What's? Really true?" Gerard and Daniel grimaced at the thought, because they knew exactly what Alexa kick was the result of training the three of them. Alexa nodded as she looked at Kerelyn with guilt, who was now widened after realizing what Alexa kicked.

"A..." Kerelyn opened her mouth but then closed it again, "A.pa.." Kerelyn opened her mouth again to ask, but she finally put it back down, "What....it still works?" Finally Kerelyn completed her sentence even with a stammer.

Alexa seemed confused by Kerelyn's question, "Functions?" He asked with a plain face while staring at Kerelyn who was just looking at him expectantly. Alexa was silent for a while before finally understanding what the woman meant.

"Ooh. that's it, of course, don't worry about me not kicking it so hard."

Kerelyn could now breathe a sigh of relief after hearing Alexa's reply, as an older sister of course she was worried about her younger sister's future as a man. But unfortunately he did not see how the three men in front of him grimaced when he heard Alexa say not so loud.

"Oh, thank God" said Kerelyn relieved as she leaned her body on the back of the sofa, along with which Maria came carrying a cheesecake on small plates complete with a small silver spoon.

Alexa who really likes cheesecake just ate the savory cake, seeing how the girl enjoyed her food made Kerelyn very envious, she had to think about her weight every time she saw the delicious food.

"D, tell me about your cousin who's going to be with me at Emily's party" Gerard said with a full mouth, and Kerelyn was grateful that Daniel's best friend had diverted their conversation from his sister's case.

"Raina, we usually call her Rain. You're gonna love it, she's a fun girl who's a little tomboyish and always makes her mom dizzy." Daniel said with a smile remembering his cousin.

"You're all bridesmaids?" Kerelyn asked as she looked at Gerard who had finished his cake.

"Yes, Theo certainly has Calista as his partner, Gerard will pair up with our Indonesian cousin Raina, and I will be that perverted Zombie babysiter." Alex blinked one of his eyes which made Alexa shake her frown.

"And... Daniel?" Kerelyn asked as she looked at Daniel who just shrugged his shoulders.

"That's the problem, until now he has not decided who will be his partner later," replied Alexa while scooping the last cheesecake belonging to Alex, which made the man protest but ignored the girl.

"Kerelyn, do you have any events next Saturday?" Alexa asked with her mouth full of the spoiled cake.

"No! My schedule is empty for next Saturday" Kerelyn replied excitedly.

"Good, you should come to Emily's party next week. I'll make sure you accept the invitation later." Alexa said with a smile.

"Yes, of course I'll come" Kerelyn said, not believing that's what she'll hear, she stared at Daniel hoping he'd ask her to be his companion, but the black-eyed man only showed his slanted smile casually.

"D, how about you pair up with Olivia?" Alex asked who made Kerelyn look at him with wide eyes.

"He's right, doesn't Olivia like you that much?" Kerelyn now looked at Gerard in disbelief.

"Olivia who never stops talking? Oh no-no, our ears will all hurt to hear his chatter throughout the party," said Alexa while shaking her head to make Kerelyn can breathe a sigh of relief.

"What about Julie?" Kerelyn looked back at Alex worriedly.

"No, she'll cry out more than her bride.Oh my God, Alex, she even cries when her dog gets married."

"Well, you mean when Lexi got married?" Said Alex with a slanted smile that immediately got the throw of a sofa cushion (again) from Alexa. Kerelyn smiled happily.

"Jesica?" Kerelyn's smile was gone with Gerard's words.

"She will be busy seducing Theo, and we must appease the Princess if we don't want Emily's party to be destroyed" said Alexa, who made Kerelyn's smile come back and for God's sake, Daniel was powerless to hold back his laughter every time he saw the girl's fickle reaction.

"Alison?"

"He's married."

"Eve?"

"She's a Sister."

"Luna?"

"Ex, Dylan? What's right is Gerard, you want bloodshed at tomorrow's party?"

"Camila?"

"Your ex? Alex, are you looking to die now?" Alexa asked with threatening eyes that made Alex shake his head.

"Ok, it looks like we've run out of stock of suitable female names to be my partner" Daniel said, trying to be normal, she felt sorry to see Kerelyn being played with by her best friend and sister who seemed to be enjoying the moment so much.

"Man, it looks like you should accept being paired with his office mate Em," Alex said, staring at Daniel with concern.

"Do you want me to introduce you to my friend? He's a great hacker."

"You want to match my brother to a hacker? Oh, that's right, G!"

"Three of you are enough, I already have a partner for Em's party."

"really? Wh who? Why don't you say daritadi" said Alexa with passion.

Daniel looked at the now-silent Kerelyn with her face in a bend, and for God's sake, Kerelyn was so adorable when pouting like that, Daniel frowned when he felt a strange feeling in his chest, why would he suddenly want to kiss the girl just to calm her down?

Alexa's three vandals, Alex and Gerard, are busy guessing who Daniel's going to be, which of course all in the man's denials. And how could he admit it when all the women they mentioned were just the result of their imagination because they wanted to tease Kerelyn who now increasingly looks scowl. And for God's sake, Daniel was eager to stuff the mouths of the three of them with sofa cushions to keep quiet, but to see the pretty face was pouting and looking funny, he ignored his intentions and preferred to conspire with the three jail beings.

"Well we'd better go home now. Come on, Lexi, I'll take you home" Alex said as he stood up from his seat on the tail by Gerard and Alexa.

"No need, you're now like a dying zombie, I'll just take a taxi."

"I'll take you," Alex said, not accepting rejection.

"Ooh no, you're so sleepy how can you drive? I'm not married, Alex, I don't want to die tonight."

"I'm not going to drive."

"G?"

"He's got his own car."

"Ah, you're right.. So who's driving?"

"Of course you."

"Me?"

"Yes, so I can sleep all the way," Alex said as he stretched his tired body, "Come, driver!" Alex continued while embracing Alexa's shoulder, then walked towards the door.

"See you later Kerelyn," said Alexa from behind Alex's shoulder, "Then I drive you home instead of you driving me," complained Alexa who can only nod from Alex, "Oh my God, my God, now that I'm a babysiter and a driver, I have to pay a heavy price for this job" he continued in a resigned voice.

Gerard parted ways with the double A who was still arguing about the pay that Alexa would receive, now Kerelyn and Daniel are standing on the doorstep of his apartment staring at the three.
