Bringing Memories

After a heated argument with Janeta and persuading her, Janeta finally agrees to Roy's suggestion to release Raina on the condition that she should make a statement that her son-in-law confesses to the crime committed against her. He must also hand Leon over to the Quandt family completely.

Jeneta then calls her lawyer to take care of the matter.

"Remember Adry must not know until this matter is resolved. If not, this deal is off."

"I'll remember all your orders, ma'am," replied Roy. This was the last day he worked with this family. He's sick of committing this crime.

"Adry has to be sure Raina did it. One more thing, make him stay away from the Quandt family. I promise that if I see her again, it will not be the prison that will be her shelter but I will send her to hell with a special package" said Janeta.

Roy took a long breath. He lowered his head in salute then left the room to take care of everything and called a lawyer to take care of this matter everything quickly and lightning-fast. Money is not a problem for them.

Police station.

The lawyer brought a letter of offer of cooperation and handed it in front of Raina.

"You sign this new one, we'll retract the report."

"disengage? You guys are so good when you set me up" Raina said annoyedly.

"But all the evidence is on you. Don't want you to have to agree to it."

"I forgot what you're sneaky like. You make me guilty and use it for your own benefit."

"The decision is in front of you. Even if you don't want Leon to stay in our hands because you're in jail. You just have to make an apology letter and admit your mistake and hand Leon over to us!" lawyer of Janeta.

Roy who was behind the lawyer blinked his eyes.

"Acknowledge the mistakes I didn't make! It's stifling my chest" Raina said.

"For your sake Madam," said the man again.

"Did Adrian know about this?" ask Raina to Roy.

"No, it's just a deal between you and the big lady."

"Will this letter be given to Adry?" raina asked sadly, her eyes already looked watery. Roy was speechless but his face looking the other way said that it was going to happen.

"So Adry and Leon will know if I'm a criminal who tried to kill their mother and grandmother?" raina's voice rattled and huffled.

"We've talked about this Raina for your own good, remember your kindness and everything."

Raina wiped her tears.

"Where's the questioner, let me write what you want."

I hereby write an apology to Mrs Janeta Quandt who incidentally is my in-law. I have been violent with him causing his injuries, even though I don't want that to happen.

I also ceded custody of Leon to my husband Adryan Carl Quandt. I hope he takes good care of it after my death.

Raina then added those words on the white paper. Her tears had dripped down the paper and made the ink around her blur. However, it still seems clear his writing.

"I'm sorry, should I repeat again" Raina said with a tight chest.

"It is not necessary if the dry will appear again. This is all enough. Madame Janeta will definitely calm down after this." The lawyer put the letter in the bag.

"I'll revoke the report together with Roy. Then go away from the family lest Lady Janeta see you again."

A few hours later, the process was completed quickly. Somehow Raina doesn't know. It is so easy for the rich to manipulate the law. Roy was right he would only lose if it was against them at the moment.

Someone came closer to Roy. "Mr Adry is coming" whispered the man.

"Raina we have to go now" Adry said, taking Raina by holding her arm out the back door.

"What is this!" raina said annoyed when they got in the car.

"It's okay just that Nita comes," Roy lies so Raina doesn't rebel. The plan could fall apart if Adry and Raina meet. They will come back and the problems will never end.

"I want to go home and get some of my belongings" Raina said.

"I just want to take Leon's shirt to be my sorrows friend and my nostalgic remedy to him."

"Well I'll drive you but hurry because Adry might as well just go straight home." Roy started to gas the police station. He saw Adry inside the police station.

Raina saw it too. "Goodbye, sweetie" he said. He has gone to destiny. Let him be found guilty one day the truth will surely appear. But the little ones are always sacrificed.

They finally reached Raina's house. He started to go inside. Some of his neighbors started peering out of the windows. Raina was still being so indifferent. She went to her room to get something important for her. The diamond ring that Adry gave me for the first time. The ring was given to Adry again when they were better. Raina was surprised and she was happy to see him.

The ring she put back into the necklace around her neck. Then, he picked up his black card that was given by Adry. He is unlikely to take Roy's money and as much as possible will not take the money from Adry. He took his bag and stashed cash in the pile of clothes he had. This could be for her life a few months down the line, inner Raina.

"Raina let's go fast" call Roy. Raina then took the origin of some of her clothes and Adry's clothes and to Leon's room quickly took Leon's clothes and a photo on the nightstand. Photos of him, Adry and Leon in Germany.

Roy then brought Raina in quickly.

"Adry came out of the police station after finding out that you were out. Said your man he was driving fast" said Roy, pulling the gas out of the place.

"I know you're a good strong woman who can definitely get through this well." Roy pats Raina on the shoulder. The woman nodded her head while rubbing her cheeks wet with tears.
