Fired up!

Raina woke up early as usual. He then did the morning routine. Clean the house and make breakfast for him. This time it was just white rice and soy sauce fried eggs. That was enough because he had to skimp.

After that, go to work. There he meets Suri who has come first. Raina immediately helped her prepare vegetables to be cooked for the cafe menu.

An hour he struggled with everything, until the sweat had soaked his face and clothes. Women produce more sweat and that is a fact especially in the midst of conditions that are pregnant.

The new Ko Sambo comes straight into the kitchen to see the employees work. He stared exasperatedly at Raina as soon as he saw the woman still working there.

"You're why I'm still here, I fired you." Raina was surprised to hear the voice of her boss. He immediately turned his body. His pale face grew pale.

"But yesterday I left because I was sick, boss." Raina looked towards Suri.

"Going without saying goodbye, when our cafe is crowded, it is an act of irresponsibility and you did not ask me for permission!" the Boss's wrath.

Raina could only look down, followed by a look of pity from the other workers.

"If it wasn't for pity I would never have accepted a pregnant woman like you."

Ko Sambo then walked out of the room. Some officers rubbed Raina's shoulders and said to be patient. Not long after that the man came in with an envelope.

"This is your pay for this month. Counted on the few days you worked. Now take off the apron and get out of this place." Banish the squishy-eyed man.

Raina let go of Appron, with a giant step away from the kitchen through the back exit of the cafe. Arriving outside, he saw the contents in the envelope, breathing a sigh of relief at least Ko Sambo gave his salary according to the time of day he worked.

Raina then walked back to the rusunawa unit while thinking about what she would do in front of him. After arriving, he went to the room and stirred up the contents of his bag to see how much money he had for now.

Raina had been saving up in these few months even she was very frugal to reduce the use of non-essential money. She's saving for her baby's future. However, if he did not get a job immediately, then this money would run out quickly.

"Three million one hundred and twenty thousand rupiahs. If the same plus salary from Ko Sambo then it would be three million six hundred more." Raina sighed. It's even less than it takes. He then hid his face between two knees and sobbed.

"Hey, what are you doing?" Adry held onto Raina's shoulder gently. Makes the woman look her face. His eyes are wet and wet. Adry took her handkerchief and wiped Raina's cheek.

"Don't cry anymore, I can at least see you crying. Leon doesn't like that" he said raucously with his eyes spread.

Adry intends not to let Raina live to suffer like this again. Whatever his fault, he'll forget it. For a moment they were dissolved in sadness.

"How's Leon doing?" raina wiped her tears after breaking away from Adry's embrace.

"He's fine, he didn't say anything, but I know he misses you so much."

"I miss her too" Raina said. Adry nodded his head.

Raina shook her head. "No, I won't be able to part from him again." Raina's crying broke again.

The heart of the mother is willing to be separated from her child. She misses him so much but is unable to treat him.

Adry cupped Raina's cheeks that looked thin. Make their eyes meet.

"All will be well, trust me." Raina shook her head.

"It's all ruined after I met you, not before, not yesterday and maybe tomorrow you'll ruin my life even more."

"Because of that .... Please, go!" pinta Raina with a nearly exhausted voice.

Adry fused their eyebrows and shook his head. "No Raina, after what I saw yesterday, I won't let you live suffering like that."

Adry then went outside while rubbing his wet cheek. She takes her grocery bag and picks up Raina's favorite milk box and cheese-flavored bread, walking back into the room.

"Drink this, you need good nutrition for the sake of the fetus in your stomach." Raina accepts it and sees the inscription 'milk of pregnant women'.

Raina started drinking it. She had not even drank the milk of pregnant women for a month and was replaced with sweet thick.

Adry picked up the money that was beside Raina, tidied it up and put it back into Raina's bag. His heart felt sore to see the woman he loved had to count the abuse and store it like a precious bar of gold. Raina could even use her money but she chose not to.

"We're going to the Doctor?" take Adry gently as before. Raina shook her head.

"You're so stubborn. We need to check on your fetus. Is he healthy or not? I'm sure you never did."

Raina just fell silent and that already answered everything.

"It's not for you but for him" Adry said. Raina looked at Adry. Didn't he say that this is Roy's son why Adry still cares about him, not hate?

"You can assure me that this is not your son, so why should you care" Raina said.

Adry couldn't answer. He cares because this is Raina's son. He loved her very much and always thought about her situation.

"You just go away and don't come back." Raina placed her bag under the thin bed and tried to stand with one hand. Adry stood up and instantly helped by lifting Raina's body making the woman startled and almost fall. Adry hugged her to balance their bodies.

Raina's chest pounded strongly feeling the warmth of the man's embrace. He longed for peace, safety and protection while in the man's chest. Missed the smell of the man nearby. The thought was far away. Raina pushes Adry's body away. The man was not willing to let go of Raina but he took a step back.

"I'll go if you want to go to the doctor. We're going to check on you and the fetus, and make sure it's okay" Adry said.

"Really?"

Adry nodded. This is the only way for Raina to be examined. After that, he would think of what move could entrap the woman not to leave before him.
